There's one catch: this giveaway is for triwing and quadwing newbies only:
If you already have a triwing OR quadwing or are waiting on one (ex. you won a custom/breeding/semi slot), you may not enter.
I'll be following the same triwing-newbie rules as in the original newbie giveaway here.
That means even if you're waiting on a breeding, if you are guaranteed/rolled enough triwings for owners with basket rights, you are not considered a newbie.
This doesn't count anything that hasn't been won or bought yet, even if you have a pairing/concept planned!
