Cobble Stone and brick, the town square is large and ornate in its design. The majority of the shops in the square are connected, like many old down-town buildings are, but the corners of the square hold nothing, but finely groomed grass and a single fruit tree each. The trees grow some of every tree-fruit safe to eat.

In the very center of the square is a large marble fountain, about 12 feet tall. This is the pride of the city.

The fountain is a dragon, like its two heads were captured mid-roar. Its ready legs are crouched with its tail loosely wrapped around its left leg and hanging off of the pedestal. Its left fore-limb greedily grasps the brass staff that is positioned in front of it, supporting itself with it's right. Mounted on top of the staff is a perfect orb of Moonstone and Onyx like a spherical yin-yang. Its giant wings reach several feet above its head and hang half-stretched around it, hiding some of its sides and back as they seem to fold more like fabric or flesh than stone. The marble that makes the dragon is perfectly split in the middle, one side being glistening white and the other, the right side, being lifelessly black. Fine scales were meticulously carved into the statue to reflect light and give it the appearance of near-life. The Spikes that jut from the dragon's skulls, one above each eye, and one jutting from the noses, seem to be made of pure silver, yet never tarnish. Each wing is tipped with a similarly curved 'claw' and each talon is made of platinum. The back spikes go down both sides of the spine and down the tail until they meet in a line of single spikes, and finally the spade at the end of the tail. Every spike on the left, white, side of the dragon curls upward, and on the other side they cur down, all but those on the wing which curl toward the head, and those on the back that go down the center which stick straight up. Their fangs are made of Opal and Diamonds, the inside of their mouth and tongue colored with Ruby. Each eye appears as if some sort of life is hidden in them deep down, made of Tanzanite they appear both blue and purple, and glint as you walk pass with hints of red.

The statue sits in the center of a round fountain also made of marble, with veins of gold throughout it and carved with ornate leaves and tongues of flame. The water in it is crystal clear, perfectly pure. The water juts out of the mouths of the twin-headed dragon and splash into the water creating mist that summons small rainbows during mid-day.

Okami Wilde sat on the fountain, a favorite place of hers to sit since she moved to the town about four years ago. She'd finally made herself at home, a nice house, plenty of money, even the older folk in the town had finally come to like her.

It had been a lot of work though, a girl not from the area with bright blue hair and eyes and fair skin. She looked quite abnormal, though the history of the town suggested it used to be a common feature there. Early upon arriving to the town, she spent a lot of time in the library, reading, looking up things on the computers there, it was a hobby of hers after all. Okami had made a huge discovery. She was the daughter of one of the town's founders. Many of the names in the log were not legible, but she was able to determine she was spawn by the male founder and had some siblings, or used to most likely, somewhere in the world.

Okami wasn't surprised when she found that out, after all she was born looking and being different from everyone else. She could shift into things, change her hair color from blue to black and back at will, so having a father like a million years old wasn't so far out of reach. Neither was being the owner of Kuro Shiro by that very same fact. The town had accepted her, and because of that she protected it. It was hers, and she would keep the peace and take care of the one place she belonged.

Aura Gates walked through the town, she had been there for a while now, about three months. She knew the town well enough, but people still gave her looks when she wore her elf clothes. She had grown accustomed to wearing normal clothes, and her hair down so her ears were not as noticeable, but today she just did NOT feel like it. It was beautiful! The sun was shining, just a few clouds, birds singing. So today, she wore those clothes with her hair pulled into a braid that hang over her shoulder. Her hip boasted two daggers a satchel which she used rather than a purse or wallet.

She glanced over at the blue haired girl on the fountain, Okami, a strange girl to say the least and not really that compatible with personalities. She was a nice girl it seemed though, even if she was half-immortal at best and had an unnatural obsession with keeping this town safe. She gave a polite wave and received a nod back. They had a mutual understanding of differences and how it felt to be a little on the outcast side. An elf had few places they could go beside home, and Kuro Shiro was one of them.

Malum Atrum sat on top of one of the building watching. His cyan blue eyes and snow-white hair shimmered in the sun and breeze, he often thought about cutting the hair that got in his eyes, for practical purposes, but preferred it natural and had never tried anyway. He had little to do the past two years in this town. Heck, the only thing anyone ever did was hang out in the square for the love of darkness! He despised most of the people in Kuro Shiro, it was how he was by birth and by raising. However he stayed, for he loved the Dragon Statue in the square and knew that someday it might meet the myth that surrounded it, or perhaps its weird magic would lure real dragons there. He would be complete if only he could befriend a dragon. It was his birthright to live among them as a friend, ally, or servant.

