The Water Festival marks the opening of the yearly carnival! Only open for a few short months in summer, the Carnival becomes the talk of the town when the citizens notice the first signs of the rides and booths being set up on the pier for another summer of fun. You can find all your favourite carnival treats from mini doughnuts and elephant ears to corn dogs and chilli fries. There are all the classic carnival games such as The Duck Pond Game, and Balloon Dart Pop. The highlight of the carnival is the underwater Ferris Wheel and Mermaid show! Profits from both of these go to charity during the week of the Water Festival
Under Water Ferris Wheel The Ferris Wheel is the first thing you see, before even arriving at the carnival. Huge, when at the top you can see far out into the ocean or over top of a large part of Vale City. However, that isn't why most people line up to ride this Ferris Wheel. This one is very unique as it plunges beneath the waves, where riders can get a look at the coral reef and all the sea life which call it home. You can even catch a different angle of the mermaid show if one is happening while you're underwater.
Mermaid Show Little is known about aquatic Faunus. They are rare in general, and often avoided cities, preferring to live on islands, or near lakes and rivers. As a result, many were wiped out when the Grimm started taking over, reducing their numbers even further. This combination of factors has made the mermaid show an attraction for many. Run by a collection of aquatic Faunus, they execute a variety of water-related tricks and feats to delight and entertain all while performing a play in their watery arena. The play is about 3 sisters who decide to explore the seas, much to her father's dismay, and includes daring escapes from shark Faunus, deals with a crocked octopus and a little bit of sea magic.
Raphaela's Sweets: "For your one-stop shop for bakery treats come on down to Raphaela's Sweets!"
A bakery stall setup in the food area of the fair with baked goods open for view with hand written price signs in front of each tray of goods. Half of the stall displays allergen-free options while the other half kept original recipes as is. A banner with bright well placed string of lights capture the eye while the owner, Raphaela, and Wheel of Sweets game keep guest smiling from beginning to end of purchasing experience. Hit the Bullseye Think that you have what it takes to hit the bullseye. Well…if you have the accuracy and precision to do so, come give it a try. 5 arrows. That is all you will be given. One has to hit the bullseye for you to be rewarded your prize. Don’t have the skill set. That is okay. We are going to teach you how to shot that arrow. Upon completion of your lesson, you will be given the opportunity to try and win a prize. The more arrows the hit the more lavish the prize. Come on down to Phoenix Flowers booth and see Ms. Heth for you chance to flourish. Quote QueenBAD_KittyKat
This morning had started out with much excitement and anticipation as it was three months since their mission and weeks filled with classes of not-so-fun-but-necessary learning as future hunters/huntresses. This morning was different, it was an event held throughout Vale and Beacon itself! A water festival, no less. The best part, no classes and no tests for the rest of the week! So, she was going to enjoy every opportunity with her teammates. After some rather hyper discussion with Team Terror, it was decided that with all the events happening, they would check out the carnival on the pier first.
In true leader fashion, she would direct that the girls got the bathroom first to change and get ready, then the boys could go next.Helping Astra with her hair in a secure but comfortable braid after she was dressed in her board shorts and bikini top."There we go."Tsuki said with a smile before she would work on her own hair pulled back in fun yet complex buns behind her ears, the young tigress would take only twenty minutes to get ready; as she took a shower the night before.Today should be a good day. Tsuki thought to herself as she would walk out of the bathroom. To her bed, she would walk and pick up the kimono cardigan of black with pink floral design.
Once everyone was ready, she would put her backpack on with her things she needed (lien, scroll, extra clothes, etc) and look to the rest."Alright, everyone stay close."Then with that, Team Terror left the dorms and made their way to their fun destination. In total, it would take about an hour by skies but, early still. She was internally quivering with anticipation. The beach, the pier...She was excited for all of it. And it would be the first time she'd be going with friends rather than her siblings. Something about it...made her smile inside.
Once they landed, she would make sure that Astra and Rowan in particular did not just run off; making sure to take both by the hand like one might do with little kids. Looking to her co-captain and fellow feline teammate, she would nod in the direction of the carnival, signalling where to go before walking with everyone. This place is so big...and Busy.she thought with wonder as her eyes took in all the dreamlike stalls and activities. Shaking herself she looked to everyone with her, letting go slowly of Rowan's and Astra's hands."So team, where do we wanna go first?"The ice-blue eyed maiden asked with a kind smile and excitement in her eyes.
