ＴＨＥＭＥ: ♬ xxxxx ＬＯＣＡＴＩＯＮ: Willowcove Village xxxxxＯＢＪＥＣＴＩＶＥ: Capture second Pokemon. xxxxxＣＨＡＰＴＥＲ: Ⅰ - Starting Round Four.
Raiden and Lazarus walked through the town with a bit of a pep in their step, more so Lazarus since he was the one who was acting a bit excited about going on a journey. “Isn’t this awesome! Ray- we have to go catch a Pokémon right now! Follow me!” Lazarus grabbed Ray’s arm, knowing very well that Raiden was used to it by now, and tugged him towards the forest. “Look Ray, there’s a Munchlax!” Since it was night time, the Munchlax was sleeping. That wouldn’t be fair to catch it while it was sleeping though. “I know! Munchlax can’t resist the smell of berries!” Lazarus pulled a berry from his bag and tossed it at the Munchlax, hitting it in the head as he did so. This caused the Munchlax to wake up and look around. “Aw look! It’s awake! Go Timburr!” Lazarus threw a Pokeball, causing his Pokémon Timburr to come out. The Pokémon immediately began swinging the block of wood it was holding like it was nothing. “Okay TImburr, get ready for a battle!”
Raiden rolled his eyes and pulled a cigarette from his pocket before lighting it. He then inhaled the tobacco before letting out a sigh of boredom, “You’re always so happy about these things…” Raiden let his eyes roam for a moment before catching a Pokémon of his own sleeping soundly next to a tree. ‘The hell? It looks like a piece of broccoli.’ Raiden walked closer to the sleeping Pokémon before pulling out a Pokedex and finding out that the sleeping Pokémon was actually a Pansage. ‘It wouldn’t hurt to catch a grass type for my team.’ Raiden tossed out a Pokeball and released his Cyndaquil who turned to Raiden for answers. “Pansage wake up! We’re going to fight you.” Almost immediately after saying this, the Pansage jumped around as though it’d been shot before gaining its composure and yawning. “Alright, let’s do it Clyde.” The Cyndaquil nodded and instantly the holes on its back shot out flames as it readied itself for a fight. “Use flamethrower Clyde!” Clyde nodded and exhaled a powerful flame from its mouth towards the Pansage. Since it was still waking up, the Pansage barely was able to dodge the attack before launching a counter which was bullet seed. “Damn, quick, use flame wheel!” Cyndaquil formed a sphere of fire around itself and then raced towards the Pansage, deflecting all the seeds as it did so.
Meanwhile, with the battle Lazarus was in, Munchlax wasn’t posing much of a threat. “Toby let’s start with a low kick!” Toby jumped forward and swung its large piece of lumber at the feet of the Munchlax, causing it to fall over and hit its head. Even though the Pokémon was heavy, it didn’t take it long before it stood right back up and dusted itself off. “Oh wow Munchlax! You have some pretty awesome defense if you can be standing after an attack like that!” The Munchlax nodded happily before countering with a body slam. “Quick Toby, use Hammer Arm!” Timburr quickly swung the piece of lumber it carried upwards, intercepting the Munchlax and countering with a powerful physical contact blow to the stomach of his adversary. “Alright!” The Munchlax fell to the ground in a heap after the powerful attack, which Lazarus took advantage of. “Alright, go Pokeball!” Lazarus tossed a pokeball, hoping to catch his first wild Pokémon of the Coria region…
Raiden’s battle wasn’t going as smoothly. Just as Cyndaquil was about to hit Pansage with flame wheel, Pansage hopped into a tree. ‘Pansage is fast. I need to think of a way to counter that.’ Before Raiden could think too thoroughly, the Pansage spat another barrage of seeds. ‘Of course, I need to use Long range attacks like Pansage!’ Raiden pointed to the Pansage before declaring his next attack, “Use ember and aim for the seeds!” Cyndaquil nodded and began spitting small fire balls from its mouth towards the seeds. As it did so, the seeds caught fire before being pushed backwards because of the force of the flames. As a result, the seeds went directly up into the tree, hitting the Pansage, causing it to lose its footing and come crashing down to the ground. “Now finish it with flamethrower.” Before the Pansage could get up, it was hit with a powerful flamethrower causing it to faint. “Way to go!” Raiden tossed a Pokeball after this so that he could try and catch the fast Pansage.

Hansuke and Izo had caught their first Pokémon of this region, but to Hansuke, it was his first Pokémon ever. Nervously, he turned to Izo before speaking, “T-Thanks for taking me with you here. I couldn’t have actually become a trainer unless I had your assistance.” Hansuke clutched a pokeball in his hands that now contained his Pokémon Pineco. He was so excited about the prospect of becoming famous and it would all be thanks to his Pineco who was his very first Pokémon. “L-Look over there! There are some more trainers, and I think they just caught their first Pokémon.” Hansuke pointed to two males who had a Timburr and Cyndaquil. “Alright, we can go introduce ourselves.” Izo turned to Hansuke before continuing, “No funny business alright? One thing you’ll learn as a trainer is that relationships don’t work for the people who travel a lot.” Hansuke folded his arms in resentment for that statement. It’s not like he was planning on dating anyone anyways. “Fine, okay, but can we still go talk to them?”
Izo nodded and the two approached the trainers. Since Hansuke has seemed the most eager, Izo waited for him to speak to them first, but when he realized how socially awkward Hansuke was being right now, he took the initiative. “Hello you two. I see you’re out catching Pokémon. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Izo and this is Hansuke.” Izo pointed to Hansuke before continuing, “We’re new trainers to this region as well. Any particular reason you two are out here?” Izo looked at the two men cautiously, trying to discern whether or not they were possibly Team Rocket members who have come to end Izo and Hansuke.

