Field trip location: Vale Huntington Dust Industries of Tomorrow Class theme: Fighting against grimm in unfamiliar territory, and to expect the unexpected.
From Professor Fuyuki to the Teams attending, Via scroll:
"Greetings. For todays class, please bring yourselves towards this location marked on the file attached to this message. Do not be late, and bring your weapons with you. This small field trip will be also encountered with personal hand experience with the featured grimm of his class." - Professor Lysander.
On the outskirts of Beacons streets, a factory has been sitting here for over twenty five years, laid to rest under bankruptcy. Once a busy factory setting, the Vale Huntington Dust Industries of Tomorrow sits desolate a mile from Beacons' streets. Smaller in scale compared to Atlas's grand sized factories in the past, the structure itself is fairly aged from neglect and the abandonment but still standing. Recently Professor Lysander had rediscovered this area on a weeks journey for grimm to catch, and after speaking with the owners of that lot, this factory had become approved for a class to empty the place out. What's within the factory itself will be explained in due time.
What the students will see upon arrival is their teacher sitting upon one of the outside structures, one that looks like a giant gear edge sitting atop from the ground. All around the area itself looks eroded and degraded with age, the front gate doors wide open, and set to the side on the ground, looking to have been rammed through by a heavy object. One gate door was actually crushed under a giant boulder. The forever forest lays just behind the students to get to the factory itself. Professor Lysander had ensured fences on the path were built for the students safe passage to the place. It opens up wide to the large outer area. The entrance to inside the factory is just 30 feet behind the professor, large in height, and giving off an ominous feeling. Front entrance gates:

The setting up to the main gate of this musty, rusty, factory place, had been a complete hustle and bustle. Tiring. The husky faunus hated the way the sunlight above made the heavy mane of white snowy hair cling to the back of his neck. Not to mention the sweat upon his brow, and the dirt on his hands from all the setting up all morning of the fences. As much as he would have loved for the students to encounter grimm on the way, that was not necessary, given what was supposed to be hidden within the building behind him. In truth, he had inspected himself from a somewhat safe distance, even wasting a few crossbow bolts off his wrist bow, just to make sure the reports on this place had been correct. Nothing would have been worse than wasting anyone's time, especially his (in his eyes), if there was going to be nothing in there at all. Everything was in complete order though. Everything was set. Now, all that was left, was to wait for the teams attending to arrive. "A good cup of tea after all this sounds pretty damn good."
Swishing his tail left and right, using it to fan himself a little, the man couldn't help but tug at the heavy coat that was upon his shoulders, his canines pointing out from his mouth with aggravation. "They couldn't do this when it was raining, even just a little bit." Muttering under his breath, he simply had remained a bit more still, the creaking of the rusty metal material he was sitting upon reminding him the age of the place. What of the teams who were on arrival? Teams Harem and Dreamy? Interesting names. Wonder how they were going to like this change of environment. He was about to find out soon enough. "Should be interesting..... Or gods... This could end for better or for worse. Skip the name introduction rounds... That had been a waste of everyone's time last round." Certainly. This stuff was a learning process. This time. Straight to the point. He could manage that. Speaking of which... Here they were coming. "Good morning. Hope the walk hadn't tired anyone out already. Before I begin, take a look from where you are standing. Get a sensation of this place. Let the abandonment sink in. Feel a grasp of the rustic dangers this place could hold from inside. This is where yous will be going into today for class. The lesson for today will be started once yous are fully prepared. I do hope you's had brought your weapons with you."

He was about to sleep through the class had one of them not woken him; he had an alarm, he just slept through it. Not because he was doing anything strenuous or tiring the night before; he was just a very deep sleeper. But his team found a way...they always did, for better or worse. All it took, similar to last time, was mention of what the class would be to get him going. Rushing through the entire morning process of getting ready to be able to make it in time; of course looking more than a little disheveled and with more than a little bed-head to couple it. He was in his usual attire, since he saw no need to do anything new for class, and had remembered to bring his cane with him. He was not sure if dust was allowed so he didn't give it a second thought and did not even try to bring any. He would follow his team, since he had no clue where this place was in regards to navigation, to their destination. A bit surprised at how far away it would turn out to be, but Henryk was a pretty active individual so at a walk he was still pretty much fine. It had drained his spirits, a little, since he wanted excitement and action! But he knew he had to save the energy in case class would be like that; all the classes he had taken so far made him move and be active in some way or form, so he had to conserve his energy.
