Horoscopes --- This lady really loves them. Ever since she was in middle school, she has checked her horoscope daily. She loves knowing what her lucky number is that day and will often wear it in some day. Be it that many items of clothing, accessories, or the actual number itself as long as it looks tasteful. If you are a friend of hers, you can say definitely say your horoscope is no mystery you, fore she texted it to you this morning.

Fashion --- She is quite the little fashionista. Seraphina always looks amazing. When it comes to pairing outfits, she knows exactly what should be worn with what and when to wear it. She is an expert in matching colors and styles, but also enjoys designing outfits in her spare time. She is no designer however, she just has a serious flare for knowing just what will look perfect. Not only that, she could tell you who made it and if its one of her favorite designers kudos to you. Seraphina, also has no qualms about wearing something that isn't designer because really who hasn't found that perfect item, in H&M or Kohl's. Be warned however, she owns a boutique and delights in dressing her customers.

Movies --- Seraphina is a movie fanatic, if it has come out then she has seen and it probably went to the midnight showing if she couldn't get early viewing tickets. Or at least she wishes, but she does sees as many as time will allow. She will travel to see a movie and will not be the least bit disappointed if she absolutely hated it. It is really the thrill of seeing it she enjoys. She has a room in her penthouse apartment completely dedicated to movies. It resembles a small theater and has a giant wall of movies on the back and far walls. If Seraphina's seen it and you know her or shop at her boutique you've gotten her review, but thankfully no spoilers. She will assure you ... unless you are a talker, this is her idea of best date night ever, aside from shopping.

Clipping --- She collects information on the goings on in DC as well as the world. From celebrities to simple DC wedding announcements. She has many scrapbooks filled with clippings the most recent being the terrorist scrapbook. It contains news clipping, a list of youtube links, and generally any information on the subject that she can get her hands on. It is her secret obsession, that isn't so secret, since she always seems to know who went missing, when, where and what buildings are suddenly closed for renovation and the like. Don't call it scrapbooking, she is not an old maid or a over enthusiastic mother, or a teenie bopper.

Virtues:

Give to the world --- This also stems from her days in pageantry. She had to give speeches about what she wanted to do in the future for herself and the world and while she knew for most it was complete who-ha, for her most of it was true. She sends a portion of her boutiques sales to help fund orphanages in improvised countries as well as in her own country. She donates blood at least once annually, AB is hard to come by. She is always willing to lend a helping hand, especially if it is for something she loves. Looking for the perfect outfit, she would be right beside you helping to make sure it is just right. Want to go the movies, haven't enough cash, she would invite you and bunch of friends and pick up the tab, or even throw a movie night party at her place. Added bonus, charity weekend sales at her boutique. Everyone who is anyone knows about them ... dates are texted out ... and they are the best time to get those designer boots you we're dying for.

Life of the party --- She enjoys having a good time and dragging other's along for the ride. She goes to the club, has parties, and even barbecue's. She also knows how to be the life of the party. She loves to dance and she is not at all shy about it. She is usually the first one on the dance floor and has the most dance partners through out the night. Weekend trip, shes there. Cruise, shes there. Camping, shes there. As long she can fit it into her schedule she all for it. She won't do anything to crazy or reckless, but otherwise she is your girl. She was under lock and key for too long and when she broke loose, boy did she ever.

In the know --- If you need to know something, Seraphina's the one to go to. She hears all the gossip while at work. From cheating husbands to the latest crazes (did someone say silly bands), pregnancies, bar mitzvahs, first birthdays and much more. She has the ears of a hawk and can play the trusting confidant like a champ. While privy to these little facts Seraphina knows that not everyone needs to know them and she is most certainly not a gossip. She isn't going to give out someone's information to a nosy busy body, but trust me guys if you a cheating your girlfriend will find out. She reads all the magazines and lives by the channel 9 news, as well as the newspaper (which for magazines and the newspaper often come with the added bonus of having horoscopes, say what?). She has a quite the collection of terrorist news clippings, as well as celebrity gossip, hidden away in scrap books and categorized.

Flaws:

Miss Facade --- Seraphina is a retired pageant girl and beauty queen. She has learned to really put on a face and fake it with the best since she was just a little girl. For this reason it is very hard to tell what she really thinks of you and more so if you really know anything about her at all. Her oldest friends will tell you, getting past the facade if she deems it a necessity for you is nearly impossible. As a matter of fact, they have not seen it happen yet. Not that is isn't possible. She could wear a smile even when her world is falling apart, if she was depressed most would never notice.

