So, I just got home from the new Naruto movie. I've seen it on YouTube before and it isn't the most awsome-ness movie ever but it was soooo fun to go to!! Everyone in the theature was really excited.
There were actually a lot of people there. I was kinda surprised. (Anime isn't big around my area.) A couple people cosplayed too. There were two Narutos, a Sakura, and one young(but soooo adorable) Kakashi.(His hair was dyed and everything!! Squea!)
My friends and I kept talking though. I think we annoyed a few people. We kept shouting yaoi references throughout the entire thing. And we got yelled at at the end by an enraged otaku. Oh well.
We hung out outside afterwards and it was Naruto-rific. We acted like ninjas and I met two people who went to the Con my friends and I went to in January. They were coolio.(I think I should've gotten their numbers. >.<)
In the end it was totally worth the ten bucks and mega time I could have spent studying for my Finals. Just hearing everyone cheer for the begining credits and end was enough.
Oh and a note for all movie goers. Keep your ticket where you can find it. I lost mine twice. Once I was on the ground going through my purse(while taking out everything in it) and finally rechecked my pocket and it was in there. sweatdrop I'm so cool.

I didn't go see it...but one time when I went to see the third Harry Potter movie (which I thought sucked) I saw people dressed up as wizards with capes and broomsticks and everything... sweatdrop ....

I went to it too!
I was the ONLY person there who cosplayed (was hinata) so I got LOTS of hugs and stuff
and almost EVERYONE there were yaoi fans
It was fun! ^^

Firstly, yes it was with the Snow Princess.
Secondly, did anyone see that awsome Gaia ad? I screamed when it came up. I sounded kinda like this.
"OMG!! That's ma site!!!"
I know. I'm a dork. (But lots of people cheered for it.)

I went to the Movie. I have been waiting for this thread to pop up!!!!
I cosplayed myself. My family thought I was insane but I did it anyways! I went as dear Iruka sensei. And before the movie started, they showed the clip where Naruto does Sexy-no-jutsu, and Iruka flying back 50 yards....
All the people in the theatre around me turn to where I am sitting, and point at me and said "IRUKA SENSEI'S A PERVERT!!!!!"
And I almost choked on my popcorn and denied it. ((cause that is what Iruka sensei would do!)) Than a person next to me smiled and said "That's nothing. You should have seen him when he saw that episode with Kakashi in only a towel!"
On the inside, I was crying for joy because a fellow KakaIru fan was sitting next to me. On the outside, I did my super secret mastered blush of doom and said "How.... HOW DID YOU KNOW?!"
There was only a Tenten, Deidara, Itachi, and Temari there. We were all in the same row too. 0_________0 weird.
But the entire audience had fun. I am supirised on who plays the Naruto voice in the english dub.... o_____0 They showed who did his voice. Weird.

I wanted to go so badly and meet other Naruto fans such as myself but didn't get a chance to because I was forced to study.

ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY!!!! emo
I already saw the movie in Japanese...... but it's the opportunity of actually meeting others and seeing the anime on the big screen was what I looked forward too....

I already saw the movie in Japanese...... but it's the opportunity of actually meeting others and seeing the anime on the big screen was what I looked forward too.... i know how you feel, i wanted to go see it badly!!! gonk but the cloest theater it was showing in was 30 minutes away, and my grandparents came up to vist for one day.[i havent seen them in 2 years] i wanted to see it badly!! [i would have tried to cosplay too. emo ]

Also it was amazing cause everyone was cheering and screaming before the movie and the second that Kakashi's face showed up on the screen everyone went dead silent. My friends and I exchanged looks and we had to stifle our laughing. It was too funny.

I wish I could I have seen that I heart cospalyers. I live in ohio so I don't get see lot anime at movies crying The last anime moive come to Ohio was Yu-gi-oh but that was cut up thanks to evil 4Kids twisted crying

I found out it was going to be shown in theatres and immediately called my friend, because she's a die hard fan too. So I tried to pre-order tickets but they told me I would have to wait. So we get there on opening day, after driving for an hour and a half, getting lost, but we made it only to find out that IT WAS SOLD OUT!!! I could have cried!!! There were so many people up there(it was the theatre in the mall) cosplaying, and it was still fun despite the fact that we didn't get to see it crying Oh, well, maybe next time...

I've seen all the Naruto movies, but what I really want to see is the Naruto Shippuden Movie. I saw the trailers and it made me want to see it so badly.
