As many of you know, not every Nightmare or Daydream that goes through this shop undergoes a vetting process where their background and personality must be approved, like a Quest. For casual RP, this is great and fine! But when it comes to our larger group events, such as METAs, we realized that it is both wanted and necessary for a character to appropriately fit within the lore we've carefully laid out for the shop. This allows us to not only keep track of who is entering our events, but it will help us to contour our events to fit your specific characters! How cool is that?
So, let's get started.
If your Nightmare was not a Quest: Create a post or page in your Dorm for the purpose of writing about your character. In order to be approved for this, you must include all of the aspects we might normally look for in a quest: a personal history, description of their family (or lack thereof), personality, hobbies and interests, likes and dislikes, strengths and faults. Please be detailed and specific! This may be in any format and over any number of posts, but if your information is spread out over several posts please let us know in advance.
If your Nightmare was a Quest: Your character is not automatically approved to participate in large events and must still be approved in this thread. However, your approved quest thread can be used rather than making a new post in your Dorm.
Fill out the appropriate form below. Please make only one post per form.
Your form will be reviewed by a loremaster. In this thread, you will either receive an approval or a brief critique. Critiques will be less detailed than a quest critique, since we're primarily looking for any aspects of your character that might break lore.
You are allowed to edit your entry and try as many times as you'd like before your character is approved.
Once a character has been approved for large event usage, they are always approved. You will not need to have each character approved more than once. However, each character you decide to use in a META or large group event must be approved individually.
A large event will state in its rules whether or not your character needs large event approval to participate.

Please try to think of some creative ways L can use magic to work around his disabilities! This is a fantasy world, after all.
