gaia_star If you win you MAY gift your raffle win to a friend who has 2 characters or less at Y1 stage. Otherwise, you may only keep the character if you are not within the 2 month cooldown limit since obtaining the last free character AND you are not maxed out for characters (8 characters)
gaia_star You may obtain up to 10 tickets max a day. You may only include tickets for one character.