Jacqueline had spent weeks preparing for the water festival since it had been announced. This was her chance to make her business more well known and of course Pyrve was competing. She had to see how much she had grown in three months. She remembered her first festival as a student at Atlas. Sadly they lost in the double's round. They didn't win their first festival until they were third year students. Ethan had won it for them. They had sent Ethan and Alice to the doubles where they had kicked major butt. The memories only made her sad as she worked endlessly to get her prizes done for the festival. There were days spend in her treehouse with tears in her eyes, but she kept pushing through until everything was done. Signing up for her booth, she was happy to be doing something nice for the kids of Beacon academy.
When the morning of the festival came, she was super excited. Going to the carnival part of the festival, she would start to set up for the day. This was going to be her first festival in 7 years. Even though she wasn't competing, she still felt like it was competition day. First thing she had up was her banner to mark that it was her booth. There would be red roses outlining the booth along with red and black feathers. Next, she would set up her bullseye targets right outside the booth. Hanging all her bows from the top of the booth, she'd have the arrows in hanging next to the bows in a sacks. Each sack containing 5 arrows. All the extra arrows were in the back of the booth. Now that the booth was set up, she would go get dressed and come back with her prizes.
Being dressed in a beautiful red floral sundress and her long red hair up in a Japanese bun, she was carrying her box of prizes. Organizing everything from high to low and gender, she had a whole display table. Having a sign on her booth, she switched it to open and waited for everyone who wanted a shot at their luck literally. She had both her swords on her back just on case she had to give lessons.
Another day of the festival the Giant roamed around. Weaning a short sleeve Hawaiian shirt with little sheep patterns all over it. Accompanied with swim trunks that fit better this time and flip flops again. Never being to a festival before it was all so wondrous. Much like how children see festivals. Though unlike children he stuck out like a giant sore thumb. Already having received a few weird looks he was being someone distant from anything. Window shopping some would call it.
Holding two ice cream cones in both hands each cone had at least four scoops. He couldn't resist not stop back at the ice cream place before hand... Walking as he enjoyed his cold treat on such a hot day. Both of his eyes and nose directed him to a particular shop. Coming to a dead stop in front of the sweet shop his eye sight was actually above the shop itself. Making him have to squat down from his 7 feet 7 inches height. Devouring two of the cones, in what looked like in one bite. Ashley stared at many of the sweets displayed. He'd start to drool alittle.
Wearing: Bikini top and shorts - Mood: Content - Gear: Tools, spray guns, - With: None - Size: Regular
Walking the festival Lena took a deep breath. It was nice to relax, not having to work on school. Listening to her music she had been going around, making water theme sprays on approved canvases. She was happy to be walking, painting, snacking on the occasional. Slowly making her way she could see the carnival, the heart of festival. Stretching she'd watch people running, jumping back to avoid getting blasted with a squirt gun. A chuckle came as she turned to look at peoples products.

The young butterfly had been so excited the night before that she washed up and went to bed early; being careful as she had cleaned her wings. Thankfully the door had been fixed the day after they first met; classes would take up their time until the festival. She had not felt guilty either for how their Arena activity went as the weeks to come would be more of a challenge than anything else...especially for the butterfly herself, she'd learn. In her free time, she would do natural jewelry services (having brought a kit in her bag with her)...earning her what Zach called money in the time.
Fast-forwarding to today, the petite young faunus would wake early and spend her time after getting ready for the day to explore the city by herself; and left her weapons back in the dorm room, as well as her quiver and messenger bag, opting instead for her smaller leather pouch to tie and clasp around her waist."It also gives me a chance to spread my wings,"Diana thought as she would fly through the air after leaving school. She had not really thought about where she really wanted to go."Oh! What's that..."She said to herself, though she was high in the air, coming closer to the scent of ocean and the sound of music in the distance, fairy girl would begin to follow it.
"Oooh,"Diana thought as she would land just a couple yards from the pier's entrance. At least her shadow gave enough warning...other people on the ground gave her space to land. Giggling softly, sh would fix the laurel crown that was interlaced in her braided hair. Upon a glance, she wore a Grecian style linen dress that rested at her knees and fit her figure nicely, meeting the top of her sandals. A gold snake armband on her right upper arm and golden leaf earrings, and her walking/lantern staff completed the look.
