Though Tali normally uses his meditation to reenact, predict, or just survey past or future battles, now he is simply calmly the flow of his energy to help speed up the healing process of his body for when he continues his training. He would've remained in the bar area to chat with Ichigo to pass the time, but she grew quiet. He'd talk about his business on planet Orion, but that would probably not be to her taste.
In any case, he decides to remain in this activity for a while longer or until disturbed. He'd then be heading back home for a brief time before returning to resume his training.

Ichi drummed her fingers on the counter, yawning. Her feet continued to tap on the vounter as well, providing the beat, while her fingers provided the melody, she hummed along with the song, her tail swinging back and forth on top of the counter. She was bored, and there was nothing really to do. She looked at Tali, still humming and drumming the song playing in her head. She didn't want to bother him, since he'd prolly hit her across the face or something close to that.

Ichi was starting to get really annoyed by the silence. She sat up quickly and slid off the counter heading towards the lounge. She quickly went up to Tali and bent over staring at him. Well, she was bored sooo... She used her index fingers and pulled the sides of her mouth apart, sticking her tongue out.
