        Primary Talent ▬ Intelligence. Ocho is able to take in a lot of details and information at once and make quick decisions. This is often mistaken as being hasty.
        Faunus Trait/Bonus Talent ▬ 8 arms (see Markings/Features)
        Other Talents ▬ He can juggle, but only with two hands at a time.

        LEARNT ABILITIES
        Strongest Skill ▬ Quickness. Not to be confused with general speed. Ocho can execute short bursts of speed or even incredibly quick strikes. A running burst would only last a step or two, or 10 feet, and at most he could manage three rapid strikes before resuming a more natural speed. These bursts of speed may only be used once every three posts.
        Weakest Skill ▬ Clumsy. Keeping track of 10 limbs takes a lot of brain power, this typically makes it rather easy to knock him off balance.
        Other Skills ▬ Sleight of hand. Ocho is able to move objects between his hands quickly and fluidly. Sometimes smaller objects can move undetected, like performing a magic trick.
        ▬ Strength. When using three or more arms at once, Ocho is able to lift far more than the average person. [if a breakdown of weight lifted is needed, please let me know]
        ▬ Flexibility. Basically to the degree of a contortionist. Ocho can bend his body in some extreme ways.

╫ H I S T O R Y ╫

        BACKGROUND ▬ Otis was born from an amalgamation of drugs, sex, and rock and roll. His parents never intended to have a child, and his birth and upbringing were further proof of this. His parents would do the bare minimum to keep him alive, but largely ignored him. Most of what he learned was from simply observing rather than being taught. He'd wind up getting into a lot of trouble, but never on purpose. He'd observed somewhat violent tendencies and figured this was the way. Eventually, however, this would continue to grow as he discovered it was basically the only way to get attention from his parents. Unfortunately, this would backfire as they basically left him to fend for himself at the age of 13.

        Otis eventually grew tired of introducing himself with his several names and simply started going by “Ocho”. He observed other families out in the city and longed for what they had. A sense of belonging. This desire was what eventually lead him to Beacon. He wanted to join a team and grow together as friends. But more than that, he was driven by a desire to get the hell out of the city for once. Life beyond their walls couldn't possibly be as terrible as they made it out to be. …...right?

╫ I N V E N T O R Y ╫

        PRIMARY WEAPON
        ▬ Oh snap!!
        ▬ A black, double-sided spear with silver blades.
        Melee Form ▬ The shaft of the spear is five feet long with each blade extending an additional 8 inches, bringing the total length of the weapon to about 6 and a half feet. The weapon can “separate” into a three-section staff, each section attached by a chain one and a half feet long. This can extend the maximum range of the weapon to about 9 feet, not including arm length.
        Ranged Form ▬ N/A
        Other Form(s) ▬ When not in use, the weapon contracts to a more manageable 4 foot length strapped diagonally in a holster over his back. It extends to its full length when removed from the holster.
        Ammo Type ▬ N/A
        ▬ This weapon is purely melee. It has no ranged form or ammunition.

        OTHER WEAPONS
        ▬ Three throwing knives attached to his belt. Each one 13 inches in length, with a blade length of 7 inches.
        ▬ A book in a metal case which is held in a compartment over the base of his spine which he uses for his semblance.
        ▬ If all else fails, his belt can be used as a weapon.

        *DESCRIPTION Ocho grabs the metal cased book off his back and charges it with his Aura. It opens to a random page, which is determined by a d51 roll on dash-delta, to have varying effects. He will throw the book, charged with its determined effect, at his target.
        ▬ (General Description: In the 3 following bullets please describe how your semblance improves over levels)
        *LEVEL 0 ▬ (0-99 posts)
        Healing – (roll 1) Gives the book a “healing” effect. It restores 15% of the target's Aura. Whether intended or not.
        Frost – (roll 2-11) Gives a chilling effect to the book, which acts as a snare. This can affect a target for one post. It would slow their movements and reaction time, and give a numbing effect for as long as the target wishes (minimum 1 post).
        Fire – (roll 12-21) Gives a burning effect to the book. Precisely that, the book becomes super heated and can inflict second degree burns upon impact.
        Blunt – (roll 22-331 Gives the book a reinforced casing. It strikes with additional impact, but no additional effect. Not unlike having a metal bat swung at you.
        Nothing – (roll 32-41) Gives the book no effect whatsoever. Just as it sounds, literally nothing happens. It's just like a book was thrown at someone.
        LEATHAL (roll 42) If this is the roll, it needs to be agreed upon by the target's player. We most both roll a d100. If the rolls match, the other character dies. If the other player disagrees and/or the roll doesn't match, the character only takes damage equal to 30% of their Aura.