When they arrived, Henryk could not say it was something he was expecting; even if Ella or someone on his team may've read the history on it on the way and mentioned it. It looked like a rundown factory, like very rundown, and was close to just collapsing if it was hit with a harsh wind. Not the safest place...though his mind went straight to thinking of all the cool acrobatics you could potentially do on the inside of it. Abandoned places were usually pretty fun and provided great environments to move around in. Though the front door seem a bit foreboding; it was wide open with one door crushed by a boulder of all things. "What happened here?" he asked his team, curious as to how that even occurred. He would wait for an answer, having no guess himself, as they were sort of corralled to the professor. Which he really should've noticed before but he was a bit too distracted by the boulder crushed door. The professor, some kind of canine faunus, was sitting atop a large gear. Henryk was almost tempted to join him...but something told him he should stay with his team. The gear almost looked like it could be a gateway to another world! Even if he didn't really believe that.
The teacher would then greet them, saying he hoped the walk wasn't too tiring and to take a look around from where they were standing. Henryk had been doing that already for the most part, so he just followed instruction and did so again. 'Maybe it will be a scavenger hunt? But what would that have to do with grimm studies...' he pondered quietly. He would continue to say it was to get a feel for the place; the abandonment, danger, and that they would be going in. While Henryk did feel it was a bit ominous...he was also a bit excited since these kind of places made the best playgrounds. So long as someone knew to have their aura up and to be with someone in there in case something went wrong. He would then say the lesson would start once they were prepared, and he hoped they had their weapons ready. Henryk would look around at his team to see if they were all good; and patted himself down to make sure he had his cane. If they all were he would proudly speak up. "Team Harem is ready!" would be what he said; mentioning their official team harem since even though that was due to his horrible handwriting. While it had been embarrassing at first, he embraced it and the comedy of the name. Though he wasn't sure the rest of the team wanted to be introduced as such now that he thought of it...as he kept his eyes dutifully on the professor rather than his team in case any may be staring daggers at his back. Now much quieter and meeker for the moment. ✘ Post count: 103 ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ OOC: If I need to fix anything let me know.

Like every other morning, Damien slept comfortably and was particularly difficult to wake. Most of the time, the boy would be left alone to his own devices; however, Yumeko insisted that the boys get their act together. She wanted them to show up as a team to class, unlike last time which left them inconveniently separated. Damien made a friend though! It was not an entire loss. Sure, they were made a target of ire because the professor did not like being played… and Rowser was almost left to fend for himself… and Teal got hurt because she had to work twice as hard to ensure Rowser was able to survive the class, let alone pass… “Okay, okay,†Damien grumbled while crawling out of bed with half-lidded eyes. Damien glanced at Maokai and smiled. He was an awesome addition to the team but admittedly, Damien was still adjusting to the absence of Teal. ‘Poor Rowser,’ Damien slung an arm around his best bud gently touching their heads together. It would be the usual combat outfit today. It made the most sense given that Grimm Class would likely include combat. Of course, Damien did not come to that conclusion by himself. Thank goodness for Yume! She really should have been the team leader. What were these instructors thinking?! Damien wasted no time getting prepared for the day finishing up with a spot of breakfast. There was no way he would be able to pay attention on an empty stomach. “Let us be off,†Damien declared animatedly flashing a grin and waving an arm into the air pointing towards the wild unknown.
After awhile of meandering, Damien sheepishly looked in the direction of Yumeko, “I know I am the leader but uhh, you know how I am with directions.†He pouted sheepishly giving her a moment to infer what he was suggesting but with equivalent exchange, Yumeko would likely expect something in return. “I can carry you on my back that way you are well rested for class, and you can lead us to victory (or at least to class so we make it on time),†Damien mumbled the last part quietly to himself avoiding Yume’s gaze out of embarrassment. He kneeled down to make it easier for Yumeko to hop on. After standing, the boy threw her around a bit adjusting her weight more comfortably for the both of them. He wrapped his arms around her thighs gently being extra careful to respect her own personal boundaries like a good pseudo-brother. With her guidance and mostly just pointing, they were able to arrive only slightly after the other team that was participating. “Neat,†Damien outwardly admired what was meant to be an ominous entryway with visible excitement. He walked under the obstacles haphazardly only making sure that Yume did not get hit from any of the structures. He glanced in the direction of the other team once coming to a full stop taking a moment to admire the members before setting Yumeko back on the ground. You could tell they had just arrived by the fact that one of the members, a boy, was introducing them as Team Harem. What a fun name!
The instructor made his presence known. There were no complications deciphering between the students and the professor. If the location itself wasn’t enough, his presence was strong and confident… and a little bit dark. You should not judge the location based on its quirks! Damien looked around feeling quite at home probably due to his street rat days admittedly. Wait, did he say weapons?! Damien panicked tapping his palms all over his body from top-to-bottom before finally resting his hands on the holster of his weapons mid-thigh where a finger grazed the grip of Afterglow. “Safe,†Damien muttered to himself letting out a sigh of relief. “Team Dreamy reporting for duty,†Damien grinned giving a half-hearted salute completely recovered from his miniature panic attack. While any other person probably would have sensibly checked the weapon’s normal resting place, that was just who he was.
