Kitya - 6
Kitya waved a fist angrily behind the shifters as they left. It seemed that more people were agreeing to fight which she assumed was a good thing? Her Papa seemed to support it and so did she! If fighting could be heroic then she could be one too! The little girl puffed up her chest proudly before glancing over at the hybrid boy again. Maybe he was a hero too because he seemed kinda bold...well until his cheeks darkened and his gaze turned away. Like some startled keldari!
"Ooooh." Kitya blinked at her sister's input before nodding slowly, "I think you're right! But he looks a lot like us minus those gold gems!" She placed her arm on her hip as she studied him more without caring that he knew they were studying him, "I kinda wish I could have shimmering stones like that - talk about not needing gold jewelry!" Kitya paused at the question of fighting, "Why not ask?" She grinned before calling out, "Hey! Yeah, you right there! Are ya's gonna fight like all the heroes?"

Kieran - 7
Straightening his shoulders so to that he stood to his full height, Kieran sent one last glare after the protesting group of shifters, but then he glanced towards the leaders up front. Even if he didn't want to leave his family he also couldn't ignore a world in need. The realization was grim, but seeing his bold daughters talking of heroes made the man's heart swell with pride. How could he disappoint? Taking a deep breath Kieran nodded towards the front, "I'll fight as well." He didn't know if he would stay in Oba or go home to be with his family or what he would do next, but the man was certain of one thing. He would fight so that his little ones had a brighter future to look forwards to.
Something that despite his previous resentment against the bugs he felt wouldn't happen unless they were saved as well.

Valek - 7Valek felt as if his cheeks were going to burn completely away from his face. The way the two girls were staring at him made him feel like some sort of art or something! He had never really been on display before, normally he hid at home or behind his mother and father when they went out and about, but now he was standing here in the middle of the crowd with two girls near his age just staring at him. What did they want? Were they offended by him? So many questions! That mixed in with the chaos of the arguing adults had his little heart racing. Maybe it was better to have stayed at home with his mother instead of coming outside like this with his father... But then he heard a question and the boy tilted his head. Fighting, him? A hero, him? At first he started to shake his head before stopping. Didn't his papa fight? So why not him? Valek took a breath before staring straight at both of the girls and giving a firm nod, "Ye-yeah." If he was going to be a hero, why not start now?

Saraf Post 7 Giving a smile Saraf couldn't help but to think about what Tytus was saying. He found that he rather liked the idea of tracking down the the Dretch's hide out and burning it to the ground. If they didn't have a place to go back to or a place to regroup and rest they would make for easier prey. That was what he wanted at least least, to make sure that the Dretch were weakened so that they didn't have to fear their powers as much. He'd heard someone calling out about the soldiers throwing them on the blades of the Dretch, not something he liked the sound of in the least bit. As vice captain it was up to him to help keep them all safe. "We will have to do our best going forward." He crossed his arms over his chest and said, "Though the most intimidating part of all of this will be breaking the news to the wife. She's scares me more then any Dretch." He couldn't help but wonder if she'd be going along with the rest of those from the Outcast Unit or not. He couldn't say he was sure one way or the other which he'd prefer to be honest.

Kieran - 8
Kieran shifted as it seemed that everyone was settling on their decisions, "Alright then." He took a deep breath before glancing around for his daughters. Thankfully they were close and he held out a hand, "Kitya, Xenia. I think we should get ready to go." It seemed the discussions were almost at an end and he was curious about what the leaders would say next.

Kitya - 7
Blinking the girl glanced towards her papa and grinned, "Alright." Maybe she would see the strange hybrid boy later? That much would be nice! All she could do was flash him a grin, "See you around, hero!" She teased lightly before going back to reach for her father's hand. Maybe now that the adults were finishing up talking they could get some food? She had been promised sweets after all!