Upon landing, the butterfly's wings would fold fittingly to form a thin and delicate chromatic cloak around herself. Wide and curious amethyst eyes took in all the blurred yet colorful scenery. From what she could see, the petite butterfly was beside herself with childlike wonder; being taken in by the music, the scent of food, and yes even the people."So many, even from our school..."The petite young woman thought as she walked around; still getting used to the fact that there were more people in the world than she had first thought.

Growing up in a swamp, he did not see water as a pretty thing most times. Necessary for survival, yes, but not something to be celebrated in his eyes. But since it was a week where they were told they could do as they pleased, and having little else to occupy his attention, he figured he may as well see what was occurring around him than be blind to it. But only after he attended to a little business...having seen the butterfly had left a good deal of her belongings in the dorm, he was confident that he would feel satisfaction later on when she returned there. But that would be for the future. Thoughts, for now, still drifted to the past. Of all the strange stuff and customs of this place, of the academy he now attended, and his mission. It seemed he was in a place that was to teach others how to fight better and kill better for the grimm. A useful thing indeed, and if the butterflies had capitalized alone, it would have put them at a great advantage to the moths. Making him believe his mission was important still but...in order for it to be of use he would need to be at an instructors level, or the moths would have to leave their life of isolation to send more of their number here. Both not very good prospects in MIsery's mind.
In his absent thoughts and wonders, the moth found himself in the carnival section of the festival. He could see a large structure in the distance that seemed to slowly move, like a water wheel, but there appeared to be...pods, with passengers inside. They would disappear and come back, but occasionally it would be different people. He wondered how such a thing worked, or why people would go in when they could.. 'Well, not everyone has wings...myself included.' He thought a little sadly. Wondering if he should give it a try to get close to the sky or if he should stay away. His eyes would scan around, seeing many people of different types. Unsure what to do next now that he was here, as he noticed a lot of places had an admission price and he had very little of the currency this land used. He would be drawn partially to the ferris wheel but not enter the line, debating if he wanted to ride it and trying to figure out if he had enough currency to do so. ☪ Post count: 16 ✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄

Astra was so excited! They were going to the beach, it was her first time going, unless you counted the crick, she had gone to the crick multiple times in her life, but an actual beach! It was gona be so much fun! She could hardly contain herself as Tsuki braided her hair. She just wanted to go, and jump in the water! She even got a cute bathing suit. The top was white with yellow sunflowers. She loved sunflowers, why couldn't she be called Sunflower instead of Amaranth? Yuck, even the flowers looked nasty. The bottoms were like yellow high waisted shorts. It honestly was so cute on her child-like body.
Then it was time to go, Astra looked at the pile of stuff they wanted to bring. It was smart to bring a cooler filled with ice, inside was lemonade, iced tea, her mom's sweet tea, Ryker's root beer, and bottles of water, oh, and don't forget the cups. Astra decorated hers with sunflower stickers. That was put in the corner by the dollhouse. Then she placed 8 towels inside, 4 of them were resting towels, 4 of them were drying off towels. Then there was the beach umbrella. It was kinda funny how it went from this big thing on the outside to to the size of a drink umbrella as it entered. That was laying on the ground. There was no way she was gona stand that up! Then Ryker and Rowan put their swim trunks in there. Why they didn't just wear them, she didn't know. Then a shovel and bucket went into her mouth. At least they washed it before it went in there was nothing worse than having mud in a room! Then she put on two round things. One being a watermelon, the other being a beach ball! They were gona have so much fun! Astra added in pool floaties, an inflatable turtle that you could lay on, a change of clothes, and several pool noodles. Could you use pool noodle at the beach? She was gona find out!
It took them an hour to walk there! Why didn't they just take a cab?! Tsuki would try to grab Astra's hand, but she would pull away every time, because of this Astra was basically running in circles around the group as they walked. She was too excited to not already be at the beach. Finally they made it, but they went to the carnival part first! She wanted to play all the games.
Then Astra was asked where she wanted to go. There was a sweets shop, and games! Did they go to the sweets shop, or do they just play games then get sweets?! She would look to Rowan " Do we do games or sweets first?!" she looked like she was about to run off and poke her head into every shop.