        *LEVEL 1▬ (100-199 posts)
        Frost – Slow and numbing effects extended to two post minimum.
        Fire – Able to ignite small objects and weaker flames on clothes. These flames can easily be put out with a simple stomp or slap.
        Healing – Increase aura restoration to 25%.
        *LEVEL 2▬ (200-299 posts)
        Frost – Can freeze objects and potentially even freeze a target's limbs in place. The ice can be broken with a weapon, or thaws after two posts.
        Healing – Able to heal small wounds as well as restore aura.
        *LEVEL 3 ▬ (300-399 posts)
        Frost – Able to freeze a target in place for minimum one post. Any damage they take will negate this effect. If left untouched the effects will wear off after two posts.
        Fire – The book creates an explosion upon impact equivalent to roughly 500g of TNT
        Blunt – Increases the striking force similar to being struck by a car
        Healing – The healing effect can mend broken bones and restores 40% of the target's aura.
        *DRAWBACKS
        General – Ocho may only use this three times a day (or, in any given RP sub thread). He has no control of the effects, they are to be determined by a roll on Dash Delta (of which I will include a timestamp of the roll in the post). The ability has a 4 post cooldown. Ocho MUST have his book to use the full effects. Random books may be used, but will elaborate further with each effect. Ocho is not immune to these effects. If his book is redirected at him before it makes impact, he takes the hit.
        Frost – Does not encase the target in ice. Heat-based abilities can negate any effects at any level. If used with a regular book, the book will shatter and not be able to be used again.
        Fire – Any flames this creates can easily be put out with a simple stop, drop, and roll or similar action. If used with a normal book, it will burn up and not be able to be used again.
        Blunt – Just straight physical damage which can be mitigated by a target's armor/strength.
        Healing – Can restore a broken/depleted Aura, but the restoration is lessened by 10%
        Lethal – All parameters must be met for this effect to work.

Greetings, I shall be your judge this evening. Whether that bodes good or ill for you is something we will see in our time together. While I usually have a knack for flair, i'll keep this much simple. I'll list any questions or concerns I have below on what needs to be done before we can get you approved, but i'll be free to contact on less... visible areas.

3) For vernacular, could you add a link to the voice? Just to make it a bit easier for people to find.

1) What is the blade length of the throwing knives?

Semblance:


1) So want the healing/ aura restoration effect to be rarer in this. If you would allow, I would want the dice changed to a d42 and to change the ranges to this.

2) The only other thing is reducing fires effect of level 3. Before I do though, I need to know (from this video) what kind of tnt his semblance is in comparison.



∰-Conclusion

This is all I currently see the need to change/ be clarified for now. This does not mean it shall be the end of it, as more questions may arise as we progress and I may have missed something. I am willing to be flexible on some thing if given good reason to, and i'll be open for any discussion you have or if you need any help with this. Thank you for your taking the time to go through this, and I will post another judgement if necessary once we've gone through all this. Hopefully this will be the only judgement needed, and you can fully begin your adventure in beacon...whether pleasant or otherwise.         LEARNT ABILITIES
        Strongest Skill ▬ Quickness. Not to be confused with general speed. Ocho can execute short bursts of speed or even incredibly quick strikes. A running burst would only last a step or two, or 10 feet, and at most he could manage three rapid strikes before resuming a more natural speed. These bursts of speed may only be used once every three posts.
        Weakest Skill ▬ Clumsy. Keeping track of 10 limbs takes a lot of brain power, this typically makes it rather easy to knock him off balance.
        Other Skills ▬ Sleight of hand. Ocho is able to move objects between his hands quickly and fluidly. Sometimes smaller objects can move undetected, like performing a magic trick.
        ▬ Strength. When using three or more arms at once, Ocho is able to lift far more than the average person. [if a breakdown of weight lifted is needed, please let me know]
        ▬ Flexibility. Basically to the degree of a contortionist. Ocho can bend his body in some extreme ways.

        PERSONALITY TRAITS
        Nature ▬ Ocho is outwardly bossy and direct, often times coming off as mean. He acts this way because he feels a good leader is supposed to in order to get the best out of their team. Beneath it all he truly loves his team and would die for them. He does have a kinder side, but is often quick to anger regardless.

╫ H I S T O R Y ╫

        BACKGROUND ▬ Otis was born from an amalgamation of drugs, sex, and rock and roll. His parents never intended to have a child, and his birth and upbringing were further proof of this. His parents would do the bare minimum to keep him alive, but largely ignored him. Most of what he learned was from simply observing rather than being taught. He'd wind up getting into a lot of trouble, but never on purpose. He'd observed somewhat violent tendencies and figured this was the way. Eventually, however, this would continue to grow as he discovered it was basically the only way to get attention from his parents. Unfortunately, this would backfire as they basically left him to fend for himself at the age of 13.