Hansuke was the first to reply this time, having noticed that Raiden was checking him out, or something like that. “U-Um, y-yeah, nice to meet you guys.” Hansuke could feel his face turning red and there was nothing he could do to hide it except hope that his tan could cover up most of it. He then turned back to Izo, hoping that he would do something to answer the question coming from Lazarus. “We’re just on our way through. We don’t mean you any harm if that’s what you were implying.” Izo raised an eyebrow at Raiden, but didn’t say anything about the suggestive things he was saying because that didn’t seem like anything that could realistically be happening right now. “Anyways, we were just on our way through when we saw that you had a couple of Pokémon that managed to defeat some. We found that interesting so we stopped by.” Izo was practically rolling his eyes as he thought about how stupid it was that he was explaining himself to this pair of people. It’s not like they had the right to know all this stuff, although it was partially Izo’s fault for blabbing about it.

The conversation wasn’t going so smoothly in terms of what direction it was headed. Any second now, Raiden would probably start reminiscing about his past and how his ex-boyfriend and cheated on him because to be honest, Hansuke looked a lot like him with the flashy hair and nice physique. Without thinking, Lazarus spoke up. “Yeah, well it was nice meeting you guys. Raiden and I were about to go find a place to sleep.” Very subtly, Lazarus nudged Raiden before walking back into the city. “Maybe we’ll meet again sometime! Bye!” Raiden merely stared at Hansuke as he walked into the city. If only he had the courage to confess himself to Hansuke, then maybe they could spend a little bit more time together, but alas, that wasn’t going to happen with the way Lazarus was forcing him to move back into the city area.
Once back in the village, Lazarus gave Raiden a deathly look. “What were you thinking with all that referencing crap? We’re trying to make a new start for ourselves and you’re over there thinking about love. I mean, come on dude!” Raiden looked at the ground as Lazarus scolded him. He didn’t want to start an argument over this because Lazarus was right, as hard as it was to admit. By not arguing, he wouldn’t be obliged to win it. “Alright, alright! Take it easy wife. Nagging me so much, it’s annoying. So we’ll just wait here until they leave town, big whoop. I can deal with that.”

Hansuke looked on awkwardly as the two other trainers ran back into the city. He honestly wasn’t sure what to make of that since it was something that had never happened before. He simply turned to Izo, hoping that he would have some answers to supply. “Some people are just strange.” Izo turned around and began walking towards Vormund City, half-expecting Hansuke to follow him as well. “I-If you say so.” The two began to walk towards the next village which would be quite a walk, so they needed to start now.

 Bambi & Bit Libretto Bambi looked up at the rising sun with a small smile, looking to her younger twin. Bit was leaning against the tree behind them with a Brightlyn on his chest and a Volte buried somewhere in his scarf on his shoulders. She giggled and poked Volte. "Shinx...." Volte mumbled as Bambi picked him up, Bit's golden brown eyes shot open. Bambi smiled and playfully knocked his head, "Rise and shine sleepy head...we wanted an early start to the next place...remember?""...Vormund City." Bit seemingly growled out. Bambi giggled then stood, watching as her brother picked up the still sleeping Brightlyn before nodding to her. The twins walked off, neither one expecting the new companions they would be making around the corner... Local~ Pokemon Refuge ][ Pokemon~ Volte Brightyn

Bambi & Bit Libretto Bambi stopped when the two tall men came into view, upon the bright greeting she smiled at them equally bright. Bit blinked before seemingly glaring at them as Brightlyn opened his eyes slowly. "Mar...eep?" he blinked, Volte looked over with a happy yip, "Shii~!"Bambi giggled at the two males, "Hi there! My names Bambina, you can call me Bambi...this glaring grouch next to me is my younger twin brother: Gambit, but everyone calls him Bit!""Hn..." Bit said, making a noise through his nose. Bambi rolled her eyes before waving a hand dismissively, "Sorry about him...he's a real Crabby when he wakes up sometimes."She blinked at the question, "Uhm...we're headed for...""Vormund." Bit said a little sharply, merely blinking indifferently. Bambi was all smiles next to him, "That's right! Bambi jumped before pouting at her brother, "I wasn't starting anything Gambit...you're just overthinking things..."Bit blinked before turning and walking away. He placed Brightlyn down before looking back, "Well..."Bambi couldn't help her chuckles she winked before whispering to the two males, "Bit's actually really shy...so him saying more than two words around new people usually makes him fell...awkward. Bambi & Bit Libretto Bambi let Volte jump out of her arms to trot up next to Brightlyn. Giggling the short female walked up next to Raiden, "So, where do you guys come from? Bit and I are from the Sinnoh Region!"Bit glanced back once, the barest hint of a blush evident at the tips of his ears. Looking back to the road as it led out of the Village. His eyes darted around as he fell back to walk on his sister's other side, Bambi smiled at her brothers insecurity of taking the lead. He mumbled low cause he knew Bambi would never say it, "...
