★ This is a peaceful event for civilians! All factions are welcome to any ORP, but do keep in mind you will not be powered during this.
★ There will be games available for all to participate! Give them a try, and who knows, you might just get the chance to walk home lucky! wink
★ Please feel free to work on any of the prompts available. You can work them into solos or PRP between you and a friend! These are all for fun!
★ The ORP will stay open all week long and various prompts will be dropped randomly for players to interact with
★ The Custom School Kids must be school age and enrolled at one of the official shop schools. They will be on uniform art.

Countless activities wait for you once you reach that lush green field! Tents are set up all around, food truck line the street, and cart after cart of snacks, games, and souvenirs are lined up, just waiting for you!

Use any that you see below to inspire an RP or a solo for the event! These are for fun, for civilians, and most importantly, for you! Enjoy the event!

Aura was worn out. She could say that it was the heat or the exertion, but in reality, she knew what it was. She was exhausted from putting on a front for Imagi. She was exhausted from trying to pretend like she was having a good time for the both of them. She and Imagi had been back for almost a month and aura had tried everything that she could think of. She tried groveling. She tried serving. She tried apologizing and asking what she could do to make it up to her sister. All she was rewarded with was silence and a blank stare.

So this was all she had left. To just pretend that everything was fine and hope that in time the lie would become real.

It was just that sometimes it got so exhausting that it was better to just exist in tense silence. Once in a while, she thought about trying to make polite conversation but she knew that it would be for nothing. so she pushed on, prickling on the side that her sister walked beside and tried to ignore the hollow feeling in her stomach.

"Alphonse."

A voice at Aura's side cut through her self-pity. She followed her sister's gaze to the smiling young man and could feel herself physically deflate from the pressure of her guilt.

"Hey there big brother," Aura chirped, bouncing on the tips of her toes with excitement that was almost real. Imagi passed her, silent as a shadow, leaving Aura behind which stung more than it should have. But she smiled none-the-less and coiled herself around one of Alphonse's arms, pecking his cheek in greeting.

Imagi didn't notice her sister's discomfort, as it was. She walked next to Aura, lost in her own world away from the constant sound and color of the fair around her. She prickled that her parents had made her come with her sister to this fair. She prickled at the children who squealed around her. She prickled at the callers at the booths and the smells of too many foods in the air. She prickled at everything now, which only served to make her prickle even more. It was like everything grated against her nerves like sandpaper. She was always aware of what was going on around her, but now it was so much worse. She wasn't just aware, she was hyperaware. She no longer heard an indistinct white noise, she could hear conversations. Streams of consciousness that broke into her mind no matter how many times she changed the locks.

"Mommy, my tummy hurts, can we go to --"

"The funnel cakes are soggy, I think they ---"

"Did you see the stuffed toys at that booth, I totally --"

"Where are we going to put this koi, we don't --"

Snippets that slithered in and out of her thoughts, interrupting her meditation until she was left raw and irritated like a bug bite that kept getting itched open.

"Alphonse."

She didn't even recognize her own voice, it had gone so long unused. But she did know who she saw. A young man with short blonde hair and a kind face. Forgetting her sister, Imagi made for someone that she, at last, felt comfortable around, drawing close to his side but not touching. she fixed her gaze pointedly on his shoulder and greeted him in her own wordless day, tugging on his hand once before drawing back to herself. Behind her, Aura's all-too chipper greeting caused her hackles to raise ever so slightly despite her effort to remain calm.

"It's good to see you again, Alphonse," she offered softly, forcing a small smile.

Such a simple question, and yet it sutured both sister's mouths shut. Imagi looked down and away, fiddling with the hem of her shirt. Aura held her smile though it faded from her eyes.

"Well,"

Aura glanced at her sister, long enough only to catch her eyes and the look within.

Tell him, Aura. Tell him what you did to me

It made Aura take a step back, breaking the momentary eye contact with her sister. She covered her flounder with a cough, tapping her sternum as though to loosen something stuck within. On Alphonse's other side, Imagi's lips tightened, turning more bodily from her sister who refused to admit what she had done.

"Well, just a whole lot of nothing, really," Aura grinned, recovering from her shock. "Just enjoying the summer weather, aren't we Imagi?" Imagi only cast her brother a wain smile before concerning herself with the arm of a small toy on the booth beside her. Aura sighed, relieved that Imagi hadn't seen fit to out her just yet.

"What about you, Alphonse? Meet any sophisticated college girls yet? Sign up for any exciting classes? Come on, tell me everything!"

Cynthia was excited for this festival. It was the first one that she could really participate in! She held tightly onto Jason’s arm as they entered it and couldn’t help but squeal a bit when she saw the funnel cake food truck, almost dragging Jason over when she went to just smell them a bit. Luckily however she realized that she was still holding onto his arm and couldn’t just be dragging him everywhere with her, but she couldn’t help it! It was her school and a few others, so she felt sort of proud that they would be able to enjoy this together. She looked at Jason. “So, what do you want to do first?”

Jason had agreed to go with Cynthia to the school festival, and while they had invited his brother and Stacey to come with them, both had declined. His brother because he still had summer classes, and Stacey because she still had to work during the 4th, and the other days of the week, which made the two of them a bit sad, but at least it meant that they would be less likely to be interrupted by his brother and Stacey’s teasing! He hmmed a bit at Cynthia’s question. “Well food would probably be nice, though I bet the line will be long. But uh, some of the rides I can’t go on. Warning you right now I do not have the strongest of stomachs.”