As he gazed at those magnificent metal claws he clutched his necklace that sat hidden behind his clothes where it would be safe. A vial, full of dragon's blood, made from a shed claw. It was a powerful trinket.

((Here we go, all the Locals I have. The 2 big characters for the main plot will be created later and then we can really get the ball rolling. I think I will post all of my Visitors someplace like the park or something for those of you needing a starting place.))

{Finally!! Posting time!!}

Miko sat perched on the tip of the right wing of the dragon fountain in her crow form, gazing down at the small crowd below with sharper eyes than crow should have. Hmm... looks like there may be slim picking today. She thought, sighing inwardly. She normally came around the square around this time of day, when normally it is at its busiest. The crowds, confusion, and coin changing hands in the stalls around the square reminded her of Roma, of home. But nostalgia aside, there was always dropped money somewhere, ready for the grabbing.

She scanned the rooftops, in case her brother Lucien was out and about, and found a kindred spirit on one: a male with bright-white hair and brighter blue eyes. A moment later she recognized the hair as belonging to Malum. A shudder went down her currently bird-like spine, ruffling her feathers, Malum had always frightened her.

She forced her gaze away from Malum before she gave into a bird-like notion and flew away from her prime lookout. She spot a glint of gold on the ground near one of the stalls and dove after it, cawing raucously, partly to startle those in her way, and mostly for the fun of it.

Swaying her hips as she walked through the town square, Leticia "Leti" Paula Abernathy-Chambers eyed all the stores she wanted to shop at and the people she could pick-pocket. The young African-American woman had been in this weird town for only three months and it was a welcome breath of fresh air for her. No crazy ex-boyfriends to contend with, and no police to book her for her five-finger deals. Hell, she even found a job as a waitress at a little family-owned restaurant. It was a great change of pace for her. However, she didn't make as much money as she wanted in town, so she decided today, after finishing her shift at work, she'd hustle up some free cash, through illegal means or through flirting. The former was easier than the latter, less loose ends to tie.

With a smile, Leti spotted a gruff-looking man bending over to tie his shoes and saw his wallet sticking out of his back pocket. The young woman sauntered over to the man and casually took the wallet, grabbed the wad of twenty dollar bills out of it, and swiftly returned the wallet to its proper place. It took no less than several heartbeats.
Easy score, she thought as she hummed toward one of the cute stores in the square.

Today was a typical shopping day for Axel Simone-Marie Theron as he unsuccessfully tried to stop his four younger sisters and the twin baby boys from shifting into tigers and splashing in the large dragon water fountain in the middle of town square or encouraging the younger ones to do it while laughing at the chaos. He didn't know why his parents thought he could handle two moody and rebellious teenage girls, an awkward preteen girl, a hyperactive six-year-old, and two 10-month old babies who didn't know the meaning of self-restraint. It was hard enough before the babies were born, but now it was impossible. "Alexis, stop encouraging Tressa to eat those beetles. Hanriette, don't dunk Rhea's head under the water. Rhea, don't bite Hanriette's hand. Harman, Theo, don't pee in the fountain!" As the eldest of seven children, Axel had his hands full and didn't understand how the town hadn't kicked his family out when he moved here at age five. Fifteen years, and all his family caused was trouble. He shoplifted, stole cars, etc, but nothing came of it. Alexis once set ablaze to the Sanchez's barn when she was eleven, and his other siblings weren't any better, or so it seemed.

As the tiger shapeshifter unsuccessfully tried to hold both Harman and Theo in his arms, the two tiger cubs broke free and ran away, bumping head-first into someone and knocking her over—
"s**t," he muttered before hissing at his four sisters to get out of the water and stay put—which they did—and then jogging over to the person the twins knocked down. It was Aura Gates, the beautiful forest elf. The elf had only been in town for three months, but news always traveled fast in town. He knew who she was without needing to know her name. Her stunning elf clothing and cute pointy ears which one of his ex-girlfriends—or was it boyfriends? He couldn't remember which it was—said it was a fetish of his. But it wasn't, he just liked cute ears, whether they were pointy or not didn't matter. He just liked to nibble on them. But now thinking about it, he started becoming flushed. "Ah, um, yeah," he stammered as his ears turned red, "A-Are you hurt? S-Sorry about these two. Um, let me help you up." He held out his hand to her while mentally downing down from ten. Nine. Eight. Seven. Six. Five. He would pinch Harman's and Theo's ears until they turned red like his. Four. Three. Two. One. Deep breath. "Harman and Theo don't know their own strength. I'm sorry. They're only ten months." He glared at the twins and they curled up submissively at his feet.

