Momo-Peach! I love peaches the colour flaver its a cute word. Momo! I also like Uzu which means Swirl. Very cute. Also I like- Amai-Sweet Sayokyoku- Serenade. (Beautiful word right here! )

My favorite would have to be "Namagusai". I came across it when I was flipping through my dictionary right when I first started taking Japanese. It means "smells like fish" xd

When I hear Japanese word, the first word that pops in my mind is the word:
sakana...
which I believe means fish. Correct me if I'm wrong.

This isn't a word, but I love the phrase "Hoka ni nanika?" It just flows so nicely. biggrin

My fav would probably be a toss up between "Shine!" Which literally translates to some like "Go Die!" and "Ganbarimashita" which can mean Either "I did my best" or It can also be a very formal way of saying "Do your best."
