✦I've got my defenses When it comes to your intentions for me Endellion Aibhe {TӇЄ ҎΛTӇϜɫЛDЄɌ} Capricorn And we wake up in the breakdown With the things we never thought we could be✦ Endellion gave Alyssia a smile as she walked over . . . it was not precisely warm, but it was the most that anyone was likely to get out of her. She tried to make it friendly- this was the worst time to seem hostile. She hesitated a moment before replying, noting the calm woman's intent gaze . . . it was times like this that Endellion wished that she didn't but heads with the other's so much. It would make life so much easier . . . if only her duties would let her be agreeable, or if they were more reasonable. . .but it didn't matter now. “I am aware that . . . . relations have not been the most cordial between us.” She said levelly, hoping that this would earn her more easy relations with this calming woman. “I know I'm at fault for that, largely, though our Signs have never been in alignment . . . but you're the only one for this task. Cael is furious and fixated on Ara . . . he can't see past his conceptions of failure. Tus is, of course, upset . . . and Insomnia has hurt Ara. I don't know how badly. ” She explained rapidly, eyes darting occasionally to one of the Scions whom she referred to. Now, she fixed her gaze on Alyssia's yellow eyes, praying that he good intentions would be enough.
“Unless we can calm them down, there will be real trouble when Insomnia emerges . . . .” She said, glancing at the door for a long moment. “But more than that . . . You said Insomnia was exhausted, starving, and irate . . . and now he has injured Ara as well . . . for their well being, and for everyone's peace of mind . . . I must ask for your knowledge. Is there a way to enter that room, or to bring them out?“ She asked, tense, but hopeful. If she had appealed to Alyssia's better nature, they could maybe fix this before everything exploded, and went downhill. With her help, maybe Tus could be calmed . . . Maybe even Cael, possibly Insomnia. At least enough to talk, and not draw any blood. Stars help them if the fight turned bloody.
“I may have spoken unwisely . . . but this cannot come to blows. I can do no more to ensure it than to ask your help.” She stated quietly, back proudly straight at the admission of inability, jaw angled against the sting of failure. . . She was not the one the other Scions answered to, nor even one to whom they responded. It had been foolish to try to assume control of the situation . . . perhaps now that she was here, Alyssia could do that, and she would not have completely ruined this. At the sound of June's voice she blinked, turning to look at him
She gave the older Scion a gesture half-wave and half-salute of respect. Of all the Scions, June was one of those least prone to being irrational. His calm sensibility and peaceful manners had always won him her respect . . . he was better at getting people to see reason without starting an argument than she was. “It's good to see you, June . .. sorry about all the chaos.” She greeted him, turning with Alyssia to face him.“I'm afraid things have gotten rather messy . . . ." She said, trailing off to look back at Alephonze and the others. Turning for a second she called out to him. “Any reply yet, Alephonze?" ✦I'm not the one who broke you I'm not the one you should fear ╔═══════════════════════╗ I thought I x ʆ ѻ ʂ Ϯ x you x ʂ ѻ ϻ є ω Һ є r є But you were x ɳ є ѵ є r x really ever x Ϯ Һ є r є xat all ╚═══════════════════════╝ I can feel you falling And I wanted to be all you need.✦

"I may have the stubborn attitude of a bull..." "..but I have the strength to match..." Alephonze The Protector Kaido
As Alephonze held his hand to the door with no response he finally stood straight once more and allowed his hand to slide down and finally fall defeated back to his side. He let out a deep breath that he had been holding in unbeknownst to him and replaced it drawing in deep, his broad back expanding as he turned to face Alyssia and Endellion.
He closed his eyes and shook his head as he moved away from the door, he had hoped he could reach whatever portion of his old friend that was in there but there was no chance in that. Cael had probably angered him into a rage, he hadn't emerged to attack them as of yet though so something must've happened with Ara, maybe he managed to calm him down. At this point though it seemed as if the power lay in Insomnia's hands on his conditions, they could do nothing but wait.