Rowser Rabbleman Team DRMY “Silence is golden. And that's also why I'm not stupid rich.â€
Rowser offered a soft smile at Damien's antics to cheer him up. Always appreciated. Like the taller boy, he too was glad to have his friend Maokai on the team; even if the sting of Teal's absence lingered. If he learned anything from Survival class, it was to absolutely not leave on an empty stomach, so breakfast was a must! Once properly fed, he dressed himself in his usual, obnoxiously bright attire and fastened the ammo belt across his torso. The Whozeewatz strapped to his back in its ranged form, similar to a Winchester rifle. Maybe he'd get to use it this time rather than be stuck with someone else's weapon that he could hardly use.
Following a good stretch, he followed Damien and Yumeko to class, dropping the sunglasses over his eyes. Despite wearing a compass on his wrist he had a very poor sense of direction. Fortunately for all their sakes, Yume was there to save them from themselves. Once they arrived, he took in the sights and hovered closer to Damien. It was quiet. Rowser didn't like quiet. “Abandonment...†He repeated quietly to himself after their teacher had said it. “Yeah, that's certainly a thing isn't it?†He offered a small wave to their teacher and the other team. This probably wasn't the best time to be carrying the emotions he felt -fear, sadness, a small amount of resentment- but it wasn't like he chose them, either.

It was a nice day for the class, and Chloris had awoken just in time to see the sun rising. Smiling to herself she would get ready for the day before her teammates as was normal for the early-riser. The cornflower-blue maiden would fix her hair back in a way that looked like a carnation before she would dress in her Beacon uniform. Closer to the time it was to wake her team leader, she would smile mischievously before tackling the goat faunus out of bed."Rise an' shine, git ready for Grimm Studies."The petite druid would roll and stand as she spoke. She would then make sure the other two were awake and ready before giving attention to her black cat.
The petite young woman with her sword and quarterstaff would wave goodbye to her pet before leaving with her teammates with glee. Though that excitement would lessen only a little as the feeling of plants seemed to weaken the closer they got to their destination."Mother nature's slowly taking back what belonged ta her all along."She thought as mossy-green eyes would look around the decrepit factory; dust, she was guessing. Her only peace of mind was the patches of greenery that she saw here and there."Not sure,"Chlo replied to her leader's question under her breath, though she too was tempted to go off and explore she would stay with her teammates for now.
There was wonder, but also sadness in a way, she felt with a frown."Dreams that were lost,"The petite human thought confirming to herself if nothing else as they got closer to where the teacher would be."Wow."Chlo whispered, her mossy-green eyes looking from down and up to meet the canine faunus' gaze, blushing slightly at the natural beauty of him."Even his voice is pleasant,"The druid thought before shaking her head to clear it as Henryk introduced their team. She had been embarrassed when first being called Team Harem, but after the two years, she got over it and even found a kind of power in the name. Her attentions would be taken only briefly by those of another team: Dreamy."'Mornin' ya'll."Chlo greeted, her usual southern belle twang shown itself for a little bit. Over the years, she had learned to be more comfortable with letting it through. Looking back at the teacher, she awaited further instruction/lesson.

Yumeko woke up early. She was now on a team with all irresponsible boys. She wanted to make sure none of them were awake when she took time to take care of herself. She would look at her scroll. There was a message on it. Greetings. For today's class, please bring yourselves towards this location marked on the file attached to this message. Do not be late, and bring your weapons with you. This small field trip will be also encountered with personal hand experience with the featured grimm of his class. She would yawn, and stretch in bed. She needed to make sure to bring her weapons? That was fine, she would also stop for some dust then. She would then look up on the Vale maps the history of the area. She found it was located outside of town, lovely. She would get out of bed, and head for the shower.
Survival class taught her that she was impressive with her critical thinking skills. She had made a weapon with just what she had. She also beat the teacher in a gamble. She smiled, maybe she was on her way to becoming a gambling goddess. Who was she kidding? She didn't have any delusions that she was human. However, she knew that she owed Hades a favor, a mission, and she could bring her team to it. When Teal was with them, it seemed like a great idea...however...with these boys, any mission would be hard. She would finish washing, and then get out of the shower.
She would dry her long hair, and start to blow dry her hair. If the boys woke up to this, then they woke up to it. Her hair needed to be dry. Once it was dry, she would take the white tub top that was the basis for the outfit she was trying today. She realized the battle uniform that she had brought to beacon wouldn't work. She would then pull on the gray leggings. She would then out of the room, somewhat dressed, and would grab the black, almost ripped up dress, and put it on over the whit tube top. She then pull on the Orange colored jacket. She would then set the boots near the door.
