Artemis rolled her eyes slightly. " You're lucky I feel like hunting Apollo or I would more than likely hit you. Just remember, I want the goddess who you choose to replace my positions after I die teaching Alis to hunt to have at least one brain cell."

"Commas, Dad, please," Alis reminded her father jokingly. "And you too, Aunt Artemis. You tend to make run-on sentences. And I doubt you do that just to annoy me." She slung her new bow over her shoulder and said, "Okay. Let's hunt."

Artemis lightly whacked her niece on the back of the head. " Why do you care Alis? After all I'm going to die teaching you to hunt. All you need to worry about is learning, and thinking of whom you'd like to replace me."

Apollo just kept thinking of tunes in his head, "Man, I could really use my lyre about now." He noticed that the girls were still tense, "Uhm, I mean my arrows and my bow." He made the appear. Though, I'm sure the lyre would probably ease those two once I played this beat. He began to hear it in his head again.

Artemis laughed at her brother's cover up. " When we finish hunting Apollo you can play your lyre to your hearts content. Within reason of course and no bluegrass around me. You know how much I hate it."
(( OOC: This is just while she's teaching Alis. Once she's done she should be a bit less Suicidal. She thinks her niece will be the death of her. Once she finished teaching Alis she is going to swear to never teach one of her brother's kids how to hunt if they're as bad as Alis.))

Artemis theatrically out her hand over her chest. " Be still my heart! I never thought I would hear Alis willingly say those words! Apollo did I hear right?" She turned to her brother her eyes showing her laughter that she wasn't allowing out.

Alis giggled, then turned serious. "Yes, you heard right. But seriously. We've delayed at least 4 minutes. If you really wanted to get this over with, you'd have done it 8 minutes ago. I think you just want to elongate my suspense."

Artemis rolled he eyes. " Alis get back here! You have to wait for us otherwise you'll never get rid of me." She then grabbed her brothers arm and dragged him after Alis.

Alis grinned after the three came out of the woods. "That was fun, wasn't it?" She pulled yet another stray arrow out of her Aunt's hair. "I was good with that bear, don't you think?"

Artemis glanced at her brother with despair. " Apollo how could this child not inherit our hunting skills?! All the others have but not this one. I am never going hunting with her again. You can take her to your hearts content but don't involve me. Instead come find me and let me know how many of my animals are scarred for life like that poor bear."

Alis clapped her hands and jumped up and down. "Yes! Mission successful!" She ran off to her mini-palace on Mount Parnassus, eager to study the new grammar book she had bought that morning.
