Likes: Akara has always had a certain affinity for all things water. She enjoys to swim and even enjoys being caught out in a warm summer rain shower. The ocean fascinates her in ways their small lake, up on the mountain, could never do. Despite a negative experience, while swimming in the ocean with her brother, Kara still longs to delve deep into the waters that surround the continents and explore even more. Outside of the water and her dovaa magic, Kara always enjoyed training with her weapons — the bow in particular. Eventually she imprinted with a bow and she hasn't looked back. Through it all, she enjoys spending time with her brother and sharing moments and making memories with her other half.


Dislikes: Kara has never been a huge fan of creepy crawlies — much to her brother's dismay. Every time she would find Ataya playing with some kind of bug it would make her shudder and turn tail. As she's gotten older, however, she's mainly learned to deal with the dislike. It's not as if she fears the tiny things, she'd just rather not have them near her.

Once her apprenticeship started with Lithian (and, likely, before that) she found herself less and less willing to let someone's injuries go unnoticed. Whether it's her magic taking over, healer instincts or her uncle rubbing off of her, Kara dislikes seeing someone hurt.

Kara has an extreme distaste for cruelty and injustice. Having to deal with both, while growing up, it pains her to see anyone else going through it (even purebloods).


Fears: Akara's main fear is the loss of her family. Losing her mother, father and brother would devastate her to no end. They have all had close calls in their life and it scares her just a little more each time. She worries, despite outward appearances. She fears that her magic will fail her one day, fizzling out into nothingness when she needs it most.


Thoughts on the Other Races: Kara, despite the difficulties she's been put through in life, has a very open view of each race. She's been exposed to racism her whole life, thanks to her father, and while some of his prejudice about orderites may have rubbed off, she doesn't hold to it as strongly as her father would seem to like her to.


Thoughts on the Great Engagement: She has no interest in a war that was started between the purebloods. It's foolish to waste one's energies on such things and she'd rather stay tucked away from it all when push comes to shove.


Thoughts on the Dragons and Khehora: Dragons are a strong and dangerous foe and not ones to be underestimated. She respects their power and the sacrifices they give when they die. As a young girl, Kara hadn't had much interaction with khehoras. In her early teens, she discovered an egg and later, bonded with Lyari. The khehora, as a whole, are still a foreign world to her but she would love nothing more than to find out more about Lyari's kind.

Detraeus - father
Akara is definitely a daddy's girl when it comes down to it. Unlike her brother, she, mostly, enjoyed the training he gave them. Though there were times she felt pushed beyond what she wanted to go. Overall their relationship is great and she wants nothing more to please him as a child. As she grows older, that want is still there but she also ventures off on her own.



Araceli - mother
Akara's relationship with her mother is that of a typical mother and daughter duo. She loves her mother very much and has learned many things from her. Cooking with her is one of Kara's favorite past times outside of her training. She learned to garden from her mother, though her real interest for the subject won't come until later, when Lyari is grown and Kara is out on her own.

Ataya - brother
Ataya is like Kara's other half. He was born about a half hour later than him, something she likes to boast and tease him about. He's her confidant and though she was the protector when they were younger, they've both taken on an equal role as they've grown. Though they will eventually go their own, separate ways, she will always love her brother unconditionally and support him through everything he takes on (even if she thinks he's stupid for doing so).

Lithian ◆♥ - Dovaa - Peisio

Lithian is one of Kara and Ata's adoptive uncles. She feels most close to him of the two because of their bond through their clans. He's helped her learn and develop much of the clan magic she knows and she works as his apprentice, in his shop, when time allows. She hopes to one day be as great a healer as him.



Casseth ◆♥ - Obliv/Dovaa/Ord Hybrid - Gaili Barbarian
Casseth is Kara and Ata's other adoptive uncle. She loves him very much and is always happy to see him. He tells the best stories and always seems to be happy.






Kilian ◆✚ Obliv - Warrior
Kilian is Casseth's father and a sort of grand uncle to the twins. They dont' see him as much as their uncles but she still thinks very highly of the man. Especially after hearing the story of how he had helped her father when he was a little boy.





Dysarrin ◆✚ Hybrid Wildthing - Firani barbarian
Kara is still wary of Dysarrin but he has slowly grown on her over time. As long as he does not harm Ataya, she'll happily welcome him. She will, however, always have her guard up around him since it seems as if the wild will never leave the boy.





Nesrinn ◇□ - Dovaa - ???
Nesrinn is an interesting sort and the first pureblood, outside of her imdediate family, that she's felt any kind of shift towards. Most have either been cruel or indifferent but Rinn is neither. He seems almost...interested in becoming her friend.

● Riptide - Cast a healing tide upon yourself or an ally, healing yourself instantly for 15 Life Points and then another 10 Life Points for 3 Turns (When INT > 20) Usable 3 Times Per Encounter. Costs 10 Energy available

● Tidal Wave - When in battle, you can heal yourself and all allies for 50 Life Points. If you are alone in an encounter, you heal yourself for 75 Life Points (When INT > 30) Usable Once Per Encounter. Costs 20 Energy available

● Water Fusion - When INT > 50, the Peisio may become invisible and fuse with water itself. Allows the Peisio to move through water at light speed. In battle, if there is any body of water around the area, the Peisio can jump in, and diffuse themselves with the water, making them impossible to attack for 2 turns. They can only cast water based heals on themselves during this time