Finally set up and nearly open for business, a raccoon faunus smiles happily his hands clasped and brightly huge smile upon her face. "I can't believe this is actually happening! My very first public event!" The young woman cheered and gave a spin of grace, absolutely ecstatic about her little shop's first time partaking in an event. Form a dream as a teen to something that's real, the Faunus woman was just grateful that she's been able to make things work for her in Vale.
Though she was a ball of sunshine she maybe shined a little too bright, as she had gained the attention of fellow venders; All of them veterans in this game of public affairs. The raccoon smiled sweetly but awkwardly before retreating behind her table of goodies, she taking the moment to fish out her megaphone from underneath the table of baked goods and cash register. Taking charge and standing tall (for her height anyway), the Faunus woman inhaled deeply before bravely speaking out to the crowd. "Festival lovers all around, we're so glad you've come around! Raphaela's Sweets welcomes everyone to try something sweet, and as such we've got a playful treat! Each customer today gets a free spin on The Wheel of Sweets for a discount on their next shopping trip, and a few lucky few will even win the chance of free evening catering courtesy of the bakery! But that's not all!"
With the raccoon faunus' performance still rolling on the few passing people were beginning to take notice of this year's new vendor. Civilians eyes were getting drawn in while the woman's competitive neighbors began sneering at her or watching with judgement eyes; Work going on as normally while a few wished the woman to fail. "We are hosting a free cake eating contest in celebration of the Water Festival! But come by and sign up fast, because this is a one time contest and only ten people will be allowed to compete in this delicious competition for bragging rights!"
Advertising at a finish and with a pep to her step, the kind faunus woman retreated to the back of her display again to put away her megaphone and look for her other things. "Let's see...The stall's sign is plugged in and lit up, excellent...The sign up sheet, clipboard and pen are here, good...Now where's that wheel?" Her hand had just been placed upon the display to help her up off the floor and onto her knees when her eyes coyly met those of a rather tall man she sensed was quite interested in the pies, brownies and cake pops that framed her face; Most of it curiously hiding behind, underneath the display.
"Hello there!" She jumped to her feet, an average shaped figure of five feet and a half dwarfed by the stocky faunus male, and as she placed the clipboard with the registration paper down in front of the young faunus she playfully asked the male a question; Her words being an invitation for him to play. "Welcome to Raphael's Sweets carnival stall! Are you looking for what flavor cake you'd like to eat for the cake eating competition?"

Team: TRRA ///// Racoon Faunus///// Student///// Ex-thief What's up?: mission mission Where am I?: Outside! Who are my peeps!? Astra! Ryker! Tsuki! Ooc; <><><><><><><><><><><><><><>
Three long months. A numerous amount of time, that in fact, given a strain of complications for one such as Rowan to accomplish. The mission had been the least of the problems, as their success and accomplishments got them through. Teamwork had been the important factor out of all of it, providing the level of trust he already had for his team to swell with feelings he had thrown away so long ago. To have had them hit him a full force, Rowan, ever since then, had been, for better for worse... Lost. Completely, and emotionally, lost. There was a conduit to have caused all of this in the first place, and that was the dreams from his past lingering at the back of his mind, with reminders that one day he would potentially be alone, should his cards take a right turn, from the left turn he was trying to go. Only after the mission, and these three months, had Rowan been suffering in the confinements of his past, planting a smile to the best of his ability. However, for the young raccoon, the nightmares of his past were not the only things to get him. There was his traumatizing childhood... and how old habis certainly die hard. For all the power and distractions one could attempt on avoiding actions, the itching in one's hand for temptation was another issue. All the lien, and all the shiny objects and heirlooms... All of it screamed to the ex thief to take and hold. There were night he was waking up to his fingers jittering to the craving. Too much torture for one to handle sometimes. It was getting to points of time, where he was beating the temptations, only to be hit once more with them tenfold. He could only take so much for so long. He was getting much better as some days went thankfully, and as the time had drawn to the festival itself, Rowan had believed that in his heart, he would be alright... At least... He hoped so. His fear: Was his family he had for a team finding everything out. Everything. He couldn't stand to risk being alone again, especially when trying to behave, and move on to a better life. That was his greatest hope.......