 ┏━━━━━━━━━┓ June 'The Cancer' ┗━━━━━━━━━┛ Peaceful as a Pond Deadly as the Sea I will save your life Or eradicate it June observed as the others came to the group, Alyssia. he wondered what was actually going on, he felt an uncommon pang in his chest. He rubbed the spot with three fingers trying to massage the pain away, but he knew it wouldn't help. This pang was telling him him another Scion was in trouble or injured. He was overcome with this surge of duty. He had to help in some way. But getting hyped up and loud would help nothing. Level headed was the way to go right now. Alyssia's voice brought his attention back to the situation. "Hello Alyssia, yes I've come to be aware of the situation." He finished his sentence with a small smile and rubbed at his chest again."I'm sorry for my tardiness, I was being selfish, I should really change my room, it is took tempting to take a nap." He smirked ever so slightly, but it was true, he is one of the older Scions he tends to need a recharge every once and a while, may it be a nap or what have you.
He listened intently as Endellion spoke to Alyssia, asking to pt past their differences so Ara could be removed from the Clutches of Insomnia. That was very wise of her, as always Endellion plays all the right cards to keep peace, but also get what she needs to be done. When it comes to socializing between the scions, few are able to have fulfilling conversations with her. But June likes those conversations with Endellion though they may not be the most exciting conversations in the world. None the less he enjoyed her company and he was one of few that she was, well, amiable with. After she was done apologizing and bringing the conversation into her favor, she spoke to him.
He looked up to see her saluting wave. He smiled a little, an example of their relationship, other might get a nod or just a verbal recognition, but June gets a salute-wave."good to see you as well Endellion. It's not your fault, there is nothing to apologize for. And I can see you are doing all you can to correct the situation." His voice was soothing and calm. Her righteousness could be at times quite adorable. He smiled both at his own thoughts and to Endellion. "Well I'm sure we'll figure something out to get Ara out. Besides, though not to take on an aggressive path, if we were to combine our forces we could, possible just knock the door in." He paused and looked at the door."Yes it seems drastic, and should be a last resort, but if it comes down to Ara getting hurt even more or saving him, what would you do?" He looked at the door when he brought Ara back up and then returned his soft gaze to Endellion. He was sure they could knock it down....Right?

Is it true what they say? Are we too blind to find the way? 〈 〈 〈ΪuʂϮϊϮϊӓ《The Judge》Lϊbrӓ〉 〉 〉 Fear of the unknown Clouds our hearts today Iuistitia sighed as she watch the other scion leave. She could tell she wasn't complete honest with her answer, but it was probably better not to question it. So, she held her tongue and didn't say anything, even though it deeply bothered her when they lied. Especially something important, like their well being. There are more important things to worry about, she thought, watching Sen gather Alyssia and Cael. Obviously, something was going on and it wasn't good. She waited for Leith and Alistair to make there way to Alyssia's chambers before getting up to follow. It didn't take long for her to catch up to the others. She wasn't surprised that they were gathering around Insomnia's room. Ara must be inside, she thought, noting how distressed Tus and Cael were. Something else besides his disappearance much have happened for them to act such a way. She opened her mouth to ask what the situation was when June suggested busting down the door. "Sorry to disappoint you, but that's not possible. No matter how many of us try." She said, walking up to them. "But why is it so important to get into his room? I'm guessing it has something to do with Ara." She asked. There really wasn't any way to get into another Scion's room, but there was a way to get them out. She just hoped it wouldn't come to that.It would probably cause more problems before it solved anything. I hear their silence Preaching my blame. 《I'll come into your world, see through your eyes. I'll try to understand, between the truth and the lies》 Will our strength remain If their power reigns?

✦I've got my defenses When it comes to your intentions for me Endellion Aibhe {TӇЄ ҎΛTӇϜɫЛDЄɌ} Capricorn And we wake up in the breakdown With the things we never thought we could be✦ Endellion took the moment that Alephonze closed his eyes to shut her own for a moment, taking a deep breath. He shook his head, and as he approached, she faced him, calm in her face. “You could have done no better . . .” She told him, trailing off for a moment, eyes going momentarily to the still unbudging door. “Insomnia is not Aculeus . . . he will not hear reason.” She stated simply, features cooling slightly to her usual layer of composure. It wouldn't do to let all these emotional outbursts get to her. Calm. She needed to be calm about this.
Turning back to the others, she made sure her posture was straight as it ought to be, shoulders back before speaking, feet levelly braced on the Earth. She had never liked the look of poor posture, and this made her feel more grounded and steady. Ready to face down the chaos around them. June's humorous comment earned the slightest tug in one corner of her lips. She would like that sort of barrier between herself and the insanity of the other Scions, but practicality kept her from ever doing so. The need to be aware of her surroundings and the situation was too pressing.