Vanity is my sin --- Seraphina is a vain as they come and no one can tell her that she isnt beautiful. She has plenty of trophies, ribbons and prize money to say otherwise. They are displayed very prominently in a cabinet in her bedroom, as well at the living room. This woman has many of them. Try telling her she is not the most beautiful and fashionable woman you have ever met and she might just slap you. If not that she will definitely drop you like a hot rock. Fortunately for her, she is beautiful and most would not object. She likes to tell herself so, on a daily basis. Mirror, Mirror, on the wall anyone?

I'm doing me --- To go along with her vanity, Seraphina has developed the notion that right now is her time to shine. Her life is all about what she wants and if you don't agree than you are not worth her time. She is going to do her and you should do you and mind you own. She dates who she wants, goes where she wants and is very focused on making her boutique the best in DC. If she dated him last week, but with that guy the next week it is her business and she knows what she is doing and be quiet. She is not looking to be the future Mrs. Whoever, nor does she will to be saddled with a child, not that she doesn't like children. She does, but still, you can't do you and have a child. It is very hard and selfish to the extreme.

School: St Magdalena's Seminary (Females Only). She got kicked out of her last school after accidentally setting the school's Chem lab on fire ^^ '. She had many other accidents at her old school unfortunately the schools budget and insurance no longer covered 'Accidents by Sam'.

Hobbies:

~ Reading - Its one of the few activities she can do without breaking, destroying, or otherwise making a mess of things although paper cuts are quite common for her. Sam loves how she gets to see the world by reading and often wishes she could be like most of the hero's in her books. She can spend hours reading and has a large collection of books at home. The library is one of her favorite places but they have asked her to come in less often because of the accidents she causes. Sam turned to online bookstores and the internet once it became apparent that she could not visit the library as much as she wanted.

~ Cleaning at local Animal Shelter - She only cleans when most animals are otherwise engaged because they like her and she enjoys their company which can sometimes cause problems. She was demoted to cleaning after several incidences proved that working with the animals would be difficult such as the Dog Riot, the Cat-astrophe, and the Bird Fiasco of 2007.

~ Swimming - Sam found that in the water she is the person she wished she could be all the time. She even looses her accident prone nature in  the water. It is amazing to see such grace and agility in one so awkward on land. Anyone who has seen her might says onces she gets out, she can truly be labeled a fish out of water. If she could live in the water she would and to own a pool is one of her hearts desires sadly her family cant afford one.

Virtues:

~ Perpetual Helper - Sam tries to help out with everything she can but normally gets turned away since it seems she can never do anything right. This doesn't discourage her it just makes her want to help more. During school events she is normally regulated to cleaning because if she makes a mess she can just clean it up.

~ Sweet as can be - She hates hurting others feelings since she knows what it is to be hurt. Sam will try her best to be nice even if its just a quiet 'good morning' and when asked to do something she finds it hard to say no. She has been known to do others school punishments and is often found running errands for various people.

~ Smart as a whip - Sam is smart but quite. Her homework always comes back with 'good job' and 'excelent' but she finds that she does not like speaking up in class. When she does it is with a slight stammer from nervousness. She sits in the back of the class to avoid notice but the various items that drop throughout the day sort of negate this.

Flaws:

~ 'No' is not a known word - Because she rarely says 'no' when asked to do something she can be found doing things that many would turn away from like cleaning the bathrooms or picking up trash. (something that will endanger herself or others she will not do)

~ Did I do that? - Sam is quite oblivious. She notices when something goes wrong only if it is in front of her. She doesn't notice the stares and whispers of others nor does she really notice the fact that few remain around at any given time.

~ Epic Fail - Because Sam is normally highly clumsy and accident prone hands on classes such as chemistry, phys ed, art, tech ed, and computer information are difficult for her. She also has issues with not breaking or making a mess when doing normal activities such as helping set up school functions. (think Steve Urkel)

Sailor Scout Attack: Little Fail
This attack makes those its cast on a little clumsy. They will trip on air, their weapons, themselves, each other. Think baby just learn to walk! This attack last only about 1 min but can be used as many times as Errai has the energy for. Unfortunately the more she uses it the more likely she is to miss.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Blunder Blender
This attack causes those its cast on to become dizzy and clumsy. This attack only works when she spins much to the effect of a spinning top. The attack ends when Errai stops spinning and the effects can only last a max 3 mins after she stops spinning. The duration depends on the character.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Epic Fail
This causes anyone she casts it on to fail epicly, from foes to friends. One who has this cast on them can even have there own attacks backfire to the extent that said opponent attacks themselves instead of her. This attack can only be used once and lasts 5 mins. Once again duration and extent depends on the character.