It was festival day, and everything was set up for the team. Astra had everything set for the day ahead, and things had been planned out for the most part by a full agreement. The beach was the most hopeful situation. There would be less people with lien in their pockets, and he wanted to learn how to swim. Having fun in the sun, throwing stuff around, making sandcastles... Such information had him hooked on the idea. The team however, had agreed on the carnival instead. Rowan forced agreed the agreement with a giant smile that day, having to leave the room to get the real emotions out. "There will be too many people... Too much lien... Too much lien..." Rowan couldn't help the thoughts, or stop them for that matter, no matter how hard he pushed. The only thing that was helping him, was the soft, warm, and firm hand of Tsuki, holding his hand like a mother guiding a child. They arrived in such a matter, and Tsuki guiding him through the heavy crowds had been helping so far. Wearing his usual running shoes, black cargo shorts, and a white muscle shirt, the racoon boy kept it simple and casual, with his tattered dark blue backpack slung over his shoulders. For once, he had some lien of his own, gathered from his own earning and finding, with some of it actually pickpocketed. The ideas of enjoying his time was the important factor, even if it involved using money whether stolen or not. Getting rid of that money could certainly clear his mind. Tsuki had also told them to stay close, and that was exactly what he wanted to do. As they were walking however, Astra was clear she was in the mood to bundle about. Good on her, but with so many people.... Rowan certainly wasn't budging anywhere from the team, much less away from the one leader who could save him from descending to thievery once again. It was the reason, as both ladies had asked what anyone wanted to do, he had to ponder. His eyes had directed to the tallest structure he could see. "What about that? Is that something?" His free hand pointed to the ferris wheel. His reason: It looked safe enough to be away from people.

They had talked about all the places they could go to or things they could do; but in the end they decided the carnival was the best place to start out. Which was fine for the cheetah faunus, given the beach itself would probably be packed till later on. Not that a carnival would be much emptier, but at least with that they'd be walking around more often than not. Plus, it meant they could do everything dry first and then get wet during the end, which seemed best so they didn't have to change clothes in stalls or anything. Well...They could in Astra's pocket dimension, but he didn't want to drag too much sand in there. They'd have to clean it out later, and that was not the type of chore he was looking forward to doing. Tsuki would claim the bathroom for the girls first, which Ryker gave no fuss over, mostly because he knew Tsuki was probably faster at it than himself. So Ryker and Rowan, knowing it was carnival first, would pick out their usual styles for the day. Figuring they could change clothes later on if needed, which was why they set out their swim trunks as well. The only addition to his usual accessories was a pair of sunglasses, cause he did not want to be squinting the entire time they were there. He had taken a shower the night before too, so when the girls were done all he would need to do is brush his teeth and get deodorant. He was a bit surprised when Tsuki and Astra came out though. Especially Tsuki as she came out in what he presumed would be her outfit for the day. It hid...very little, which was a big change from Tsuki's normal attire. She also had her hair done up rather nicely as well. "Looking good Tsuki." He would say with a smile, before looking to Astra. "Cute outfit as well Astra." He would add with a thumbs up. Taking the chance, he would enter the bathroom to do the little he had before letting Rowan do what he needed.
Ryker was a bit disappointed as he saw Tsuki wearing a kimono over her outfit, mostly because he thought she looked hot when she showed off her body. Even though he thought that about a lot of girls. But he merely contented himself to the thought he may see the kimono off later on...and plenty of others with it off too. So his spirits weren't dampened in the slightest. He would see Rowan had also chosen his usual outfit for the day as well. "Looking good in the neighborhood Rowan." He would say, genuine but also joking a bit cause of the way he said it. Feeling like it would be a fun way to do so for his team mate. With everyone pretty much ready, they would stock up Astra with all the stuff they needed (keeping some stuff on their persons though) before heading out. Ryker was wondering how they planned to travel; there were a few options, but they thankfully took the fastest option; airship. It was a nice ride as Tsuki led them on and off after about an hours time. They had landed pretty close to their destination as well. It was a bit cute to see Tsuki holding Rowans hand, she tried for Astra but that girl was like a kid in a candy shop, as he followed after them. She had given a nod to the carnival to the team and took the lead as usual. Ryker kept the rear to make sure they didn't get lose or separated since it was a pretty big place with a lot of people. It also gave Ryker a view of Tsuki's tail too.Which was a nice resting point for him as they walked. Thankfully, it was a short walk. She would ask where everyone wanted to go with a smile and excitement in her eyes. Astra would pipe in first, looking to Rowan to ask if they wanted to do games or sweets first. Ryker had to suppress a small chuckle; thinking Astra was still very much like a kid. Ryker had only seen smiles from Rowan, and as he pointed Ryker would look to see the Ferris wheel. Looking back to the group Ryker would finally pitch in. "The Ferris wheel sounds like a good start. Better to get to it early too before the lines become too much. We can always hit some games and snacks after it as well." Ryker would say with a smile, liking the idea of going there. Mostly so he could also get a view of everything the carnival had to offer, and maybe the beach as well.
