I dont get inactivities. I really dont.
Is it that hard to come here ONCE a day, look at the memberlist, and post?
You use to have to post in the thread AND in Zae's journal.

Cant you wait til the next game? Honestly, only people who want back in are people who DONT have positions. So its not like its going to make a big difference if you come back or not.
But no. You beg and bother to get back in the game. What am I left with. I dont know which days to cross out, which dayd to count. What if you go inactive again?
Then its active people who can vote.
I KNOW THAT ISMARU IS #30 AND THAT AMIGO IS #13 AND EKICHI IS #23 AND ETCETCETC.
BUT WOULD IT HONESTLY KILL YOU TO TYPE YOUR NAME AND THEN THEIR NAME AFTER THE NUMBERS? WOULD IT? IF YOUR NAME IS THAT DIFFICULT TO TYPE, CHANGE IT. IF YOU CANT SPELL THEIR NAME COPY AND PASTE.

Why do I do this? Why do I tally? I like making lists, I like tallying, I like counting. ITS SOMETHING FOR ME TO DO. I like to make 100% sure who is who, who goes to jail, who is inactive. I enjoy it. I also enjoy ranting.

I didn't know if I still had any passes left, and I didn't want to vote becuase of the drama was making me angry, so I played it safe and didn't vote. I knew I could skip that round and stay in the game, and so I did.

Wow thank you someone got the idea.
I hate when people complian about that.
I mean GET THE ******** OVER IT! Have someone vote for you!!!!!!!! It's not that hard. If you KNOW you're going to be gone tell someone!!
As for the name vote thing, I'm not going to say anything for I have a different intake on it.

If you don't vote, you go inactive. You should know this. If anything makes you inactive, then still post suspicion, interact, etc. You don't have to be on the memberlist to be part of the game. Besides, if you go inactive, then you don't have to worry about forgetting to vote. D<
I've tallied for Mori once too, and yes, it's a pain to have to guess who is what and what is who. Plus, double check your votes. I don't like to find "I ___ vote #30, Amigo." when it's Isamaru. >3< Makes it harder. If not, we (Meru or I, whoever does it first) will discredit your vote.

Also, im letting it all slide this game. But I think there should be stricter rules for voting. Like if you vote for someone no longer in the game. It counts as a Pass. If you vote for yourself, it would count as a pass. You shouldnt be allowed to just cheat and vote for yourself because you are lazy.

Part of me wants to change the voting rules now, Meru, but I think it should slide until the next game.
However, I don't think I'll be letting anyone else come back from inactivity. It's proving to be too much confusion for everyone.

When I was the Sniper, I had my DC trip and it lasted for 3 days. I got my dad to vote for me. He didn't really mind. IT'S NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL PEOPLE.
If you explain to someone how much it matters that you vote, most kind-hearted people will vote. MK?

I mean, obviously occasionally something unexpected will come up and someone will have to miss three days in a row (stuff like no internet/serious illness/whatever), and how you may not have time to get anybody to vote for you...but then begging to get back in the game seems a bit silly.
So I say, if people go inactive, they should stay inactive...It's only for the rest of the game and the games don't last all that long! razz
Changing the voting rules to make it easier for the talliers sounds fine...although I thought that occasionally, voting for oneself was not used just out of laziness but as part of strategy (ie: to make yourself seem less suspicious?).
But I wouldn't mind seeing a change in the voting rules for next game. 3nodding

THE IRONIC THING IS THAT WE WERE TALKING ABOUT HOW THE FACT THAT PEOPLE FORGETTING TO VOTE WERE ANNOYING THE DAY BEFORE I FORGOT.
I have a lot of homework these days. I really do. Please don't be mad at me for forgetting... Twice. I'm never. EVER. forgetting again.

I honestly can't believe that you just said that one person makes no difference in this game. One person can ruin the game, like Padme did by revealing names. One person can start drama, like you or Monkey. One person can start a whole sheepvote. One person can connive, and sheep their way to victory!
Otherwise, I agree. Inactivities should be abolished.
