Everyone's just busy again ;3; It's the start of school for some of us and I made the AWESOME decision of taking 4 AP classes...which is an endless mountain of work for me ;v; so... //dies

Even though it's been this way for a while. It still feels weird to see things so inactive. I remember the glorious days where there'd be pages per day. /sighs/
I've been poking my nose here every now and again in case things started to pick up. But, no such luck.
I would have whipped up a post, if I thought it would help. But there isn't much one cat can do all by her lonesome.

You're right ;v; and I honestly need to focus more on school and such. I'm getting near my last year of finals and I have a bunch of extra classes to take so I can get a bunch of benefits for my future xD

Yeah, the important thing is first and foremost (and sadly), to focus on school (or your job, whichever) before posting.
Maybe someday we'll all have time, and then we can return to The Next Chapter as if we never left.

I'm sorry I know I'm not a member but a long time ago someone in the crew invited me to join but I declined it since I knew I wasn't going to join.
Ok, that has nothing to do with what I'm asking put do people ever post on here anymore? I'm assuming that this gets more popular during the summer then, well, right now pur say. I was going to join but the group looks lifeless.
So if your a member/crew/vice caption whatever please respond back to me; I want to help the group out as much as I can. c:

It used to be that we knew, without a doubt, that things would pick up again to a faster pace once the summer months rolled around. But I can't say that anymore with the same confidence.
It does get a bit more posty during the summer, because then a lot of us don't have school that needs to be dealt with. But at the moment, life just seems to be pulling a lot of WTNC members into the thick of it.
We would post, because there are a number of us who are still interested in this. But we're not sure what exactly is going on with WTNC, so we don't post, and probably won't until we know what's up.
So right now, I agree completely, we look like a pretty lifeless bunch of roleplayers. And we'll probably continue to look like that until Timber or one of our vice captains lets us know if this guild is still a thing that we plan on reviving, or if WTNC's reign is done.
Uhm... I think that's it. I don't know what else to say about it c:

Echo: I tried to set up a system where y'all could control my cats if need be to keep the plot going. Given my RIDICULOUSLY EXTENDED ABSENCE, however, I can understand how that's not a thing that would've stopped the inevitable halt in everything.
Regarding school, I've been slammed with iconic symbols of adulthood: getting a car that constantly breaks down, setting up bank accounts, getting a part time job, and juggling classes and a new willowy poet boyfrando in between.
It's hecka hectic. Not to mention I joined a sorority and Student Council this year.
One of the things I quickly realized was that time passes really friggin quickly when you're running around trying to handle everything all the time. I can't believe the entire year is almost over. It's been a whirlwind. I totally overloaded myself and hah ah a I'm sO SORRY
That said, I definitely plan on quitting half of the things I did this year in favor of focusing my efforts into certain key things: My sorority, my classes, my art, and my writing. The writing part comes into play right here, right now.
The point is that yes finals are coming up, but see, for me, finals aren't as harrowing as they are for other students. I'm in the honors college at my school, and our finals are more like...presentations. Discussions with our teachers about what we've cumulatively learned. My art finals are literally drawings, and my one Spanish class should be the only normal final I have. Which is totes great.
What does this mean? Probably that I'm going to help us try and get everything re-organized and set up a stable base before summer starts. I mean, I dunno, that seems like a good use of time to me.

I don't believe WTNC is done. Personally, I'm not willing to allow it to be, but if enough people leave, I mean, it'sgonnabekindahardtOCONTINUELIKETHAT
SO HERE'S THE SKINNY, I'm definitely going to push for a revival towards end of spring, beginning of summer. More than anything we're going to get things straightened out and fixed up before the Return of Hopefully Most Players. I keep doing this thing where I want the rules to be strict and nice and orderly but tbh that's a better setup for a smaller roleplay.
That just means that we won't hound you about activity (but plllleaaaaseeee stay active if you're MC or Leader or Deputy), if you want to help out with the Storyline Big Important Cats coming up just like ask and we'll see but I plan to pioneer most of them because, as I've learned, if you're heading a story that you wrote yourself it's best for you to play the non-player characters that will be interacting with the players so that you have better control over what happens with those non-player character, and also that we're going to keep litters or cat creations to a minimun right now as we try and organize who's still here and who's become NPC.
It's gonna be cray. Point is, though, I haven't given up I just overwhelmed myself and was sucked into the Neverending Problems That Need Fixing dimension.
So I'm gonna send an announcement, hope someone posts soon, review where we left off since everything died and what needs to be taken care of, etc etc.
Probably going to do some reorganization as far as plot things go, too.
Be prepared, everyone. The Dawn of a New Age in WTNC is coming...farewell (until someone posts)!
And remember: the Clans have much more in store for them...

Yup, its me Ember, I'm still alive. Okay, I hate the fact that I was going to help work on the revival and then it fell through the cracks. I've been horribly busy this year because I heaped no less than eight things on my plate and my nephew was just born. I still want to do what I can for the guild. I'm so sorry for not keeping up. Just tell me if there's anything I can do and I will.