"OUTTA MY WAAAY!" a man shouts as he runs through the beach. Jumping over small children and vaulting over umbrellas. No obstacle was gonna stand in his way. Randoms guys carrying glass? Ducked. Two women carrying a cake that was over 6 feet? Professionally sidestepped. A large grand piano that snapped off of the rope? Smash upon Adam's head with no damage whatsoever. All of the things, though out of place, oddly convenient and humorous, stood no chance against the Caramel Cannon that was Adam Argent! "OOOOOOUUUUGGGGGGHHHHHH! ICE CREAAAAAM!" he bellowed. He lowered his running form to more of a speeding bullet train. Perhaps "juggernaut" is a better word. He battered through the crowd leaving destruction in his wake before coming to a screeching halt. How his swimsuit wasn't ablaze or at least charred was a miracle. He entered the establishment with a shadow covering his eyes. He walked to the counter, the cold air gracing his skin gave him those delightful goosebumps, and slammed his hands on the counter. "....of it." his voice was low. "All of it." he spoke a bit louder. "I'm sorry, sir, but I can't quite hear you." the nervous cashier girl said. His body hunched over and he began to shake. "You don't know. You have no idea." he said with a sniffle. his right hand makes a shaking fist on the counter. He raises his body to reveal himself in tears. "You don't know how long I've waited for this! I got to try this delicious stuff once and haven't since!" he said holding back sobs. "I want all of it! All of your flavors! Do you understand me?!" he said now shaking the frightened girl. "Y-y-ye-ee-ss, sirr-rr-r-r!" she responds while being assaulted. Adams moves to the receiving side of the line watching as she layers scoops, upon scoops, upon scoops of ice cream. A total of six cones stacked with at least 4 flavors each. A glorious light! A light he couldn't day stare at attacked his eyes. It's beauty far too pure for this word. His dirty hands much too undeserving for this wonderful gift. It took all he had not to burst into tears again. There was one problem: how was he going to carry these cones? As you may know Adam is a genius (not really) and he figured out his plan instantly! He took half of his eyes creams... and merged them! That's right! Three octuple cones were born that day! People in the ice cream shop marveled at his ingenuity. They said it couldn't be done, but the Mocha Monster of Mayhem did the impossible! "Tremble before my genius! My triple octuple cone has opened a new path in the art of sweets! AHAHAHAHA!" he laughed maniacally. His laughing came to a halt as he noticed. "Ew. Mango and Pineapple." he said flicking the scoops onto two different childrens cones. The space between scoops were barren as the scoops remained in stasis. "Let's see..." Adam reached over and scoop two more flavors to fill the gaps. "Ah. That's better. Now then," he clears his throat, "....AHAHAHAHA! My genius is unparalleled." he continued his boisterousness until he began chowing down. "Gods, that so delicious. How I've missed you!" he said rubbing the side of his face on the ice cream smearing it on his skin. His comically enlarged as he overheard 'cake eating' and like a bullet he was off. Towering ice creams expertly handled and balanced. He skids to a halt past the tall man and presses his face against the display. His eyes shine and shimmer at all of the sweets the lay before him. A stray tear falls from his left eye. "What a great time to be alive!" "Excuse me!" said grabbing the clipboard with his mouth and placing it on the display. His hands were still full so don't judge him. He grabbed a pen with his mouth and uncapped it -don't ask how- and signed his name. "I'm so down!" he shouts as the pen falls to the ground. "Thanks for all the food!" he says to the raccoon faunus in advance. He looks to the tall man next to him. He sizes him up a bit and smiles. "You in this, too?" he grins.