She would then start the battle to wake Damien. "Damien, it's time to wake up. I'm going to go grab breakfast and some supplies. I'll wake you up again when I get back." She would finally put on her socks and her boots. She then went to the Cafeteria, and grabbed a few quick breakfasts. From the supply closet, she would pull rope, a survival kit, including a knife, two flashlights. She would then trek back to the cafeteria and get several bottle of water. She would come back up, and wake up Damien again. She would then go and grab their mission clothing and put it on their beds. As she put Rowser's on his bed, she would wake him up, and when he said he needed food, she would point to the breakfast that she had brought up. In Damien's pants, she would slip a flashlight into one of the many pockets.
Once Maokai was awake, fed and dressed, Yumeko would shove the rope into his hands. "Make sure to keep this very secure. If one of use falls through the place, we need to be able to get them, understand?" Yumeko would then strap her weapons to her. The metal cards on her inner thigh, the other two sets were strapped to the belt she had put on to complete the outfit.
Once they got outside, Damien said that he was going to carry her. "Only as long as it doesn't tire you out." She would then hop on Damien's back. Pointing him in the direction of the building they were going to.
Once she was put down, she would dust herself off. She would look to see that there was a horned gentleman, and a human lady there. Interesting, she wouldn't be the only human here. She would look to the faunus teacher. He seemed to be some kind of canine. Interesting. They were to look at the building, but Yumeko would wander to the Horned man. "I couldn't help but see your excitement as we are about to enter the building, would you like to make a wager? If Team Dreamy can kill more Grimm, you'll buy my team a meal of their choice. If you win, we will do the same." Yumeko could tell by his outfit that he couldn't afford an actual bet of money, but having some motivation to complete this class would push her and her team to do better.
Maokai was probably the first one to wake up, he quickly changed into his battle gear and went on a jog. Unlike a normal teenage boy who would take forever to wake up, Maokai woke up with too much energy and had to release some before even talking to his new team, he definitely still needed to get used to them, it still felt super unsettling for him to hear Violet has been killed.
Once he was done he opened the door with a big toothy grin and very messy hair “good morning you g-!†he said before Yumeko quickly shoved a rope into his hands, he looked very confused but the smile Damien gave him made him relaxed, which was a surprise considering the amount of energy this boy has. He would strap the rope to his hip and then would strap his elemental cards to the other side after staring a bit at Yumeko’s cards “oh you also use cards as a weapon? I don’t think I saw them before yet. Actually, this is the first time I see any of your weapons!†he said with the same toothy smile before the group walked toward the class and this time, he had no problem getting there! (mainly because Yumeko was leading the way).
When the team had arrived at the destination Maokai couldn’t stop but feel excited “oooo the place is spooky. I love it!†he would chuckle before listening to the teacher as he told them to grasp the danger the place could hold which made him raise his hand for a question but just like last time, he did not even wait for permission “teacher teacher! The place looks really scary; can we enter already? I really wanna start!†he would say excitedly before glancing at Yumeko trying to make a bet with one of team Harem, he would get closer to Damien and Rowser before whispering “is she always like this? Just asking to know if to expect it to happen a lot more†he said with a smile, the boy sure had too much energy going for him. Post count: 43 Out Of Chomps: while it is in his profile, I should probably link his outfit here anyways~

Ella Fletcher "Would you like to go for a swim?"
Ella had gone to bed at a decent time, forcing herself to finally put her book down. She would think of the look Chloris would give her again if she was tired and that was enough to make her go to sleep. In the morning, she was up with her team and was ready in good time for the class. Ella enjoyed travelling with her team together, she would spend time boring Henryk with her recent book and tripping up over thin air as she would become embarrassed around Remus. Chloris was taking in the environment, something Ella should have done more of.
When they did arrive at the correct location, Ella would look around and feel a sense of unease. This didn't last long however, as she would then crouch down to touch what seemed to be a bone from something long lost. "Wow..." she would mutter. Ella would rack through her brain for information about this area she had read about, but not much came to her mind. This was soon interrupted however, by her team leaders yell that their team was ready. Ella would shudder and almost want the ground to swallow her whole, she stood up and walked beside Henryk, punching him in the arm slightly. Ella was envious of Henryk's confidence, she loved watching and listening to him, but right now she didn't want attention brought to them.
Ella would look up at the teacher for the class, she couldn't recall if she had read any books about him. He looked really interesting however, Ella wanted to know more. She would stand beside her team and wait for the next instructions, taking in the environment as she wondered what they were doing here. At least she had water.

Remus woke to the sounds of Chloris getting her morning started. He'd roll over so that he could lift his head and give the blue haired girl a groggy look that seemed too out of focus to be actually seeing her. More just following the soft sounds of her getting ready. He'd watch for a moment until the light of consciousness started to fill his eyes at which time he would yawns softly and lift his scroll up to his face to check the time. Not even five minutes later he would be up at full of life. Working an early riser morning schedule that allowed him to get through his routine while slipping past and around wherever Chloris was at or going. Eventually she would hear him stomping his feet into his boots and the dorm room door opening. Remus closed it softly after remarking he would be back shortly with breakfast.
