Okay I love this game. A lot amazingly... but it kinda confused me. x.x; I think I need to play Chrono Trigger n such but can anyone help me out on this one? I got lost... VERY lost when it come to Surge and wtf he was posta be. x.x;;;;;

chrono cross made alot of sence if you just focus on some of the quotes such as:
OMG save points are evil11111
so basicly you pop back and forth between there paralel dimensions
and finaly
the final boss is schala!

Actually yeah, you don't need to play Trigger in order to understand Cross. I hadn't played it when I was playing Cross anyway.
The main thing that becomes confusing is just the switching time/dimensions/whatever. As long as you can keep things straight as to which time you're in, you should be fine.

well there was a part when Kid said when she was young she was saved by someone. WELLL the fact is serge saved her >..> yes very wierd theres a cut when you bring her back to life with the chrono cross. and it goes back to when the orpahnage (cant spell) IS ON FIREEEE .. hmm fire
and you save her then say 1 of two options.. this game is all about loops like you saved your self when u were young o.o things like that but if you think about it to much ur brain will hurt so go with it

Gaia needs a spoiler tag. It would look like this | V [spoiler][/spoiler] And yield black on black text that turns to white on black on mouseover. The only real thing that Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross have are that Luca is in the games. Luca was the mechinical girl from CT, and she was the 'mother' of the orphanage in CC.
You really don't have to play both of them to understand that whole game. It's kinda like FF, they aren't exactly sequaled ( Except FFX-2 ).
I was disappointed in the ending of CC though. stressed
