Co-ownership agreement for Radoslava between Roniel and Suzieq06



Roniel's rights:
-Siggy rights
- Rights to two breedings, independent of Suzie
- IC RP rights
- Rights to modify or terminate this co-ownership
- Right to make important character decisions like lifemating, etc.

Suzie's rights:
- Siggy rights
- Rights to one breeding. Roniel needs to give her permission for this breeding but will not receive a basket from it
- OOC RP rights

This co-ownership will dissolve if Suzie gets a fully owned soq of her own prior to getting her breeding... unless Roniel allows an extension of the co-ownership!

Co-ownership agreement between Yuuka Kurokawa and Nemsis Kenobi



Yuuka's rights:
~ OOC RP rights
~ Rights to two breedings (First and third)
~ Teepee display rights
~ Sig rights
~ Right to be involved in any and all major life changing decisions
~ Termination or change of terms to co-ownership
~ Choosing and purchasing of familiars

Nem's rights:
~ IC RP rights
~ right to one breeding (Second) Yuuka will not receive a basket at all, but still needs to give permission
~ teepee display rights
~sig display rights
~Inclusion in choice of flings and/or mates or other life changing decisions
~Inclusion in choosing a familiar

This agreement will be rendered null and void if Nemesis Kenobi disappeasr for any period of time greater than two months without an explanation or PM to notify me of an absence. Extenuating circumstances not withstanding.

Display, Contest, and Roleplaying Rights
- Both owners have full display/sig rights and OOC RP ability
- Both owners have full IC roleplaying rights
- Both owners have the right to enter Dierdre into RP contests (though, obviously, only one at any given time)


Breeding
- Both owners get one "full control" breeding with her. They do not need permission of the other owner to enter breeding events, and they have choice of breeding partner (unless one is lifemated, see below). The breeding will not count towards the other owner's breeding limitations.
- The third breeding will be shared between the two owners, unless one of the owners is absent from Gaia for over four months, then the active owner can claim control of the breeding.
- Lifemating decisions must be agreed upon by both owners.

Life-Altering / Major Decisions
-neither Kamiki nor Nilo can transfer their portion of the ownership of Deirdre to anyone without permission from the other owner, but may give up rights TO the other owner.
- If one owner gives up rights to the other, then the remaining owner can then choose a new co-owner.
- Both owners must agree to make major IC decisions (skinwalkering, lifemating, etc)

Co-Ownership Agreement for Amani, between Vodka Slurs and Asuka Fujimiya


Asuka Fujimiya has roleplay rights, breeding rights, and sig-candy privileges.
Vodka Slurs will retain sig-candy privileges.

Co-owner agreement for Wisp, between Annchen and Pearlyblue


Both owners get:
*Signature rights, tepee display rights etc.
*Breeding rights and the right to a basket from one breeding.
*Both owners have the right to RP her if they desire

Major decisions
Life mating and other major decisions will be discussed by both owners.

Breeding
Both co-owners can initiate a breeding but should inform the other owner when they do. If there is a third breeding the basket will be co-owned or given away.

If any of the co-owners should disappear from Gaia for more than 3 months the other owner can break this agreement and become the sole owner of Wisp.

I am relinquishing this co-ownership as RL has eated me and I don't feel that I am spending enough time with Ash.

I'm sure another newbie will have more time than I and will love Ash as Toadies does. ^^