Remus would return perhaps fifteen minutes later. The smell of warm food flowing out through the air around him as he opened the door and stepped through it. Ella had gotten up and was about ready now. As he moved into the room he evaded Henryk and Chloris as they came spilling out of Henryk's bed with a quick back step/side step maneuver the likes of which Ella was very familiar with by now thanks to all their sparring lessons. He watched Chloris roll off the goat faunus and spring back up to her feet while telling him to get up. Since she was right there he held out a baggie to her that held a still cold juice box and still warm breakfast sandwich. After Chloris took hers Remus stepped over Henryk to make his way to the table. All the while holding Henryk's out teasingly and saying, "Best hurry up boss man or we'll give yours to Binx." Remus handed Ella her baggie before he arrived at the table and put the bag down for Henryk to claim once he was ready. Remus chuckled softly as he moved away since the mention of her name caused the black kitten to jump up on the table and start sniffing at the baggie, giving the team leader all the more reason to get ready in time.
The path out to the where their class was interesting. The group having a moment to chatter and have a good time while also being outside perhaps most interesting off the beaten path. Remus noted that path itself was new. Very new in fact as the fences marking and protecting it looked like they had not even been in place long enough to be exposed to the element yet. When they arrived Remus, like the others, turned his attention to the teacher. He picked out the fact that the faunus was covered in sweat and there was dirt smeared in it and coating his hands. 'So that explains the new fence' He thought before looking to the abandoned industrial building as instructed. He studied it for several minutes. The destroyed door in particular spoke of possible visitors being inside that they could run into. Then there was the state of the building itself. Much of it really was not it much better state than the doors were. Remus turned his head to look at Henryk when he declared that they were ready. The tall hair haired youth laughing softly at the Ella's flustered reaction to the team name. Without saying anything he reached for his weapon and drew one of the sabers which he held at his side in a neutral position. He also brought his aura up as he figured whatever the teacher would be telling them they were doing here they would likely need some scouts regardless of the specifics of it.

Both of them... Seemed too whimsical or too.. Soft. For other matters, Henryk's voice as he spoke on the team being ready, had added that more whimsical vibe coming off him towards Fuyuki. While Henryk was more hype inducing, Ella seemed more analytical. As for the other two of the team, Chloris and Remus, Chloris was carrying a more southern vibe, one that was confirmed when she had spoken. As for Remus... So far he didn't have to much thought on this one. Were they sure the academy had named their team right?? With the even amount of boy and girl ratio the team had, they didn't seem like the name was right. Perhaps Dreamy was, considering the confusion caused by the arrival of team Dreamy's arrival. "Eh?..." When team Dreamy had arrived... To his surprise they had one female on the back of one the males on arrival. A brow had been raised in confusion, as he had to check on the student files to make sure these two names weren't mixed up. Nope, these four were team dreamy alright. The leader, Damien, seemed like an alright student. They carried an easygoing vibe that would be worked with. The one known as Rowser had the politer edge to them, returning the students wave, and Damien's with simple nod hello. Not one for talking casualties too much, He more so remained attentive, his piercing ice blue eye looking to the other two members of Dreamy. Maokia... That eagerness was intriguing! Wanting to already get in there was a good notion, but sadly the spritely young man was going to have to wait until he could actually start! As for the remaining member..... At first, she had carried a neutral aspect he was fine with... That was until she had went up to team Harem's leader, making a bet for this class... Right in front of him. Making gambling bets before a class even began, in front of a teacher no less, irked the living hell out of Fuyuki. He hated that sort of disrespect. "At least wait till you hear what is going on first... Careless...""Tch..."
Saying nothing on that matter, Fuyuki had more so jumped off the gear, standing at his full 6 foot 5 height. Class was more important than someone's betting. Besides... Something told him if he tried to stop it, there'd be a trouble student. Twas too much effort, and too much uncaring, to want to interfere. They were there for more important matter as it were. Planting his hands behind his back, the husky faunus had taken a breath, letting the ominous sensation hit him like the rest. The ambience gave off to something being here, his ears flicking to the sounds nearest him. Every inch of the front gates had been checked for, and the preparedness from the fence way to the front gates, he could only go so far himself to prepare all together. With all here at least, he could finally start, and it had begun with a reply to Maoikai, with a slight grimace on his face. "While I am all for with you all just rushing in, I think it would be wise to know what enemy you would be dealing with, yes? I do give a point on the enthusiasm to begin.