She blinked at June's first statement. Fault? She was as much at fault as anyone else who had been present. For contributing, and furthermore, for not preventing. But there was nothing to be done about it now. She quirked her lips slightly. “At this point fault is irrelevant . . . assigning blame will better no one. We must focus on resolving this.” She crisply, gesturing around the space to include everyone, hand flicking toward to door particularly.
At June's next suggestion, she blinked, looking somewhere between blank and slightly surprised, though the expression was barely even present. Break down the door . . . Now there was a thought. It was so simple and straight-forward that it never would have occurred to her as viable. She was dubious of the practicality, or even effectiveness, but if things held up long enough, it was, exactly as June suggested, a fall-back to at least try. If they failed, nothing much would be harmed, and if they succeeded, they would free Ara. At the last question she nodded her brisk, certain agreement.
She parted her lips, about to reply, when Iustitia cut it. Endellion hadn't even noticed her arrival. She wasn't too surprised at her approach though, nor the answer . . . she should have known it couldn't be that easy. She met June's softened gaze with a twitch of her lips- a look that was part agreement, and in part, a look toward support. It was good to see that not everyone wanted to sit around and try to reason with Insomnia when he was dead set on acting like a lunatic, just out of respect, when Ara was in danger. She hoped dearly that Iustitia wouldn't take his side as well . . . her patience was running thin with the defense of Insomnia's inexcusable behavior.
None of that showed on her face when she turned to face Iustitia...it did not do to get emotional around The Judge: it was impossible to lie about her sentiments, and evasion was nearly as ineffective. “I see . . . I would, June, if it were any good- Ara's safety is the first priority.” She stated, looking briefly to him before turning back to the Libra. “But, as that gave away, you are correct . . . I'm sure you've already gathered that Insomnia has Ara in his chambers with him. The real concern, however, is that Insomnia has injured Ara . . . I'm not certain how badly.” She explained clearly, look briefly at Tus here. “You have to ask Tus about that.” ✦I'm not the one who broke you I'm not the one you should fear ╔═══════════════════════╗ I thought I x ʆ ѻ ʂ Ϯ x you x ʂ ѻ ϻ є ω Һ є r є But you were x ɳ є ѵ є r x really ever x Ϯ Һ є r є xat all ╚═══════════════════════╝ I can feel you falling And I wanted to be all you need.✦

Sometimes it's easy to forget the times we weep, the moment makes us weak, and all the shame I see ≮Λlyssia|The Keeper|Virgo≯ Alyssia listened to Endellion as she spoke to her, telling her about the situation at hand. She wasn't entirely sure at this point, why things were getting so bad, and why the Scions couldn't just calm down and get along for at least a day or two...but she was slowly growing tired of the feuds and unreasonable violence. The Virgo was one who believed judgement of others should not be so lightly made, because it was not their jobs to do so. However, it seemed all of the other Scions ignored this fact, and judged anyway. As the Capricorn spoke, Alyssia felt as though the peace and the world as they knew it, was going to change drastically from this point on, and that no matter what they did..something was going to turn out wrong.
"Please stop acting like everything here is your fault Endellion. Everyone around here can be considered at fault..don't you think in a way, many of us may have driven the Scorpio to this point. Most of the time, when he looks at us..as something from his past rears it's head and shoves itself in front of his face without him realizing it and all he wants is to understand why these things are happening to him, what do you think he sees? Pity, or sympathy. Aculeus didn't do well with it, neither does Insomnia, and frankly I can understand that. If it isn't pity or sympathy, then it's a form of sadness no matter how we look at it. Now..."
She said, her voice loud enough for her to hear and possibly a few other, but still holding her signature soft tone. As she lifter her hand to place it on the side of her own face, her eyes slipping closed and her lips parting in a sigh, she had to tell herself to think about the situation more. Alyssia had to agree that at this point, if it was true that Insomnia had hurt Ara, and still refused to listen though both Cael and Alephonze have tried to contact him through their own means, and even June seemed to be feeling that something was wrong...then the Scorpio could be considered guilty...but it wasn't her place to judge. Opening her eyes and letting her hand fall to her side, she glanced back, catching sight of Iustitia and hearing vaguely both of hers and Endellions last comments, along with Junes.
