Are we a communist regime where I can't criticize those who're above me? And what do you mean lack of activity?! I'm the only damn person DOING ANYTHING! While you were all dicking around, I was the person posting in the threads and doing the tests! Oh, and I HAVE been posting EVERY SINGLE TEST so I don't know what bullshit you're talking about.
I demand that someone who ISN'T Tendz reviews this demotion, since she obviously did this with no real reason. She's only mad because I called her out of her ridiculous post that helped no one and served no purpose other than to mock people. And it was extremely hypocritical on her part.
Oh, and I wasn't aware that Tendz was 'superior.' This isn't the military. Just because you have VP doesn't mean you're a general. In my eyes, you're no bigger to me than any other member of this guild.
And I liked you, too. You were cool. But for some reason I really ticked you off and now I've lost all respect for you. This is, honestly, a pathetic attempt to get back at me.
This is worse than anything Qyp done to be banned.

P.S. And I have a reason for not being on Skype all the time. If you'd ask you would know.

Revy sat in the pelican, flinching everytime it hit turbulnce or the boom of a nearby flak explosion peirced her ears. She looked around at the other Marine's some blanching in terror, others the stoic veterans. Nobody was smiling. The pilots voice hissed in over the intercom " 30 seconds till impact get your a**'s in gear we're comin in hot!" The C.O stood up a grizzled man in his late 30's with a rumbling voice that always reminded Revy of the rocky roads in her home town. " Up and at 'em boys and girls, we got some rebels to kill! Stick together, aim high, and DONT STOP MOVING!". Almost as soon as he said this the Pelican banked sharply throwing everyone inside its hull around like a rag doll and the rear bay opened up revealing what would have been a pristine beach but was now a hazy battle ground, filled with explosions, machine gun chatter, and the screams of dying men. "GO! GO! GO!" The C.O jumped out of the back spraying sand everywhere and immediatly crouched shouldering his assault rifle. Revy and her squad filled out landing on the soft sand several fell down in the slippery mess, some didnt get up.The pelican shot out of view scattering even more sand and cloging up the marines lines of sight for a few moments. Revy raised her MA5C ICWS Assault Rifle and sighted towards the city taking a few pot shots towards where she thought the fire to be coming from and felt as several bullets whized past her narrowly missing. Revy scrabled up to the smoking remains of a Scorpion Tank and ducked behind its hulking remains scrounging ammo from the dead marines around her. "Revy! She jumped at her name and turned towards the C.O making sure to keep her head below the scorpion. "Take Scarlet and James around in a pincer movment towards that rats nest over their! Me and the rest will keep them busy!" Revy nodded and motioned for the two other marines to come and crouch besides her "Stay close and hit anything that moves, dont stop moving when were in the open......... Lets go!" She stood up and turned around running full force, flanking the rats nest, flinching as the sand exploded at her feet. Through sheer luck she and her two companions made it to the next piece of cover a warthog turned on its side and leaking diesle fuel. Scarlet and James were quickly at her sides panting in exerstion. "James grenade, then give us covering fire. Scarlet stick close by and keep that head up!" James primed the grenade then stuck his head around the corner before lobing it towards the rats nest. Several dings told them that the rebels had spotted them. Revy edged towards the rear end of the warthog and popped around it Assault rifle popping as soon as she heard the thump of the grenade and the screams of men. She saw two men pop up over the sandbags and dropped one, the other fell almost immediatly thanks to James support. Scarlet took three men down and dropped into a belly crawl avoiding a spread of bullets where her head had just been. Revy emptied her clip in the target rich enviorment, ducking under enemy fire weaving in and out and taking several rebels out in the process. They reached the sandbags and both Revy and Scarlet slid next to them backs against the wall. Revy tossed her first grenade into the ratsnest while Scarlet lifted her rifle above her head and over the sandbags peppering the remaining men. Another dull thump and shockwave told Revy that her grenade had went off and reloaded her weapon before jumping over the Sandbags and systematically shooting the stunned survivors in the head. "Scalet scan the area and keep these boys off our backs im going to signal to the squad and james the coast is clear" Scarlet nodded and went about her task while Revy opened a com link to her squad before realising that it had been erily silent the entire time. Sh** they cut of our com links She thought for a second and then grabbed a white peice of cloth stabing it in with her knife and then placing it on the sandbags toward her squad hoping they would take it as a sign, that and they wouldnt come underfire when they approached. A artillery shell struck nearby making Revy drop to the floor for cover and spltting her ears Whats the saying? You dont hear the artillery shell that kills you? Revy shook her head clearing it and stood up looking the direction of James. He layed in a pool of his own blood two his two slayers standing over him and looking towards her advancing squad. One noticed her and lifted his rifl but she was quicker spraying him with several rounds before adjusting her aom to take his companion out of the battle. "Enemy incoming!" Scarlets voice pierced through the din of battle and Revy rushed to her side nearly stopping as she felt a bullet graze her thigh. Stooping next to Scarlet she leveled her rifle and started shooting and the advancing rebels. For minutes she exchanged fire before she relised that her squad had come up behind her and joined the fight. The rebels were starting to waver when the reinforcments arrived. Blazing streaks flew from the skies and slamed into the beaches behind the squad Crazy ODST bast***s. The ODST quickly unhinged the doors and stepped out assesing the situation and rappidly removing any threats they saw. Within minutes the rebels were fleeing deeper into the city and even more marines had arrived on the scene. "-eat... I repeat, enemy forces in full retreat hold positions were sending in the cavalry" Everyone on the beach yelled in victory, and hunkered down, reloading eating and fixing up the wounded waiting, enjoying the breif lull in between battles before they were sent into the chaos of war again. Here. I was GOING to give this a 19/20 and make her a Corporal.
But now, I CAN'T!