Taking a few strides left and right slowly, his attention had never left the students. "I bid you a better greeting on this day. I am professor Fuyuki Lysander.... To those who don't know. What brought us here on this day is of course, a special trip. The reason we are here in this place of desolation, is for one thing: To clear it out of the grimm within. An obvious response, given the name of this class. Having done some scoping when negotiating with the owners of this land... This class's topic: is the Geist, remnant's inorganic possessive pest. From what I had counted while scouting, they have overtaken the place, which, hey, would be an interesting opportunity for another kind of lesson. Fighting in unprepared terrains." With every steps, his tail followed in a small swaying motion, his hands brought forward to the front of him, with one small clap. "As for the Geist's, they are troublesome creatures. They have the appearance of a floating shadow, with bones protruding from the ribs area, forearms, and back. This also contains sharp fingernails, and possesses a white looking mask for a face. This only is them when they are not doing what they are known for... That is possessing inorganic objects. Metals, rocks, fallen forestry.. These are prime examples of what they are able to take over. When a part of their limbs are destroyed, anything within it's vicinity can replace what was lost, and simply reattached. Aside from inorganic suppleness, a geist can also alter its mass with the possession, using the mass of objects it has possess to make itself more giant than it really is... Much like armor. Its unpredictable behavior, as well as the danger levels of what they can utilize... These are grimm who certainly need vanquishment." Ushering them to start following, he had walked them towards the front doors of the building they were to enter. Towards the boulder on top of the crushed door, he used the strength he possessed in his skills, to pick it up with some effort. A small grunt had been made through this, which he had simply tossed to the side, allowing more entry access for the students. "Now... There is one more thing of interest. The geist, like all other grimm, have a vital weak point. Where is this weak point? That will be part of the challenge. I could simply tell you, but where would the fun be if I gave you every answer..." Snuffling, he crossed his arms, leaning against the frame of the door way. "Any questions? If not, you may begin. Your goal is to clear out the geist infestation. I applaud you team Dreamy, for bringing rope for the occasion... Hopefully you find some use for it. As for team Harem, I applaud your earliest arrival, and swiftest arrival. Let us see this tenacity from both teams." With a small gesture for them to go on, the door were open, and they were to enter.

Upon entry, both teams are walking into a large, high ceilinged floor upon entry. The place itself looks completely emptied on the entryway, as if something had moved everything out of the room. tread marks on the ground signify something had indeed done so. To the left, a staircase leading to another floor resides, showing more than one floor is there. After the second floor stair piece, there is no way to get up the stairs any farther, as it is completely destroyed by a fallen heavy pipe, one that was resting onto the right, rusted with age. Upon the ground itself, fallen debris, dust, and metal scrapings and flakes cover the whole flooring. The ambience upon entering the building had lifted with more heavy sensation, as if the looming danger hiding within was picking up. That was nothing compared to the musty, mildewy smell that lingured in the air.

From Remus' bribe/threat of Binx stealing his food to Chloris' methods in waking him; at least he knew he wouldn't be able to miss anything important due to sleeping in. As small a comfort as that was. While he didn't think they needed to go to such measure to get him awake and ready...they unfortunately probably did in all likelihood. On the way over, it seemed no one knew what exactly happened with the factory. Which only lent to the creepiness it had...though for the moment, safe in the light and with his team, he felt no fear. If that changed or not once inside was to be determined. On the way too he had to contend with Ella speaking of what she learned from her new book; making Henryk wish he had awoken earlier. While energetic, he was still mentally clearing the cobwebs to get his brain to fully function and the knowledge overload from Ella was going in one ear and other the other for the most part. His only reliefs were her occasional trip ups...and his own lack of a attention span. Once they arrived, and Henryk announced they were ready...he got an unexpected reaction from Ella. To be fair, he probably should've seen it coming...but he didn't quite think that far ahead. She hit him in the arm; not hard but it was a surprise. "Ow!" was all he let out as he rubbed the arm lightly; more so sheepishly than in actual pain from it as he realized quickly why she had done so, saving her from him asking why.
Henryk hadn't noticed Damien come in carrying Yumeko on her back, being distracted with focusing on the area in front of them, but he did notice him introduce the team as team Dreamy. Turning to see the guy a kind of salute, Henryk would give a friendly salute in return. "That is a cool team name," Henryk would comment towards him. Henryk would see another member of the team, he assumed, wave to them. "Nice style," Henryk would comment to Rowser and wave in return to him. He noticed another boy in the team that seemed excited and friendly, and offered a wave to him as well. Henryk was surprised when the final member of the team, or so he assumed, walked up to him asking about making a wager? It was apparently about which team would kill the most grimm. Whichever team lost would buy a meal for the other team. It was an interesting bet, and seemed harmless enough for the most part as he recalled the grimm riding they did on their last mission, though he would look to the rest of his team for their thoughts. "Nice to meet you. While a wager sounds fun, I need to ask my team if they'd be fine with it before I can agree. What do you all think on it?" he would ask his team; he wasn't going to make a decision without making sure they were alright with it. Depending on how his team thought of it, he would give a yes or no. There wouldn't be time for much else though as the class would seem to begin.