Cynthia could only laugh at her boyfriend’s serious face about how he wouldn’t be able to handle some of the rides. “Ha… all right that’s fine. At least we can go on the Ferris Wheel. You aren’t afraid of heights, are you?” She had been told that his Wonder was at the top of a mountain and he didn’t seem to be bothered by it. “But I do agree that we should probably get some food first. I have a strong stomach, so you can just wait for me for some of the rides, though I don’t think the Tunnel of Love has too much action going on in it.” She said giggling. Neither of them were too affectionate in public, and even if the ride said it was the “Tunnel of Love” they would probably both end up just looking around to see if there was anything interesting inside of it rather than taking it as an opportunity to see how much they could make out.

Jason nodded a bit weakly. “All right if that’s what you want. Though I am getting thirsty. I just hope they sell drinks there too like at the Ren Fest.” Which reminded him, they needed to get ready for this year’s. He wasn’t sure if he wanted to wear anything yet, but they, his older brother, and Stacey all wanted to go, even if it were just for a day. It seemed that they barely ever got to see anything. They soon found themselves standing in line and Jason internally debated as to whether or not he wanted some sort of ‘ade’ drink to stay hydrated or if he just really wanted a soda. Cynthia went straight for the lemonade and Jason couldn’t help but think of how sweet and sugary it was and decided on just a bottle of water. Cynthia would ask him for a sip soon anyway.

She sighed as she sipped on her lemonade some more. “Man, I really should drink more of this, though I should just make it on my own. I swear they make it just too sweet. I would rather have it more watered down than feeling like I’m gulping pure sugar that’s been watered a bit.” She said, making a bit of a face at the taste. She would have preferred more sour than sweet! She could hear Jason chuckling behind her and gave him a small glare. “Ha ha. Can I have a sip of that water? Probably should have just gotten that instead.” She asked, and Jason handed it to her, rolling his eyes a little at the predictability. Cynthia then drank half the bottle and sighed once again. “Probably should have gotten food instead of drinks. Drinks slosh a lot more on rides.” She said, looking around some more.

Jason was about to go and suggest getting funnel cakes, even though Cynthia had just had the very sweet Lemonade when the announcement for ice cream came and suddenly there was a rush of people heading toward wherever the ice cream was. Jason had to grab her and drag the both of them to a safe spot so that they wouldn’t be stepped on too much. He sighed. “Really, is ice cream that great? Even if it’s free, I could go and buy my own tub at the grocery store.” He didn’t quite get the ice cream thing, especially since they had just gotten drinks, but to each their own he supposed.

Cynthia could barely register what was going on before she was dragged by her boyfriend to the side. Apparently, it was something about ‘free’ ice cream. If there was anything she was now instantly suspicious of it was ‘free’ things. The circus event had managed to cure her of trying anything that was free now just in case it was another Negaverse trap. “Even if it’s not some sort of evil plot, ice cream isn’t worth that.” She said, her hand pointing to the ever-growing crowd surrounding whatever was giving away the ice cream.

He nodded in agreement. Then looked around. “How about we find somewhere to sit and then we can plan on where to go from there.” He said, taking her hand and trying to lead them in a way that didn’t force them into the crowd of a tons of people. He really didn’t like crowds, but could stand them if he was waiting in line or something, but it was hot, and he wasn’t eve interesting in what they were going so crazy over, and they both decided that they would rather just go straight to the rides if possible. “If you don’t want to go on the Ferris Wheel and save it for later, then we can always try something else. Tunnel of Love if you want to see what’s up with it.” He said, wiggling his eyebrows a bit to show he wasn’t serious about the name of the ride. He wanted to see if there was any overly sappy things in it.

You’ve heard? Surely, you’ve heard? Who couldn’t have! It’s just the best - and you must try it. Really, you must! Why wouldn’t you, after all?

Everyone at the fair was getting so excited. Why? Alphonse - if only for a brief second - took his gaze off of Aura and Imagi.

It was just ice cream. But he did kind of want one now...

Erich really, really didn’t want to go to this school fair thing. He had been planning on spending the entire week camped out in the woods and away from civilization. Unfortunately for him, some of his “friends” from his major wanted to drag him along to this silly celebration, and Erich, feeling as though he had no choice in the matter, had gone with them. And once they had finally gotten into the fair, his “friends” had immediately ditched him to do who knows what. Erich wouldn’t have minded the fair as much if he had others with him, but then to just abandon him like that? What the ****? He really should have realized what they were up to when the planning was happening, but he had ignored it for the most part since he didn’t believe it concerned him. Sure, they could just be somewhere like standing in line for the rides, but they should have at least told him that they were going, and he didn’t have to come with!

Already the crowd was starting to wear on him. Sure, he didn’t mind crowds usually, but on a hot, sweaty, muggy day such as this and the fact that half the city seemed to be here? It was ridiculous, and he tried to find some shade to stay in for a bit. However, it seemed that any spot of shade had been taken over already, and he was forced to wander around and try to think of what to do. Just as he was about to head over to the food trucks to see if he could get something in his empty stomach, his friends had promised him lunch after all, a crowd of people rushed past him and he was almost pushed to the ground. He started to curse to himself, wondering what could have possibly caused the mini-riot when he heard from some other standing by that it was free ice cream.

Really? Going crazy just for that? Go and get a gallon from the grocery store! He thought. Sure, the ice cream was free, but that didn’t mean it was worth standing in line for it. He wasn’t hungry for any of that anyway. He wanted an actual meal in his stomach. Not a sugary treat that helped with the head for less than half an hour and melted everywhere.

He grunted as he fixed himself and stood up, only having lost half of his balance. Better to go to those food trucks. Though I bet the lines there will be crazy too. At least it wasn’t over something like free ice cream, but he was now regretting the fact that he hadn’t eaten before he came here. At least the Ren Fest had some predictability when there would be a huge number of crowds at the food stands or not.

He started to meander off in the direction that he thought the trucks were in, only giving one glance behind him to make sure that there wasn’t another riot heading towards him and hoping that he would be able to eat soon.
