Does anyone, besides me have a word or maybe many words which they happen to find really cool? What a nerdy question... xp
I personally happen to like... uketsuke. Say it slowly... uketsuke! It means reception desk. ^^

i feel bad for liking it, but i like saying "binbou" (sometimes translated as bimbou" It means poor, but I'm immature so I'm like "ha, bimbo, ha"
Watashi wa binbou desu. I am poor.
I also take great joy in the words that are really close in pronounciation, but one has a longer vowel than another. The most resent one I learned was "ningyou" which means doll, and "ningyo" which means mermaid. So like my little mermaid doll would be my "ningyo no ningyou."

I'm an oddball, because I'd rather learn kansai dialect as opposed to standard tokyo speak. So some of mine would be:
Mokkarimakka? (lit. How's Business, but used in place of ogenki desu ka) Bochi bochi denna! (the response equivalent to genki desu) Nandeyanen!? Chau nen! Ookini (kansai arigatou)
and a bunch I can't remember

I think it sounds pretty and it makes me think of coffee. xp That's right, chotto matte, because there's a "chisaii tsu" in there, so that means it's a "double consonant"

My favorite is definitely piichiku-paachiku. It's supposed to be the sound of an annoying baby bird. My mom always says it when she thinks I'm talking too much whee

My favorites words? eeto..... let's me think....
- kawaii - kakkoi (hehehe, I say it a lot.... wink ) - kaminari (remembers me of my cuuuuuuute Flik of the Blue Lightning... it means 'thunder' or 'lightning') - seirai - it means Blue Lightning! - keigo - the respect language in japanese... I'm doing a research about ir, so I use it a lot... and i like the kanji of it - 敬語 - yaoi - I know, it's not a word, technically, but, well, I like it anyway... xd
And... and.... that's all words I remember now...