The teacher would start off by asking a question one person from the other team asked; saying he liked the enthusiasm but they should wait till they learned what they could first. Which Henryk agreed with...though truthfully he would've also been fine going in blind like the other person was. The teacher would continue, introducing himself as Professor Fuyuki. 'What is the difference between a professor and a teacher,' Henryk thought and wanted to ask but thought better of it for the time being. And figuring he could always ask Ella later on too. The professor would continue, saying they had to clear this place of Grimm and that the Grimm in question were geists. Henryk was not sure what that type was; he had never really heard of it at least. The inorganic possessive pest may've been a hint...but Henryk didn't quite follow his meaning on it so he missed that clue. Thankfully, the professor would go into more detail on it; describing how they looked and what they could do. The more he spoke on it, the more it made Henryk think of ghosts. 'There are Grimm ghosts now!?' he thought with surprise and a bit of dread. Regular Grimm were simple and straightforward to deal with...hit it till it dies. How do you deal with a ghost though...did they need holy water or something? His internal questions would not be answered for the moment as the professor would motion them to follow and lead the way to the front door...picking up the boulder and tossing it aside. 'Wow,' Henryk thought, already forgetting about the ghost Grimm for the moment. Literally a moment as he continued and said they had a weak point...but they would have to discover it themselves. Henryk gulped, and really hoped Ella read a book on these things or something in past. He would ask for question, though if he wasn't going to say the weakness Henryk had none. 'If anyone can think of an important question, its my team,' he thought as he would wait in case any of them had one. After questions, or not, and him applauding both teams for different reasons they would be let inside.
Wishing the other team luck and safe hunting, Henryk would enter with his own. He would immediately be surprised by how high the ceiling of the place was. 'It looks bigger inside than out,' he thought to himself, even if he may be mistaken. This floor was oddly deserted too; tread marks on the ground seemed to show everything was gone. The only thing really of note was a staircase to the left. Looking to his team, Henryk would nod to them. "Let's do this! Remus, unleash the beasts." he would say in a hushed excitement as he asked Remus to use his semblance. It would be a great way to scout the area for them to potentially avoid ambushes. While the first floor seemed safe, you never know. Henryk would be quick to follow after the scouts though; he was the most mobile of his team after all. He had to breathe through his mouth as he ascended the stairs, finding no reprieve from the smell of the place. Upon reaching the top, he would see going higher would appear to be blocked off. Not on to be deterred though, he would venture deeper across the current floor investigating; if the Professor had picked this place and scouted it, they must have a way to get higher if they needed to. "Keep your eyes peeled and lets kick Grimm butt," Heryk would say confidently as he drew his cane in case any got past Remus' scouts and came to attack. ✘ Post count: 104 ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ OOC: If I need to fix anything let me know.
Chloris had a bad feeling as soon as she saw the damned priss being carried to class."And there goes a good day,"The petite young woman muttered and looked ahead to the teacher."What the..."She thought, her ears picked up on a voice...it was that priss. And she was talking to Henryk over something that would concern All of Team HARE? As soon as Henryk looked to them, he could see the spark in her mossy-green eyes as the petite young woman looked to the other, taller young woman."If you are gonna make a bet with an entire team, you should Address the entire team. And we gamble every day with our lives as future huntsmen and women while eradicating Grimm; that's what we are here for,"Chlo replied with a bit of bite in her calm tone, glancing over at the other students then back at the girl.
Smiling softly, with a dangerous sweetness, she would step aside to face the girl better and meet her eyes."Since you didn't, maybe a Jezebel like you should go back to her team,"Chlo finished, shooing her away before the teacher's lecture; whether she left or not would determine what the southern belle did. If she went back without issue, that would be the end of it. If Yumeko decided to stay, she just might be insulted more; the girl just rubbed her the wrong way with her greeting only Henryk and ignoring the rest, honestly.
Either way, any further attempts at escalation would be stopped by the teacher. Making quiet note of the Geist Grimm mentally, Chloris nodded here and there. She would have no doubts that Ella already read about these creatures before they even came to class; their brilliant researcher of the team. Chloris followed with her teammates quietly along with the rest of the students, quarterstaff of organic oak gently tapping as she walked with it, thorns/spikes facing ahead as she did."Maybe, since they are in darkness, we might fair well with light, iron weapons, or salt,"The young druid thought; thinking back to the stories from back home.
She was about to help the tall teacher when she saw he had the boulder handled well enough. When asked about any questions, she just shook her head. Looking to her teammates, she would smile kindly before looking ahead."Let's do our best,"Chlo told her teammates before they would all head in. Silently, Chloris took note, glancing around as Henryk would give Remus the command to send out the spirit animals for scouting. As he did that, pale green aura would gently glow around the petite young woman activating it, but she didn't use her semblance yet...she'd have to find a target first.

