WHITE ELEPHANT GIFT EXCHANGE
Here's a preview of the rules, for those who are curious! To avoid any potential confusion or upset, everything will be generated via Gaia's RNG system.
- - The player order will be determined from the signups! The highest number will go first. For reference, the post order list is below.
- The first poster - Logue - will open the 'first present;' please generate an RNG number from 1-18. Look at the number it corresponds to in the list of players below. That will be the person you are receiving a gift from!
- The next poster will generate an RNG number from 1-2.
- If the poster generates [1], they will 'steal' the present from the previous poster.
- If the poster generates [2], they will 'open' a new 'present.
- If you generate a [2], please post again and generate an RNG number from 1-18. If you roll the same number as before, simply roll again.
- A gift will no longer be able to be stolen after it has been stolen two times! If the player before you has one of these 'locked' gifts, please open a new present (generate an RNG number from 1-18).
- When you post, remember to do the following: quote the person that goes AFTER you and state the present that your received!
If you do not post within 2 days of the previous player, the mule will generate your post(s) for you.
The game will be over as soon as all of the gifts have been unwrapped and locked!
Please remember that these gifts are supposed to be very, very simple - a small bit of prose or poetry, a Gaia item, or a simple sketch is recommended. The deadline will be one week after the game is over. Have fun, everyone!
- If a gift is striked out, it can no longer be stolen.
If a player is striked out, they no longer need to roll!
