For a bit longer, Keno waited, only to hear nothing. "Why must she always be so easily hurt by what I say? Is she hurt because I'm the one who said it, or am I just being a jerk?" His quizzical voice rang in silence and he rose, prepared to leave the club. No one else was coming, so what was the point in staying around?

Ichi arrived at the main room floor, stepping out of the elevator. Ichi looked around, spotting Keno. She ran up to him happily, throwing her arms around him as she reached him.
"Keno-sama!"

Keno was caught off gaurd by Ichi's affection. "Ichi-chan?" he grabbed her almost last moment as she wrapped herself around him. The pain was surprising, even for him, but he hid it from her as he hugged back. "What's with all the affection?"

Ichi pulled back and smiled, looking at him.
"Because I...."
Silence. There was no more cold look in his eyes, the way he spoke was different too. He called her Ichi-chan, and it started to bother her. He even hugged back.
"K-keno-s-sama?? Y-you..."

He looked at her playfully, thinking she was teasing him or something. Keno-sama? When did that start? And why was she stammering? "What is it Ichi-chan? Did I do something wrong?"

Ichi lips quivered, tears coming to her eyes. SHe blinked them away, the streams running down her cheeks. She pulled herself towards him, hugging him and snuggling his cheek.
"Keno-kun!!! You're normal!!"

He held her in another hug, pushing back the urge to hiss in pain. So that's what it was. She was obviously around dealing with Keno as well. That must have been rather tramatizing for her. She was even crying. That hit a soft spot, but he didn't give in to it, merely acknowledged it. "And you're the same as always. Thank goodness you're okay."

Ichi continued to snuggle his cheek with hers.
"I'm so glad you're back to normal Keno-kun!! You won't hurt me anymore! Or kiss me, or force me to go to the hot springs with you and be all bossy!!"

"Nani?!" Keno's eyes widened for a minute, surprised once again by Ichi's words. "What do you mean talking about all those things? Since when do I do such things to you?"

"That doesn't explain anything. Why would I attack Ichi if Ichi wasn't gonna fight back? And kiss her and do all those other things?" He was still completely shocked, but he was getting hurt more and more. He carefully picked the girl up and headed for the lounge.

Ichi closed her eyes tightly, still holding on to Keno.
"Because... Keno made Ichi his slave!"

Keno fell straight on the sofa as he heard Ichi's words. He turned her around and moved her hair from her neck. The mark was there. Ichi was indeed his slave. She would do anything he wanted...he sat completly frozen with the truth. Slowly he wrapped his arms around her waist and drew her in to a hug, resting the side of his head on her back. This was unchangeable. She was gonna be this way forever.

Ichi blushed as Keno hugged her from behind. She turned her head to her right, looking at him with the corner of her eye.
"Keno-kun... Is something wrong?"

Keno released her and turned her back around. He didn't know exactly what to say to her, so just gazed at her with a gentle smile for a while, thinking it all over. "Ichi-chan, do you like being Keno's slave. I mean, would you like to be now that I'm normal again?"