The leader of Team Terror was glad she could get Astra to hold still long enough to get her hair done; mainly because every time the chipmunk faunus moved wrong, she would accidentally pull the girl's hair which was Not what either of them wanted. When they were done, she helped her teammates with packing Astra's pocket dimension with their beach gear.
On their way to the Carnival, she could not get the excited child's hand; which admittedly was a bit frustrating since she wanted her team to stick together. Oh well. The one she truly wanted was whose hand she hand in hers at this time. Hearing Ryker's compliment, the tigress' cheeks painted a gentle pink."Thank you, Ryker."Tsuki retorted, thankful he was behind her. Although her tail swayed and flicked a bit before swaying normal once again.Come on, Miya...he compliments everyone! You shouldn't take it as a big deal.Tsuki mentally chastised herself; trying not to be as effected by her flirtatious teammate's flattery.
Her ice-blue gaze turned to their smallest member."Don't go too far, Astra. It would suck to lose you in the crowd."Tsuki would call out to the sunflower-girl. The tiger faunus would hear a ruckus of some...dark-skinned loud boy(?) and just shake her head. She would then turn to the rest of her teammates.I'm glad none of my teammates are like that nutcase...she thought with a sigh.
Looking around as the boys made their suggestions, she would quietly spot a booth that was doing an archery contest. A small smile played her lips before she turned to the trembling young woman beside her and the good-looking cheetah before looking to the ferris wheel and back."Sure. I heard it even goes under the water,"Tsuki replied, sounding a bit excited about that."Okay, it's decided. Astra, if you'd like, you can explore around. The boys and I will be going on the ferris wheel,"their team leader agreed and then gave Astra the freedom she so desired; if she wasn't going to take Tsuki's hand on their free day, she didn't have to. They were all young adults after all, and future huntsmen/women.
And with the decision made, she would walk with Rowan's hand in hers still, offering her hand to Ryker or Astra (whoever took it first).

Three days before the fated battle of water, Cecil was in the process of walking down the cement sidewalk of with a cane and a small limp in his step. His gut was still hurting and his arm had taken quite the toll. Hell his aura had actually been temporarily shattered from taking too much damage but here he was a week later, mostly healed with his aura restoring his limbs. In a few days he'd be able to attend the water festival at One-Hundred percent. HOWEVER, now was not the time to think of combat, to think of battle, or even think on his injuries. Now was the time to spend... with his girlfriend Azura. As he walked beside her, a slight limp in his step, he looked to her and smiled as he soon said. "I'm sorry for getting hurt this close to the festival but don't worry.... you know I heal quickly." He told her as his left arm was in a sling as they walked. He didn't care much about his injuries, and he wanted her to not care either. "I'm still surprised you said yes to my invite to here. Was expecting to get an earful." He teased her with a smile as he continued to walk, his hair down from his shower earlier today. He was wearing light clothing today except for the scarf Azura had given to him. His footwear consisted of namely just sandles so he could walk comfortable despite his right leg in a brace so he didn't strain it.
As they walked he looked off to the side and smiled at the bakery stall in the food area. He looked over to it and stood on his undamaged leg as he used his cane in his right hand to point at it. "Why don't we go there and get a couple of Coconut Blondies?" He asked of Azura as he smiled at her, wanting to see if she'd bite so they could get something sweet.

Astra looked around. There was a loud guy that seemed to be having fun at the ice cream stand. However, she wanted to know what Rowan wanted to do. Rowan pointed at the Ferris wheel. That looked fun. She wanted to do it too! Then Tuski would mention that it also went underwater. Her eyes turned into stars. The ones at the county fair didn't do that! She really wanted to go. She would start to run off first.
However, her eyes went towards the man who now had 4 cones stacked together, each with two scoops. He then flicked one of the types of ice cream onto a child's cone, giving them even more. She would notice that he was about to do the same to the other. She would dive in front of the ice cream, catching it in her mouth. Her Chipmunk tail twitching as she tried to swallow it. It was so tasty! She had to get some once they were done. "Thanks mister!" She would shout, as she then went back to her team.
She wouldn't hold Tuski's hand, she was had freedom today! She would then attempt to grab Rowan's other hand. Even after 3 months, Rowan was still her knight in shining aura. He was just like the story books! Though, she had noticed restless nights, due to his tail being her sleeping buddy. She hadn't asked him though. She wanted to though. She went to Ferris wheel with her team