"...Now that doesn't mean I completely disagree with you on the fact that..perhaps Insomnia is reacting a little too harshly to everything. After all..he and I don't exactly get along..I simply calm him..and he appreciates that I think..but..he doesn't really like me or trust me all too much. We do get into arguments sometimes...which may be surprising because all you guys have ever seen is me and him either talking very little to each other, or respecting each others space. As for your question of how we could get into his room..."
Alyssia slowly let her sentence drift off as she thought on the question. She knew from past times that simply trying to break down the door would do nothing for them, for situations where entrance to a room was needed had arisen before theirs had now. There was one way..to get them out..that she really didn't want to bring up..but...she had to admit to herself, and everyone else that she too was slowly growing tired of Insomnia's attitude as of late. With a sigh, her eyes, which had slid closed as she thought, slowly slipped open, this time no longer holding the soft warmth they usually did. No, her eyes held a cold look, one that announced she was truly upset, for it was difficult to get that look on the Virgo's face. With a sigh she began to explain.
"Unfortunately, there is no way to get into the room without the key, or Insomnia's express permission to enter without it. Most of the time though, I believe he would have to be there with the person in order for them to get through the gateway that would lead to his section of our plain. As for getting him out of there without our entering, two ways obviously would be to do what Cael seemed to try...piss him off till he comes out to tear someone apart from his anger, or as Alephonze did, take the calm route and try to talk him out of irrational behavior. Try to get him out of the room by promising him help and something that isn't throwing anger his way...because he is an empath. The one absolute way..however to get him out of the room...deals with Libra...Iustitia. As recorded in many of my books, there has been times when the scion of judgment, or Libra, would have to pull someone from a room impenetrable by the others due to issues that required their judgement."
As Alyssia spoke she waved out one of her hands, a book appearing from thin air, and floating there until she took it into her hands. There, scrawled in the elegant hand writing of the Virgo, was the written files of times when Libra would have to use her chains to judge. She held her hand above the page and waved it, the book flipping them on it's own until it landed on the page she needed.
"Now..if you will, please take a look at this. Please though, handle the book carefully for it is quite old...and hand crafted..paper and all."
She said softly as she held it out to Endellion.
"It says that a way to remove others from their rooms would be for the Libra, given reason to remove the suggested Scion, to use her chains of judgement. By doing that...we could get a hold of Insomnia...but that still leaves Ara. I'm not sure if there would be reason to pull him from the room..seeing as technically he has done nothing wrong." «The memories ease all the pain inside » Memories exist for all the precious days my heart still wants to keep, somewhere deep inside of me (( OOC : WOOH I POSTED AND IT DOESN'T SUCK TOO HORRIBLY! yay ~ <3 XD...I'm tired...lol ))

.: |Ara and Tus|The Messenger|Gemini| :. Ah, I'm broken Or that's what they'd like to tell me anyway ╔══════════════════════════╗ I'm so used to my life with you around I don't know anymore the real me ╚══════════════════════════╝ I wanna know what's Deep deep down inside
Maybe I've gone too far, he thought, just before Insomnia flung him into the water. The impact knocked all the air out of his body and ice cold water surged in, freezing him from the inside out. It was only a matter of seconds before he lost all feeling in his body. No... He looked around, trying to figure out which way was up, but it was no use. Hair floated around his face and light was reflecting off of every surface. His clothing, now completely soaked through was weighing him down. Black was starting to creep over his vision. No... His eyes drifted shut as he was loosing consciousness.
He had no idea how long he'd been down there. I can't...stay here, he thought, never realizing how much he cared. Before he had thought about dying. Thoughts of 'It should have been me' or 'what's the point' had floated through his head more times than he could count over the years right after the war. I wasted...a lot of time...He thought, wondering if Insomnia would be like this if he had pulled himself together instead of wallowing in grief that was pointless. Everyone reincarnates after they die, even if they have no memories, they are still essentially the same. I should have...He twitched and felt a tugging sensation. What? He tried to open his eyes, but moving through the water prevented that. Once, his head broke the surface, water pored out of his mouth, causing him to start coughing. He hear Insomnia's voice but couldn't make out the words or see through his hair, which was plastered to his face. Shaking he brushed it back. He still couldn't feel anything and it was hard to move in his wet clothes. I can't stay in these, he thought, after almost falling back in the water trying to get up. Carefully, he pulled off his jacket and button-up shirt, tossing them away from him where they smacked against the tile floor. He was still shaking, but he'd finally stopped coughing. He looked over at Insomnia.
