WHEN I TRY TO FREELOAD WIFI FOR MY DS, I EXPECT THEM TO GRANT ME ACCESS. BUT NOOOO THEY EITHER PUT IN A "WEP" CODE OR THEY BLOCK MY DS FROM CONNECTING.
I EVEN WENT OUT ON MY DECK AND CONNECTED TO SOME GUY CALLED "GALACTUS" BUT HE STOPPED ME EVERY DAMN TIME. CAN'T THEY LET A TEENAGER SELL OFF A BUNCH OF s**t IN ANIMAL CROSSING?

I do that all the time with my neighbors. Also, if I am ever out and about with my computer I find a store that has not protected there connection, and use that to surf the web.