 || Oba IC ||
So it seemed that things were settled. No one had expected a hundred percent agreement but still as the leaders listened to their people there was relief to know that an overwhelming majority did wish to fight alongside of the Alkidikes. Those that disagreed were allowed to do so and none made a comment as they opted instead to focus on those that were awaiting more instructions. If they were to fight did they go now? How long to prepare and was there a battle plan once they met with the Alks? Couldn’t they learn more about the Dretch first? Many similar questions emerged from the crowd and Besian found himself raising a hand to silence everyone, "Thank you for your support and for those who are questioning the next move do not worry. We are not barging into battle as there is still much to learn from the Alkidikes. We hope to send an envoy to express our desire to aid them and then in turn we hope to learn about these Dretch. That way we can summon tacticians so that when we do fight we have better footing." He just hoped that the Alkidikes had more knowledge on these Dretch so that they could move before it was too late. For none knew what the Dretch would do when the time came. Once they found whatever they were seeking everything would be different - that much many of the leaders feared.
That was why they didn't want to wait for the Dretch to make a more drastic move before preparing themselves, "In time we shall announced another assembly that will begin our march to the Alkidikes. For now we ask everyone to go home, prepare themselves and their families for the fights to come. We will send a delegation to Jahaur seeking the Alkidikes to inform them of our decision to give aid. For those who wish to train themselves the Oban army will have camp here near Jatine and along with the other countries will offer aid and training for those who wish to stay nearby while we brace for the future battle." He glanced about at the other leaders who all fave affirming nods to his words.
Stepping up next to him Antiope raised her hands in greeting towards the crowd, "For those who wish to rest feel free. Tents are set up for those who have travelled far and we will provide food for those who need. As it is we need to discuss the finer details and so our meeting ends here. Please enjoy this time to mingle with those from afar. It could be a great learning experience. "
"And for those interested in the training camp let me know. I’m more than eager to teach you all how to truly fight!” Quipped Naria teasingly, the tension in her shoulders fading after hearing such a positive response from the crowd, “Sincerely all of us want to help everyone out so that we can all work together to defeat these Dretch.” She nodded happily and was surprised as the Yaeli preist walked forward and stood next to her.
“While we rest for the night those who wish for evening prayers may join for blessings.” He called out with a gentle smile focused towards his people, “Until then feel free to relax as our boats will need a couple of days before we leave once more to Yael.”
That stated all the leaders dismissed the crowds so that they could go and hold a more private discussion, the choosing of an envoy and the plans of how to meet again when the time was right being only a few of the matters at hand, but it did seem that a plan was very well forming. Perhaps slowly, but one could not rush into battle blindly and the earthlings planned to prepare as much as possible before facing the Dretch.

Xenia ll 6
"Maybe they are jewelry; probably stick em on his skin with mud or somethin'." It might just be a ploy to get him noticed in the big crowd, and if so, it was working! Against skin as dark as his they shown like little stars. Beyond that she couldn't really tell any other super defining features of a hybrid, so for the moment, that's what Xenia called him. A faker, but a good one.
When her sister called out to him Xenia flapped her arms, not being shy in the least about slapping her sister, but more than a little embarrassed by her. Why did she have to be like that?! Her glasses slipped down her nose once more, framing her little cheeks in two big circles as she looked to him. The boy was standing up a little taller now, but his voice was squicky. It was funny enough to make her smile.
"Do a good job, then! We're counting on you!"

Taijana ll 7
So that was it then. When she had signed on to come to Oba for the discussions Taijana had never dreamed this is how it would all break down, but at least everyone had a chance to voice their grievances. It was a relief to know that so many shared their displeasure with the situation, but were still planning to help. After all, what else could they do? They needed to stand united, no matter the cause, or face what lay ahead...
She would need to talk to her siblings about all of this, and make preparations for the girls. They wouldn't like it, but Taijana wouldn't have them in this fight if she could help it. Agreeing with her husband, Taijana gave Xenia's hand a little squeeze and nudged her forward. "Come on, sweetheart. It's time to go."