"I'm sorry. I...I've been trying to hide from everyone for stupid reasons when I should have been doing the opposite. It's probably why everyone hasn't been the nicest to you." He said, biting his lip. "All in all I've been an idiot and I'm just now realizing that."
He couldn't look Insomnia in the face as he waited for him to say something, but then he noticed the blood that was tinging some of the water on the floor red. "Your hurt." He said, moving over to get a better look at his wounds. That was probably what I felt earlier, he thought, looking at the jagged cuts on Insomnia's torso. I shouldn't have jumped on him. "Is there anything I can do to help?" He asked, feeling horrible now.
<<=====::=====>>
Tus watched as everyone tried and failed to get Insomnia to come out. Alephonze's attempt to talk to him almost sent him over the edge. He's crazy and should be dealt with as such, he thought, turning away to see Alyssia and Endellion talking. Hopefully they have a plan that will actually work. He walked up to them in time to hear Alyssia's explanation. "Well, what are we waiting for. Drag his a** out here. We all know he deserves it." He said, his anger getting the better of him. Normally, he was in more control, but that was slowly being striped away. "Or does someone need to die for you to do anything?" He asked, Iuistitia, even though he knew that wasn't the case. He just needed someone to take his anger out on and his number one person was hiding in his room.
Ah, I'm so pissed Using both my hands to keep it all inside ╔═════════════════════════════╗ Someone like you, someone like me Maybe it's change that sets you free ╚═════════════════════════════╝ I'm gonna blow it Empty out my mind ((sorry Tus's so short...I just can't really do much with him right now >.<

Cael let them lecture him in silence. He didn't speak- he knew what he did wrong, but he also thought he had his reasons. Ara, in his opinion, had to know that there actually were people out here, trying to get to him. Even if it made Insomnia mad- even if, stars forbid, he hurt Ara (which Cael might just kill him for), Ara would at least know that, yes, people knew he was missing and weren't about to abandon him. He knew full well how depressed Ara could get, and he didn't want Ara giving up in there.
Instead of starting a(nother) fight, he avoided the shitstorm and listened to other's suggestions and attempts. Alephonze's attempt at talking didn't work. And he really didn't thin they could bust down a door. But using Iustitia's chains... That just might work.
"Actually. Technically, he has. He has reason to be suspected of harming another Scion. That's reason enough for judgement, I think. And even if it leaves Ara in there alone... I think we can have him open the door as part of his punishment."

Sometimes it's easy to forget the times we weep, the moment makes us weak, and all the shame I see ≮Λlyssia|The Keeper|Virgo≯ Alyssia calmly watched everything as it passed between Tus and Cael, her golden eyes shifting back and forth over the two. She wondered why the Leo would think that Insomnia, even at the threat of Iustitia, would open the door. He would only let the Gemini out when he was ready too. It could get dangerous if suggested otherwise. With a soft sigh, she let her gaze fall on Tus, who seemed to act unreasonable because of his anger. She wasn't however, sure what his reaction would be should she decide to approach him and try to calm some of his rage. Of course, it wasn't like it mattered to her..she didn't care if the others didn't want calmed because in her opinion, if they couldn't remain calm enough to think clearly..they would get no where fast.
"Tus, you know we can't just instantly assume Iustitia can or is willing to pull him from his room. Perhaps if she had a little more then just the fact that we can prove he may have hurt Ara, then we may have a chance...but until we do, technically she has a right to deny your request, no demand. Cael..also..would it be a good idea to suggest he opened the door as punishment? You know as well as I do, that he does not like Iustitia and most definitely will not listen to an order such as that. He will let him out when he is good and ready, and to demand him to open the door to let him free..would only lead to later problems. If we leave him be, I think there's a better chance of him releasing Ara on his own in a shorter amount of time."
Alyssia said, her voice still somewhat cold, but much more reasonable. She too would like to make it a punishment to have him release the Gemini, but she also knew that Insomnia would endure any kind of other punishment just to avoid allowing the male out of his grasp. If there was another way to get him to agree on letting him out, then it would be better for them to go about it that way rather then trying to use force. However she knew the person who could come up with that way would be Iustitia. With those thoughts on her mind, she let her smile slip back onto her face, her eyes warming back to their usual gentleness and her body becoming less tense.
"So please, I suggest calming down a bit, because if we expect to keep things somewhat reasonable around here when we do get the Scorpio out of his room..I'm going to need all of the energy I can manage to keep, and I have to be able to concentrate which I won't be able to do if there's too much commotion."