Getting Lost
Perdita loves to get lost. Something about the adventure involved with finding ones way home appeals to her. She’ll go into strange areas of her neighborhood, the woods, even her own school, and twist her way into its streets and corridors until she is lost. She then continues to sort her way out of it, dreaming all the while. Of course, the dreaming often times gets her more and more lost. That’s alright by her though, she can wander for hours and be happy, lost in her dreams, imagining herself in her stories.

Dancing
There is something whimsical about dancing. Perdita prefers ballet, of course, and finds all other forms to be far too harsh for her liking. She loves to ballet dancing, also to the point that she does it unconsciously. Sometimes she’ll be so lost in her dreams that she just begins to sashè towards her destination. Many of her dreams are even set to music, and she just gets so lost in them, that she can’t help but dance. Even if she’s by herself, she’s always dancing, and sometimes with an imaginary partner.

Reading
Folklore is Perdita’s very favorite thing to read, but any fantasy will do. She loves reading about impossible things. Fairies, giants, spirits, all sorts of whimsical things invade her dreams from her fairy tales. Her favorites are old English and Irish tales, like leprechauns and pixies. When she was five she even asked for a unicorn for her birthday, and was crushed when she didn’t receive one. With her whole heart she still believes in those fairy tales, and knows that they exist somewhere. She loves a Midsummer Night’s Dream, and finds that most of her dreams center around the court of Queen Mab.

Dreaming
Perdita spends most of her time dreaming. This often causes her grades to suffer, since she opts to day dream instead of actually working on her school work. However, she is very happy inside of her head, despite her C average. Her dreams are always set to music, and play out as a ballet. They are always set in some sort of mythical place, like Queen Mab’s palace, where she has won the heart of the impetuous Puck, and must put up with his childish antics as he attempts to win her affections. Her favorite, however, is playing the part of the seasonal fairy, who brings about the changes of the world. She flies around the world, dancing on flower petals and closing them for winter, dusting the leaves with gold, and heralding the fall months.

Virtues:

Grace
Years of dancing has made Perdita very graceful. She tends to float when she walks. She always stands with her shoulders back and her head held high. She speaks with her hands, gently swaying and curving them to form gentle outlines. Her grace, however, goes beyond her stature, and into her overall demeanor. She accepts both success and failure with a quiet demureness, only nodding at recognition, and then quickly passing it off. Her voice is very easy to listen to. It’s light, and tends to sort of float through the air. It’s never too harsh and she never raises her voice, mainly because it hurts her throat.

Light Hearted
Perdita is a very happy young woman. She’s not that over bearing, annoying happy, however, it’s a very demure, quiet happy. It’s a happy more akin to contentment, really. She tends to keep her happy to herself, simply grinning instead of clapping and bouncing on the balls of her feet as come opt to do. It is also very easy to make her happy. She always has a serene look on her face when she in dancing, even if it is just by herself and do no music. Whenever she is inside of her head, dreaming of fairies and giants she is happy. Along with being easy to please, it is also very hard to upset her. She can shrug off almost anything, and forget about it in the next second. This makes her quick to forgive and easy to come back to after a fight.

Dreamy
Perdita spends most of her time inside of her head. Even when she claims that she is lucid, there is always that little part of her mind that isn’t quite all there. Often times she’ll be speaking to herself and all anyone will hear is one side of the conversation. Of course, Perdita hears the whole thing, as the fairies inside of her mind are speaking to her. Sometimes she hums to herself, as well. She’ll just be sitting and humming, and doing nothing else. Occasionally she’ll sway, or shift to better accommodate blood flow, but other than that, she barely even breaths.

Flaws:

Vacant
When Perdita goes off into her dreams she doesn’t always look the most intelligent. Her eyes grow wide and her mouth hangs open just a little. Once in a while her tongue will flick out to moisten her lips a little, but all and all it’s a very vacuous stare. Many take her dreaming as a bit off. They see her eyes as vacant and pass her off as an invalid. Not many people understand when they see her dancing in the middle of the halls, or whispering to herself. Many times she has been taken to the counselors’ office as a disturbed youth. Teachers also tend to give her special treatment, due to the glazed look her eyes often get. She’s not graded quite as hard as the rest of the students. This, in turn, makes them very angry. Why should she, the freak, get special treatment?