Lack of activity
Your ten most recent posts according to PST (exempting your two most recent ones on Dec 8th): Dec. 6th @ 3:50 pm,
Nov. 25th @ 11:51 pm, Nov. 25th @ 8:43 pm, Nov. 25th @ 8:38 pm, Nov. 25th @ 1:50 pm, Nov. 25th @ 1:40 pm, Nov. 25th @ 1:20 pm, Nov. 24th @ 7:33 pm, Nov. 24th @ 2:30 pm, Nov. 21 @ 10:29 pm. Looking even further back than the 21st of November I began to see a trend in inactivity. You'd be gone for a few days and then you'd return for a little bit, only to go inactive for several more days. That kind of activity may be suitable for a member, but not for an active member of the crew. This goes for many guilds and not just H.T.R.P. However, there's always a reason for everything. Providing the said reason prior to inactivity is preferable and tends to prevent things such as this.
Lack of contact with the rest of the Crew.
One must always retain contact with other members of the crew. If you're going to be gone for a while, or you're going to be unable to make contact then it's your responsibility to make that clear via PM to the highest active person that's a part of the crew. This is standard crew behavior, and while it is not required of anyone it is essential. Good communication means less confrontations and confusion.

In this guild Sexual Tendancies is your superior, just as Norijitsu is mine. This is an excerpt from the Rules of Conduct: "Any attempt to pick a fight with Guild Officers will result in either demotion or a ban. Failure to respect the chain of command both in and out of the guild role play will result in a two week ban (14 days)." Two days ago you made a post mocking Sexual Tendencies, disrespecting her and the chain of command in this guild. Such is a direct violation of the rules, and therefore you should be banned. You are lucky you were only demoted. And, if we are to look at your most recent of posts it is quite obvious that you continue to disrespect her.
Not posting Marine test results in the respected thread in High Command.
The only test posted in HIGHCOM by you dates back to Wednesday, October 28, 2009 8:05 pm. This is a failure to do your job as a crew member, a job assigned to you by a superior. When a crew member fails to perform at the necessary level to maintain stability within the guild it is the Vice-Captain and Captain's obligation to make a choice to remove the said person or leave them in a position of power. This is the mindset behind deciding who is crew and who is not: being a crew member is a privilege for those who are found to be trustworthy. By neglecting your duties you betrayed that trust and abused the privilege, which is grounds for being demoted.
Now, the appropriate thing to have do would have been PM'ing Sexual Tendancies rather than having posted your scrutiny of her decision. Not only have you failed to present yourself in a respectful manner, but you've also made public a matter that should have been private. This guild was founded upon friendship, despite what anyone tells you (Norijitsu can testify to this). By making a scene out of your follies you've upset that foundation, and if she had been following proper procedure when administering the punishment you would no longer be here. You should be thankful that she was lenient, not publicly criticizing her.