Malak Abdul Ahmad sat on a bench in Kuro Shiro's town square because her mother told her to get out of the house and hang out with her friends. Malak found this funny because as far as she was concerned, she had no real friends in this town. All of her real friends lived in Ohio, where she should be living as a secret witch with her completely and totally normal human friends. The other friends she had, besides the humans, were her cousins that moved to Kuro Shiro along with her family over a five year span. Malak had been in the town for three years. However, her cousins were busy shopping outside of town, in the larger cities, with their older sisters and cousins, including Malak's older sisters, which left Malak to her own devices. So she just sat in the square and read one of her favorite novels while listening to the peaceful noise of the water fountain.

At least she did until the Theron kids ruined it. Malak didn't understand how a family of shapeshifters, creatures usually so careful with their identities could act so boisterous. Each child was a troublemaker and the eldest, Axel, was a heart-breaker. She learned that when she transferred schools here. At least all the girls from every grade three years below his and above his, had a story of heartbreak and loss. Several of the male students also had reluctant tales of Axel and his exploits. It was hard to imagine the Axel she saw stammering to Aura Gates, the weird elf girl, with the one from all those stories. All Malak wanted was for the Axel and his siblings to shut up. They were annoying.
"Don't their parents teach discipline?" she muttered as she closed her book and watched the scene in front of her play out. At least this would count as romantic comedy.

[Axel and his siblings always cause trouble.]

Rhaich! Came her soft voice as she hit the ground, cursing in elvish. Aura's soft grey-green eyes looked up slowly, somewhat in a daze as to what on earth just ran her over. "O-oh... uh. It's okay." Her ears and cheeks flushed as she slowly took in the man addressing her, and then taking his hand to hoist herself up as gracefully as one who had fallen possible could. "I am Aura Gates. Man esselya ná? What is your name? " She was trying to be polite but the square had grown rather noisy.

It was obvious it was stressing her out a little bit, and as soon as she got his name she turned around and shouted. "Daro! Tolo, govano ven."(Stop, come join us/come here) She said to the kids in elvish. She didn't really know how to handle them, but she crouched to her level. "Pedin i phith in aníron, a nin ú-cheniathog, (I can say what I want and you can't understand me.) It wasn't nice of you to knock a lady down."
(she's speaking in elvish so they are confused, or off guard)

Okami let out a grunt when the children started playing in the water near her. "Excuse me, would you mind?" She said to the kids. "Not everyone wants to get wet." She sure hoped these kids would listen, but knowing Axel and his siblings they probably wouldn't. She'd drag them over to him in a moment it they didn't stop and plop them on the ground with a good butt kick. Not the twins though, they were still kinda cute in their escapades.

She looked up slowly and found Axel's red hair, standing over the elfin girl Aura and helping her up. Good lord, had he found another target already? When was his last girlfriend? Well good luck to him on this one, Aura was different, and usually rather shy or quiet. "I doubt she's ever had a romantic interest maybe this would be entertaining if the kids would settle down." she grumbled.

((you could always find a family photo of these children. I imagine swards of Axels everywhere))

Malum's cold blue eyes landed on the chaos below. "Oh look, Miko." He said to himself as he spotted a crow diving into the crowed and listened to Axel's siblings spread havoc. "Nátyë necindo." He chuckled, talking to Miko who couldn't hear him. He said that she was insane. He and Aura spoke different dialects of Elvish, but understood each other. Though he avoided her with a passion. Forest elves were on a list of species he did not like.