The Butt of Jokes
Freak and loser are a couple of the more unimaginative names Perdita has been called. One of her favorites is Willy Nilly, due to her fascination with the obscure culture of fairies. Perdita doesn’t really understand how Willy Nilly came to be, since it sounds nothing like her name, but she doesn’t much care either. Oh, sorry, I had pulled a Perdita, what did you say? Don’t Perdita me out! Are you going Perdita on me? She feels rather famous, actually. She grins when someone speaks like that, not at all upset with her name becoming an adjective.

Forgiving
Forgiveness is a virtue. However, Perdita is so very kind that she often times forgives those who do not always deserve it. People who have reduced her to tears see something in her that they need or want and she welcomes them back with open arms. Sometimes they don’t even apologize, she merely forgives them without them knowing anything has transpired between them. This, of course, sets her up for heartbreak time and time again. Still, with a light heart and a dreamy eye, she floats on, forgiving everyone who crosses her.

Attacks:

Sailor Scout Attack:
Bog Lights
Description Perdita brings her pointer finger up to her face and closes her eyes. She then whispers the name of her attack. After a moment, a small, blue light appears on her finger. She blows on it, and sends it off, flickering, seemingly, of its own volition
Timing and Duration Perdita’s charge lasts about thirst seconds, and the whole attack lasts about thirty. Perdita must then recharge for about five minutes.
Uses The light will draw the attention to attackers away for only a moment. If the attacker is especially weak willed, they will actually follow the light for a short distance. The light will always stay out of their reach, like a rainbow.
Drawbacks It’s not hard to ignore the small light, and anyone with a strong enough will won’t spare it a glance. The light also cannot travel far from Perdita, or else it extinguishes. Tough the light seems to move on its own, it actually moves based on her will. So the more it moves, the more energy she expends on it. The number of attacks she can use is directly related to the amount of movement she gives to the light.

Super Sailor Scout Attack:
Into the Marsh
Description Perdita will bring her palms together, as though in prayer. She will then state the name of her attack, and pull them apart. Three small, blue lights will appear in her hands as she does so. She will then send them off into the distance.
Timing and Duration Perdita will take ten seconds to charge her attack. The lights will dance in the distance for about two and a half minutes. Perdita must then take five minutes to recharge. She can then attack once more with Into the Marsh, or twice more with Bog Lights.
Uses While the Bog Lights only consist of one, small light, Into the Marsh consists of three, much brighter lights. They are also able to travel a great deal further, leading the attacker away. This means that she can give her team time to recharge, heal, or get away.
Drawbacks The farther from her the lights get, the harder Perdita has to work to keep them lit. This means that she will be more and more strained as she leads the attacker away. If she leads the attacker less than ten feet away, she can use the attack three times. If the lights lead the attacker fifteen feet away, she can only attack twice. Twenty or more feet and she can only attack once. Besides that, the farther from her the lights get, the dimmer they get, unless she exerts even more energy to keep them lit.

Eternal Sailor Attack:
Pixie Light
Description Perdita will first cup her hands around her mouth. She will then speak the name of her attack into them. After a moment of charging, she will release three bright balls of blue light, and with them, the sounds of a cheery party.
Timing and Duration It takes about ten seconds to charge, and the whole attack lasts about five minutes. Perdita must then take ten minutes to recharge before she can attack with either two lesser attacks or one more Pixie Light.
Uses Perdita can now lead an enemy astray using, not only flickering lights, sounds as well. This thoroughly entrances the enemy, and all they can think about is what that light is, and where the sound is coming from. The sound is always a light-sounding, string tune, laughter, and happy chatter, like there is a part in the distance.
Drawbacks Perdita must put forth all of her attention to keeping up all of the elements of this attack. Not only are there three lights flickering and moving, but there is now a sensory hallucination. This leaves her very vulnerable to attack, and needs someone to defend her while she is working. Just like Into the Marsh, the further Perdita leads the attacker, the weaker the attack gets. She has a clearance of about twenty feet before it starts to weaken, and about ten feet beyond that where it fails entirely.