        Otis eventually grew tired of introducing himself with his several names and simply started going by “Ocho”. He observed other families out in the city and longed for what they had. A sense of belonging. This desire was what eventually lead him to Beacon. He wanted to join a team and grow together as friends. But more than that, he was driven by a desire to get the hell out of the city for once. Life beyond their walls couldn't possibly be as terrible as they made it out to be. …...right?

        PRIMARY WEAPON
        ▬ Oh snap!!
        ▬ A black, double-sided spear with silver blades.
        Melee Form ▬ The shaft of the spear is five feet long with each blade extending an additional 8 inches, bringing the total length of the weapon to about 6 and a half feet. The weapon can “separate” into a three-section staff, each section attached by a chain one and a half feet long. This can extend the maximum range of the weapon to about 9 feet, not including arm length.
        Ranged Form ▬ N/A
        Other Form(s) ▬ When not in use, the weapon contracts to a more manageable 4 foot length strapped diagonally in a holster over his back. It extends to its full length when removed from the holster.
        Ammo Type ▬ N/A
        ▬ This weapon is purely melee. It has no ranged form or ammunition.

        OTHER WEAPONS
        ▬ Three throwing knives attached to his belt. Each one 13 inches in length, with a blade length of 7 inches.
        ▬ A book in a metal case which is held in a compartment over the base of his spine which he uses for his semblance.
        ▬ If all else fails, his belt can be used as a weapon.

        *NAME ▬ Opportunity
        *AURA COLOR ▬ Purple
        *DESCRIPTION Ocho grabs the metal cased book off his back and charges it with his Aura. It opens to a random page, which is determined by a d51 roll on dash-delta, to have varying effects. He will throw the book, charged with its determined effect, at his target.
        ▬ (General Description: In the 3 following bullets please describe how your semblance improves over levels)
        *LEVEL 0 ▬ (0-99 posts)
        Healing – (roll 1) Gives the book a “healing” effect. It restores 15% of the target's Aura. Whether intended or not.
        Frost – (roll 2-11) Gives a chilling effect to the book, which acts as a snare. This can affect a target for one post. It would slow their movements and reaction time, and give a numbing effect for as long as the target wishes (minimum 1 post).
        Fire – (roll 12-21) Gives a burning effect to the book. Precisely that, the book becomes super heated and can inflict second degree burns upon impact.
        Blunt – (roll 22-331 Gives the book a reinforced casing. It strikes with additional impact, but no additional effect. Not unlike having a metal bat swung at you.
        Nothing – (roll 32-41) Gives the book no effect whatsoever. Just as it sounds, literally nothing happens. It's just like a book was thrown at someone.
        LEATHAL (roll 42) If this is the roll, it needs to be agreed upon by the target's player. We most both roll a d100. If the rolls match, the other character dies. If the other player disagrees and/or the roll doesn't match, the character only takes damage equal to 30% of their Aura.

        *LEVEL 1▬ (100-199 posts)
        Frost – Slow and numbing effects extended to two post minimum.
        Fire – Able to ignite small objects and weaker flames on clothes. These flames can easily be put out with a simple stomp or slap.
        Healing – Increase aura restoration to 25%.
        *LEVEL 2▬ (200-299 posts)
        Frost – Can freeze objects and potentially even freeze a target's limbs in place. The ice can be broken with a weapon, or thaws after two posts.
        Healing – Able to heal small wounds as well as restore aura.
        *LEVEL 3 ▬ (300-399 posts)
        Frost – Able to freeze a target in place for minimum one post. Any damage they take will negate this effect. If left untouched the effects will wear off after two posts.
        Fire – The book creates an explosion upon impact equivalent to roughly 500g of TNT
        Blunt – Increases the striking force similar to being struck by a car
        Healing – The healing effect can mend broken bones and restores 40% of the target's aura.
        *DRAWBACKS
        General – Ocho may only use this three times a day (or, in any given RP sub thread). He has no control of the effects, they are to be determined by a roll on Dash Delta (of which I will include a timestamp of the roll in the post). The ability has a 4 post cooldown. Ocho MUST have his book to use the full effects. Random books may be used, but will elaborate further with each effect. Ocho is not immune to these effects. If his book is redirected at him before it makes impact, he takes the hit.
        Frost – Does not encase the target in ice. Heat-based abilities can negate any effects at any level. If used with a regular book, the book will shatter and not be able to be used again.
        Fire – Any flames this creates can easily be put out with a simple stop, drop, and roll or similar action. If used with a normal book, it will burn up and not be able to be used again.
        Blunt – Just straight physical damage which can be mitigated by a target's armor/strength.
        Healing – Can restore a broken/depleted Aura, but the restoration is lessened by 10%
        Lethal – All parameters must be met for this effect to work.