((Using elvish dialects from The Hobbit and The Lord of The Rings <3))

Axel Theron smiled weakly at Aura as he helped her up, already knowing her name, but not saying so. He didn't understand a word she spoke in elfish, but didn't care. What he did understand made him happy. The confused and uncertain looks his sisters were giving him. He wished he could make them that confused, it could help out a lot at home. They were only scared of their parents because they were very scary when angry, especially their mother. "My name is Axel Theron. These misfits are Alexis, Hanriette, Rhea, Tressa, Harman, and Theo." He pointed at himself and each of his troublesome siblings as he said their names. "I wish I could say they're not usually like this, but it's a lie. The whole town can tell you that." His ears flushed red again and he looked down at his feet. "Um, so are you really okay? Harman, Theo, apologize to the pretty lady." The twins looked up at him with their big tiger cub eyes, but he frowned and told them again, this time motioning for them to turn human again. With a sigh, the twins went back into their human forms, which was good because they were easier to carry as babies. The boys baby-babbled their apology to Aura.

[You'd be exactly right about the family photo. I'm trying to find pictures for the kids, but it's difficult finding pictures of red-haired twin boys.]

Leticia strolled through the town square until she heard a commotion at the water fountain where she spotted an older teenage girl, a younger teenage girl, and two tigers—s**t, they were playing with tigers in the fountain! Then she saw two smaller tigers at the feet of a deliciously attractive redhead and a pretty girl and her jaw dropped. Was no one, but her freaked out by this? Then the two tigers turned into babies! Human babies! That wasn't physically possible. Why was no one concerned by this? In fact, the blue haired girl near the fountain looked annoyed at the girls and tigers in the fountain. This wasn't normal at all. What kind of town did she find herself in? This wasn't normal at all. "I gotta get out of this place." But where to go? This was the safest place she ever lived. She had a job and no stalkers. She just had to contend with the wild animals that escaped from the zoo instead.

Malak watched Okami yell at the Theron kids before she looked back at Axel and Aura, and sure enough, the red-haired man was flirting. Whether it was intentional or not was up for debate, but was sure wasn't up for argument was that fact that even after helping Aura back to her feet, Axel still held onto her hand. Malak couldn't remember the name of Axel's last girlfriend, but she heard on her way to town square he broke up with her not long ago. "This is going to be boring," she mumbled as she watched the shapeshifter bumble his way into the elf's heart.

[I don't understand a word she's saying either, but it's good to know what language she's speaking.]

((actually she is translating herself, or the words are also put into ( ) for you lol))

"Oh I am fine, I promise." Her hand slipped from his as she smiled to the twins. "Thank you for the apology." She said softly and looked back over, he was a really good looking guy, but dealing with all these kids he was probably some form of insane by now right? "You know, they make backpacks for kids that run off. They have straps on them, and I bet they would stay on during a shift too." She tucked a stray brown lock of hair behind her ears and continued avoiding eye contact. "Or you could just turn into a tiger with them and keep them rounded up in the protected forests."

She contemplated showing them she was a shifter too, their fun was tempting. She was one of more variety, but wasn't sure if they needed her running about as a tiger as well anyway. So she remained human for the time being. Maybe later she would turn into something and go for a good run. She enjoyed running in the woods as a panther or leopard." Guren *níniatha n'i lû n'i a-govenitham. I should probably get going and leave you to dealing with the children." This time she did not translate herself. He was cute, and her words were far too related to that, though more a jest at her even paying attention to his looks at all, as she didn't really feel the words she spoke. She liked his face.(My heart will weep until I see you again)

Malum Atrum stayed at his perch. Someone would do something interesting, catch his eye, at some point or another. Until then he would sit and watch, and listen. The sound of a dragon far away caught his ears for but a moment before he went back to watching the town.

Okami got up and crossed her arms as she watched Axel. Was he trying this time or no? He did seem like he was flirting but he very well could have made a habit of it. He knew better than to try with her though.

((gonna wait for Ikurmo and other people now. Crew, we need to chat in the crew topic))

Now Axel's cheeks flushed red as he realized he still held Aura's hand until she slipped it out of his grasp. The twins mewed their happiness at the elf before trotting off to their sisters. Aura was good with the twins, they liked her. "Uh, yeah, my parents bought at pair for them, but they always chewed through the straps." He scratched the back of his head and looked away. "The shop owners won't let us in as tigers, so we can't, I can't, shift into one when we're clothes shopping, but I mean, we have a huge farm for them to roam around as tigers, which they do, yet they still keep doing this." He glanced over at his siblings and watched as the twins were groomed by the younger sisters while the older ones just sat and watched.