She said in a quiet, soft voice. Then, as she walked towards Tus, she tried her best to smile kindly to him reaching out to place her hand on his arm, hoping he would let her try and calm him. Next would be Leo if she could somewhat suppress the Gemini's first.
"Please Tus, we'll get Ara out of there, don't worry too much, and I ask that you try your best to calm down. I know this has to be difficult for you..but...what you do now..or even when he's brought out could possibly make things worse." «The memories ease all the pain inside » Memories exist for all the precious days my heart still wants to keep, somewhere deep inside of me

"I may have the stubborn attitude of a bull..." "..but I have the strength to match..." Alephonze The Protector Kaido
Alephonze listened quietly to the reasons and conversations, the explanations and the excuses. He clenched his fist as he thought about Aculeus. What would he have done in this situation? He would've smacked Alephonze upside the head and told him to man up. That's what he would've needed to do.
Alephonze stood up and drew attention to himself with a small echoing step on the earth causing a small tremor, he hated stepping up to this but he did feel like he might be over stepping his bounds and going into the role of Cael but he had to.
"The judgement is necessary, if nothing else only to get him out here, once he has made it out bring him here..."
Alephonze looked off away from the group he mulled over the next words and despite their truth they would be hard to say. He missed his old Master, the path of the Scion was never one that was deemed easy, they knew there would be pain, loss, and suffering but for the good of all worlds they took it on willingly, or at least semi willingly. Aculeus however never showed weakness, never wallowed in his fate, and always accepted his mission without complaint compared to him Insomnia was not the Scorpio...but he was, and Alephonze had spent too much time not accepting that fact.
"...I've spent too long running from my past. Aculeus would be disappointed, I need to speak with Insomnia...If we can get him hear, I will convince him...This will be settled."
"...So watch it"

✦I've got my defenses When it comes to your intentions for me Endellion Aibhe {TӇЄ ҎΛTӇϜɫЛDЄɌ} Capricorn And we wake up in the breakdown With the things we never thought we could be✦ Endellion repressed a sigh of slight irritance, and some resignment. Alyssia meant well, but did she really imagine that everyone else was so blind? She acted as if she was the only one here possessed of both memory and intellect. Endellion could not argue with the fact that everything was not her fault- something that anyone with half a mind could have deduced. Was there any way possible to percieve that Alephonze's temper earlier, and Cael's now were large contributors? Certainly Insomnia had reacted poorly to her comments, but that did not make the whole thing her fault. By the same token, she knew that she shared responsibility equally with all of the others for not preventing this, and it was now her responsibility as much as anyone else's to fix it. That would be fine and dandy if everyone else was in a state to make things better rather than worse- Cael at least, clearly was not. Which meant that it fell to her. She just wished that Alyssia could see the difference between taking fault for something and stepping up to the responsibility to fix it when neccessary.
At the words on Insomnia's part life- more defenses and justifications- Endellion could not help her eyes hardening slightly as she tried to keep her face neutral. She wanted desperately to snap at Alyssia. To tell her that they all damn well knew why Insomnia threw fireballs and had approximately the mental stability of an elephant balancing on the head of a pin. And that he was hardly the only one with problems in his past life. She didn't snap. She inhaled slowly, and when she spoke, was rational and calm.
“Alyssia, for the first thing, until he started behaving as if he was somehow above all of us, I respected Insomnia. I treated him no different than anyone else. . . . and furthermore, do you really not remember my past life? You were the one who found the records and told me, along with June.” She replied tightly. “But I never let Carter rule me. We were all reincarnated. But none of us did this. We asked someone for the answers. There is no excuse left which he can hide behind, Alyssia. I have run out of sympathy for someone who only snaps at others.” She stated, her voice running hard. Insomnia was not the only Scion with trouble in his past life- at least his had died in honor. Not everyone had such fortune- she certainly didn't- but they didn't take it out on the others. The Virgo appeared to be oblivious to the nerves she hit every time she opened her mouth, but they did not have the time to be quiet and contemplative, nor for Endellion to challenge her. Stars only knew what was happening to Ara just then. Ara. She could set Alyssia straight later. Now she needed to worry about Ara.
So she took a deep breath, and listened intently to Alyssia's explanation, arms crossed, attention intense. She would miss no detail.Very delicately she accepted the book from Alyssia, scanning the tiny print rapidly before handing it back.