Orpheus Solon Last post for Adenah; sorry for making you wait! Adenah ll 7
When the time came she was cheering right along with him. Why not? It wasn't like she was going to be able to avoid the Dretch, living in Jauhar and all! She didn't even know where her family stood on the matter, but Gahiji's enthusiasm was contagious. She could learn; she could train! So what if she wouldn't be as smart as her dad, or as strong as her mom? Didn't mean she couldn't give it a shot.
Finally, when all was said and done, Adenah clucked her tongue with a little smile. Ani's going to get a kick out of this. The teen turned to her fellow hybrid before giving a little salute. "See you in Jauhar." Eager to meet back up with her friends, Adenah slipped away from him in search of them. There was so much to talk about, as well as prepare for, before the next wave hit.

Finnufarinel ll 7
When the moment came for all to cast their vote Finn was a vocal, passionate 'no'. He was against teaming up with the bugs with the entirety of his soul, and yet, it seemed they were still outvoted. Time and time again others were shunning his words of what he called 'wisdom' to broker some sort of truce with them. Why? How many times would these mainlanders need to be slaughtered before they finally turned on the alkidike?
He, however, only needed to be taught that lesson once.
They wanted more information, to send an envoys, blah blah blah; more stalling, more dragging their feet. Their 'leaders' couldn't even make up their minds when it came to deciding a position on a concept they themselves brought up! "If they wanted us to fight with them why didn't they have all that information before?" Of course it didn't matter to Finn either way; he'd said his peace, had been backed up by Kedean and whether or not this oban girl would fight was none of his concern. He likely wouldn't even see her again after all of this so why should he care? If she wanted to run out and fight let her; fools rushed in all the time.
With a curl of his lip, Finn turned his back on the assembly and walked away. Frehy or no Frehy he wasn't about to stick around for prayers with Gods that didn't exist. The yaeli were no more his people than the dirt beneath his nails. "I'm going back to the house. Tell that bloated Oban he can keep my share; I'm done for today."

Xenia ll 7
Even with her papa urging her forward, Xenia didn't seem to budge, not until her mother tugged at her hand. She didn't want to go yet. The little yaeli wanted to explore all the new people first, and she wanted to talk to the little faker hero. But...even as exciting as all of that was, Xenia knew she would be happier back in the yaeli camp. They would have prayer, which would help to calm everyone down, and she could escape all the bad sounds of the gathering.
So for now she waved goodbye to the little boy and toddled along behind her family.

Gahiji Post 7 Gahiji gave a bit, toothy grin when it was decided that they were in fact going to be fighting with the Dretch. It was all that he could ever dream of! To get to fight something so interesting and so dangerous, not to mention that there was some sort of training camp before hand. Did that mean all the most powerful warriors were going to be gathering together? That surely meant that he was going to be able to find all the best fights there were to fight he thought to himself, his excitement only rising. As the girl next to him told him that she'd see him in Jauhar he gave a rapid nod of his head, "You're damn right! This is gonna be a great fight!" Now to tell Kinte and Meint that he was heading out he thought to himself, waving to the girl as she left. Once she'd vanished into the crowd he whirled around on his heel and went racing off, wanting to find the pair of fishermen as quickly as possible so they could discuss what was going on. There was going to be so much to do going forward! He couldn't wait! This was going to be so much fun.

Aqio Post 6 Aqio smirked as he saw the twitch, yep his silence had gotten to Shesha. He leaned up to the others ear as he muttered. "I agree with you my lord...as for the fools rushing to their end...well. Less idiots in the world for us to worry about." he nodded to the other before offering his arm. "Shall we?"

Shesha Post 7 "Let's send a courier with a letter to your brother and his healer, to make sure that they don't get caught up in that mess. They are heading to Jauhar after all and that seems to be where the warriors are going to gather." He had little interest in the pair personally but he knew that Aqio did care about them. He didn't want his little fish getting distracted becasue his family was caught up in such a giant mess. Wrapping one around around that of Aqio he picked up his staff with his other hand from where it was resting. Turning to Aqio he said, "I think we should get going then. I'm sure the 'old man' wants to know what's going on. On top of that I have things that I want to do that don't involve standing out in the sun waiting on a sun burn." He gave a little tug on Aqio's arm before leading the way back toward home. "I don't plan on doing any fighting personally but I think we might want to sharpen our skills regardless. There is no telling if those going to fight the Dretch will succeed or if the things will actually invade. We need to be ready just in case they fail."