1. I haven't posted because no one else has. Every time there's a post, I'm quick to come back and respond/continue.
2. I haven't been gone, I just can't get on Skype whenever I need too. Nobody said anything about me having to be on Skype 24/7. If you wanted that, you should've told me.
3. Openly mocking or simply questioning? You can't honestly believe that I was ACTUALLY being malicious towards her? I was PROTECTING the members of this guild who were being disrespected for NO apparent reason other than the SAME EXACT THING SHE WAS DOING.
4. I've posted at least 5 tests. So, obviously, you're not looking. I was about to post another one, but I'd received the lovely demotion PM instead.
All of this is being completely taken out of proportion. You guys didn't even give me a 'alright let's talk about this' sort of thing. It was just. 'Oops, you suck, bye.'
And not even a WARNING first? This is, honestly, ridiculous.

The entire reason we checked to see if you had Skype was so that you could keep contact with the Crew. You did good about that for a time, and you simply just stopped going on it. Had you informed us of your inability to use Skype beforehand, then that would have been perfectly fine.
I have checked, re-checked, and checked again for the tests you've submitted, and there has only been one. Mike did the exact same thing, and only found said test from October 28th. I do not know where you think you were posting the tests, but you have not put them into the correct forum.
And you may be quick to respond, but your posts in the roleplay have continued to be extremely short and did not help get the roleplay moving forward. The way I see it, Crew members should assist in getting the roleplay moving forward at a solid pace. You may be able to claim the "I do not know where this is going" card, but I have done my best to try and make my intentions obvious for what is supposed to be done in the current situation. I cannot get the roleplay moving on my own. I need help.
As for you "protecting" the members, you have been the only one to blow this out of proportion. Everyone else that saw my bit of criticism did not get so worked up about it. They did not take it to heart as much as you seem to be, and simply apologized or did not say anything at all. You are the one taking this out of proportion and simply making a fool of yourself.

You should've asked. Everytime I went on skype to talk about Halo, we just screwed around. Nothing important was ever conversed about.
Well, I don't know. Maybe I'm posting them in the wrong spot. You could've told me instead of just knocking me off.
Well I DON'T know. I asked and you continued to not tell me and beat around the bush. I WOULD'VE pushed forward, but you told me nothing.
That's because they're all scared you're going to ban them. I've received PM's from two of the members saying thanks for my post.

You could not have posted them in the wrong place, because none of the other forums in High Command have anything from you except in the Marine thread that one time. I don't know where you think you put them, but you've done nothing in regards to posting them up.
And I do not need to ask you about what ever problems you're having with Skype. It is not my responsibility to hunt down the Crew like I'm their babysitter. It is your responsibility to keep myself, and the rest of the crew informed of your situation. I would have told Silber the exact same thing regarding his inactivity, but he has an excuse because he is in Japan and in the Air Force. Do not give me that lousy excuse of "Oh I didn't know."
I am not one that likes to ban people, no matter what they've done. However in this case it might be different. You continue to challenge me in public, posted up the reason why you were demoted, and even posted up a test which should only be viewed by Crew.
You should be glad that you're even still a member, Kio.

Going out with a bang, I see.
I'm only cold-hearted if you get on my bad side. Had you just taken your demotion without making such a huge scene out of it, everything would've been fine.
Seems like every time a girl decides to defend her decisions so strongly, it is blamed on her being "a b***h". Had Mike, or Nori done the same thing, I have a feeling you wouldn't have thought you could try to step all over them like you're trying to do to me.

Then, search for reasons to demote someone because they call you out on it. :3
If they'd done this, it probably would've gone more of a 'damn, I'll try to work on that.' But with you? I know its malicious. It's obvious how malicious it is.
Oh, and the post on the last page was a joke. I was trying to turn it into a joke since we'd been so spiteful towards each other. I apologize that it came off in a bad way to you, but obviously, it's too late anyway.