Endellion shot Tus a look at his sharp remark, blinking once in acceptance. Harsh, but true enough. This needed to end, before it grew worse. She closed her eyes for a long moment as she others spoke, silent, though she could hear Cael and Alyssia talking.
There was a minute, barely perceptible hum of power around her, something that would not be noticed unless someone focused their undivided attention on her, or stood terribly close. Her fingertips tingled, and then the hair on the back of her neck rose as the sensation grew there as well. She opened her eyes.
“Cael is right, in part. But, we do not suspect. We know. There is no fooling the bond of the twins. Ara is injured, and Insomnia is withholding information regarding the Shengxiao. That information could make or break this war, Iustitia . . . By withholding it, he endangers us all. And better yet, we do not need him to open his door for us as punishment. If we remove him from the room in chains, we need only search him for his key. Then Ara will be free, and we are in control of the situation . . . he can hardly cause trouble if we hold his key.” She stated, looking calmly between the other Scions. This was their way out . . . if they all refused to see that, and come to Ara's rescue, there were bigger problems looming ahead of them than she had anticipated. This was was dangerous . . . . not only to their safety, but to their relations. It was growing all too apparent that if they were not careful, it would split them.
At Alephonze's words, Endellion's brows snapped together. The look on his face tipped her off immediately to his train of thought and she once more had to repress the desire to sigh. Was everyone so wrapped up in their own emotions that they failed to see sense? Surely Alephonze had to have realized by now that Insomnia would not sit and listen to him. And better still, that Insomnia was the one erring, and not he.
“Alephonze, please. Aculeus would have been the first person to set Insomnia straight . . . Aculeus knew his duty. He was a man or respect, reason, and honor and he would have stood with us in demanding better from his reincarnation. I know that you would like to talk this out, but I doubt that Insomnia will hear you in his present condition. This personal dispute can be settled when there is less emotion abounding . . .. we've all seen how well Insomnia responds to our emotions so far. And besides . . . I think the one he really needs to be speaking with is Tus. Don't you agree?” She asked, scanning their faces, meeting each persons eyes in an attempt to remind them just what was really at stake here. And just who was really at the heart of it. Insomnia had kidnapped Ara . . . if anything, he was answerable to Tus. Of all the people to give him answers, that was the person they should come from. Her eyes met June's last for a long moment. He was reasonable . . . if he supported her, his age and experience might hold weight with everyone else. And if not . . . . well, she wasn't much of a task-master. Nor much of a Capricorn. One more failing. ✦I'm not the one who broke you I'm not the one you should fear ╔═══════════════════════╗ I thought I x ʆ ѻ ʂ Ϯ x you x ʂ ѻ ϻ є ω Һ є r є But you were x ɳ є ѵ є r x really ever x Ϯ Һ є r є xat all ╚═══════════════════════╝ I can feel you falling And I wanted to be all you need.✦

Right before he reached the sealed chamber, he skidded to an abrupt halt. The bodies of the two boys on his back flew forward from momentum. Quickly, he latched on roughly to the collar's of their shirts with his teeth and set Leith on his feet, while throwing Alistair on his back once more.
"This is as far as I can allow you to go, Leith. Alistair will need time alone... I'm sorry." Asmund said, his deep baritone soft. He grabbed Alyssia's key from the Pisces with his mouth, and lept through the closed doors into the astronomical library.
"Before I allow you to leave... Asmund," Alistair said softly, his voice weak. He crawled off the ram's back and leaned against a bookshelf for support.
"I would like you to take Leith to the others. He'll be needed... I on the other hand... will be of no use to my companions." Alistair finished, slumping to the floor. He let out a long sigh. Asmund crouched down and handed Alistair the key to the Virgo's room. Alistair looked up at his faithful companion and smiled.
"Take it my friend, or else you won't be able to come back and keep my company." He laughed softly, running his fingers through Asmund's thick, satin fur. He pulled a long string from his yukata's sleeve, and wrapped it tightly around the key, fashioning it into a necklace. As he draped it over his friend's neck, he spoke.
"Return to me quickly, my friend." The Aries beamed.
~~~
Asmund nodded without a word, and left the library. As he crossed through the doors, Asmund's eyes narrowed on Leith.
"Alistair ordered me to deliver you to the others, so I must." The ram said, he voice hallow. He flung the Pisces on his back on more, and dashed off towards Insomnia's room, with a little hope, he could find it.