“Thanks,†Damien grinned proudly in the direction of Henryk who had just complimented their team name, “Your team name is pretty sweet too.†The boy would return the sentiment while gently nudging Rowser with his elbow. His best friend had been in a difficult place ever since Teal had left the group. Damien had done his best to support his friend but sometimes it was nice to have a stranger pick you up. Hopefully it might lift his spirits and after this whole class business was taken care of, the three of them needed to go have a night out, just the boys, and work on taking care of their hurting friend.
“Yume,†Damien said questioningly when she approached Team Harem. The palm of his hand rested on the back of his head while several beads of sweat dripped down the side of his face. The tone of his voice was questioning but truly, Damien knew what was happening. It was what always happened. He leaned his face towards Maokai leaving no personal space between them while his face started to look very serious. “Every… opportunity… she gets,†Damien would whisper back. Of course, Yumeko knew that Damien would be able to contribute very little in the way of money, though he was an excellent chef. When she made these bets, it was often her that would pay the heavy price of loss. That being said, it would be a lie to say that the idea of a free meal did not excite him! Yumeko sure knew how to motivate him.
When Chloris greeted them, Damien could not help but enthusiastically respond. Making friends was his favorite part of class, “Good morning!†He gave a bright smile noticing the unusual way that she spoke, but it was quite charming in its own way. Maokai’s excitement was tangible and really hyped him up. When the instructor began to talk, Damien strained to catch as much of the flowing information that he could. Fuyuki Lysander was his name – He seemed easy-going enough, though did somewhat reprimand Yumeko for her gambling. Whoops, everyone else was met with praise however. ‘Did he say Geist,’Damien looked troubled never having excelled at his studies; he was more about the action. They sounded really weird and a lot like trouble. Calling them pest seemed appropriate given what Damien was able to make out from the teacher. Instructor Lysander did give them a hint – the Geist had a weakness, but they were responsible for figuring that weakness out. Hmm, Damien had an idea but would need to test the theory once inside. His demeanor was beginning to change as the imminent threat of combat was becoming real. Wait, rope? Damien looked around and sure enough, Maokai had rope. It must have been Yumeko. Thank goodness she was always prepared!
He did not know about the rest of the team but their leader was obviously a very cool, laid back person. When Yumeko brought up her bet he did not even chastise her, just wanted to include his team in the decision making. Damien could respect that. The girl with the charming accent was not quite as indulgent and actually quite hostile. He would look quizzically at Chloris and then, back to Yume. Geesh that was a little rough for no reason. “Good luck,†Damien said genuinely waving at Team Harem before everyone disappeared inside. Chloris may not have liked Yumeko’s idea to bet, but that was no reason to wish them ill. Damien shrugged to no one in particular while thinking about it.
With the boulder now removed due to the instructor, it was time to get to work. Upon entering the building, Damien’s gaze naturally drifted upwards. Despite how long he had been under the care of the Shimizu household, this kind of place still felt somewhat like home. Noticing the stairs which did not reach up entirely, Damien realized the rope might come in handier than he could have guessed. He crouched touching the dirty ground beneath and then rubbing his fingers together to get the dust off. While crouched down, Damien felt the rough exterior of the flashlight in his pocket placed in his gear unbeknownst to him by Yume. He retrieved the flashlight from the pocket clicking it on and off a few times with the light aimed towards the ground beneath. “Batteries are good,†Damien stood back up looking at his team. “Rows, we got defense,†the boy addressed his friend while laying a hand on his arm where the scales were beneath his jacket. "Where to first? Clear the current floor or start from the top to work our way down?," that was the question.
Maokai nodded as his face was still super close to Damien’s “that’s interesting, I’ll keep that in mind and be ready for her gambling when I am around her†he then took a step back and jumped in place a bit, he couldn’t contain his energy inside as he was just too excited “right! Would be much better to know what we are dealing with before entering, I always forget about that†Maokai said with a laugh as the teacher praised him, it made him happy to know his enthusiasm was a good thing as his toothy smile never left his face.
The time finally came for them to enter the factory as the door that blocked the way was moved by their all-powerful teacher “Woah! So cool!†Maokai said as he rushed in before his team, once inside the building Maokai began stretching his legs as the rest of his team gathered behind, Damien then would ask where they should head to first, and with that Maokai stopped stretching and turned around while smacking his fists together in excitement “I would say let’s start from the top, It would probably be easier for us to get there sooner than Harem since we have a good way to get up†he said as he grabbed the rope that was strapped on his side, oh he couldn’t wait to punch some Grimm’s a**! Wait what did the teacher say about a weakness? Oh who cares, Maokai will just do what he does best! Rush in without any plan!