After a short while, Asmund spoke.
"Say kid... Do you know where we're going?" He questioned, his pace slowing.
~~~
After Alistair felt he had gained enough strength, he pulled himself off of the ground and surveyed his environment. He propped himself against a towering bookshelf that stretched far above his head and gazed in awe.
"How many of these.... has Alyssia even read...?" He questioned no one in particular as he chuckled softly. He found an oak table surrounded by chairs on all sides and sat. Alistair stared curiously at the ceiling, wondering how high, and how far the seemingly endless shelves around him stretched up.
After a few moment, he dug into his yukata's sleeve once more and pulled out a handful of sweets, and a deck of tarot cards. With a single hand, he spread the across the empty table, and closed his eyes. Maybe he could figure out more about the upcoming war, and any possible ways of stopping it before it was too late. xxxx"Our future is not......Always set in stone"xxxx ۩۞۩ ¤ · . ¸ ¸ . · ´ ¯ ` · .¸ ¸ . ·♈· . ¸ ¸ . · ´ ¯ ` · . ¸ ¸ . · ¤ ۩۞۩ ((OoC: Soory for my lapse in posts, and sorry for kind of avoiding everyone and going into hiding. I haven't been able to read a lot of the posts, so to buy myself some time to catch up, I figured it would be best to have Alistair alone for a bit... sorry this post kinda sucks, by the way sweatdrop ))

 ┏━━━━━━━━━┓ June 'The Cancer' ┗━━━━━━━━━┛ Peaceful as a Pond Deadly as the Sea I will save your life Or eradicate it June sighed when his idea was shot down by Iuistitia. He should have known that. Damn The pain in his chest sent a sharp, almost fracturing pain through his body, like it realized that was a failure. He looked at her. “Well then what are we supposed to do? Other than the chains. We need to get Both of them out of there.” He was stating to lose his cool. He took a deep breath and breathed out heavily. He hated this feeling. But he had to get past it. He looked to Endellion as she spoke. He hadn’t meant to strike her in that way. He apologized with his eyes so only she would see. He scratched at his beard. The anxiety was starting to crawl back. He knew it was top priority to get Ara back. He needed to do all he could to get him back. He kinda shrank back into himself when everyone else shot down his idea. Now he knows that it was kind of an intelligent idea, he sighed quietly to himself. (( So about my absence and my horrible post, school is kicking my a**. Leith §The Diplomat§ Pisces Leith was startled when he found himself suddenly on his feet, and he stumbled into a tree. What was going on? The key slipped from his fingers and he cried out in a sort of fear until he saw that it was Asmund who had taken it, and he calmed a little. There was so much.. so much pain, anger, hurt, and confusion. Clutching at his head, he started to walk determinedly in the other direction, knowing that Asmund would be able to take care of Alistair. He was being cowardly and allowing his pain to get the best of him.. He was needed and yet he had been about to let Asmund carry him off to Alyssia's quarters without even trying to do his Duty. Shame washed over him and gave him the strength to walk for a while, his vision slowly becoming a little clearer as he became more determined. He would not allow his pain to interfere anymore.. He had walked shakily for only a couple of minutes when he felt teeth on his shirt once again as he was thrown back onto Asmund. The action knocked the wind out of him and he was unable to speak for a minute as he tried to regain his breath. Still, he was letting his pain and weakness win. "I-.. if you could.. stop for a moment.." As the ram slowed, Leith let himself down from Asmund's back, taking a moment to breath before speaking again. "Thank you for helping me... but right now you are.. needed more by Alistair's side.. I will walk from here. Thank you Asmund..." he said softly before turning around and making his way to Insomnia's room. He didn't know that exact way but the strong flow of emotions was enough to follow and by the time he made it there, he had even regained fair control over his breathing. Walking up as steadily as he could, he stopped beside Alyssia and gave her a small bow of thanks. "Alistair is within your quarters resting and his summon, Asmund, has the key.. Thank you so much for the offer miss Alyssia.. But I need to at least try..." he apologized quietly. He straitened to address everyone else as well then, even more determined. "Please.. there must be something.. that I can do."Alucio ((If you don't want Asmund to let him down let me know. I just thought it would save you from having to post for him again for a while since you have some stuff going on)) ((Wow, had to quote like everyone o.e If any of you wish to not be quoted, let me know~ I just think it's much easier to keep track of this way. Also, sorry it took me a little bit to get this in>.< ))