Axel flushed a deeper red when Aura spoke in elfish again. He didn't understand what she said, but he felt like he did. It was weird, but that's how it was. Then he frowned at his sisters and brothers, he didn't want to be left alone with his siblings. He was sure he'd strangle them before the day was through.
"Yeah, I'll do my best to keep them from mowing you down again. Sorry again. But, hey, you know, if you'd like, you can come to the family farm. We have fields and forests, so if you ever need to stretch your legs, or say hi to the twins, you can come by. No one will disturb you, not even them. They'll be too busy in the tree house." He felt like he was rambling—he probably was—but he didn't want to end the conversation yet.

Malak sighed, fed up with the lovey-dovey stuff and just shouted, "EITHER ASK HER OUT ALREADY OR GO HOME! YOU'RE ANNOYING!" before she got up and changed benches, moving to one farther from fountain. Axel glared at her as his face went as red as his hair and his four sisters laughed at him, Alexis the loudest.

After a breakup, Alexis was always awful, and Malak figured she was taking her frustrations from her breakup with Silver Sanchez—apparently, his name was really Raphael, but since he was small, he was nicknamed Silver for some random reason. A girl at school said his father nicknamed him after his late mother. Sorcerers were weird. What woman was named Silver? When Alexis broke up with Silver, the two of them had been cheating on each other around the same time, Silver because he was bored of her and Alexis to get his attention. Apparently—again, this was word of mouth—this was their second breakup, the first was in the fifth grade.

Leticia stared, jaw still hanging open, as an Arab-looking girl shouted at the redhead and pointy-eared girl—she hadn't noticed the girl's pointy ears, though her clothes should have been a dead giveaway, but Leti saw girls with clothes like that at parties back in New York, so it wasn't strange. The redhead, aside from ignoring the tigers, the four tigers were all children, two girls and two boys, glared with a bright red face. It was the color of his hair and it was hilarious. Leti couldn't deny it despite how weird it all was. So, to add more spontaneity to the situation, she hooted and shouted as well. "Kiss the damn girl. She has a fine a**." The girls from the fountains, the oldest especially, cracked up laughing.

[I figured the translations in () were for me while anything not was for the kids. But I don't understand her elfish.]

{I may be slow but I shall not be deterred!!}

Miko got the small gold coin she was after, with a little help from the immense distraction that was Axel's rowdy family. She ruffled her feathers. One older brother is enough, but all of those, I'd rather die. She thought before slipping a coin from her beak into her feathers where, in her human form, she would have a small pocket for things like this. She kept a wary eye on her surroundings while she did this, as not only were people not prone to letting a crow walk around as it pleases, but because she didn't anyone to see the coin disappear. She had been able to keep this form a secret from many people for quite a long time, and she preferred to keep it that way.

As she kept watch, she noted another thief amongst the crowds, an African-American woman lifting a wallet off a cheap sale. Miko gave the girl a once over, she obviously had some skill, the man never noticed. Miko memorized the girl's face and flew off before the crowd got too rowdy. She circled the square a bit, looking for any other prizes, but with Axel's crowd it was hard to catch a break, so she finally decided to light down somewhere. And after a few moments hard battle with her fear, she decided to have a little chat with Malum.

She landed lightly beside the dark elf, a comfortable six feet away, cawed once for attention, before shifting. She didn't want him surprised or otherwise inconvenienced by her. Her shift took the span of a heartbeat and was seamless, one moment there was a crow perched on the ledge, the next a small skeleton-thin girl was in its place, looking as if the next breeze could blow her away. She appeared to be wearing multiple set of clothes on her stick-like frame, most of their surface covered with small pockets, and all of it looked like it could use a severe washing. She wore a hood, as tattered as the rest of her clothes, but within its shadows Miko knew he could see her rough-cut brown hair and brown eyes, which seemed to dart all over the place. She scanned the plaza below to see if anyone saw the shift, before taking a water bottle from one of her many pockets and taking a swig from it to wet her throat enough to speak. "Fancy seeing you here, Malum, anything of interest? Nothing valuable down there sadly," she whispered, her throat straining even as she spoke the first syllable, the result being a reedy, snakelike hiss of a whisper.

"Perhaps I could visit one day, you do have a lot on your-" Aura covered her rear and turned nearly scarlet at all the things being shouted at them. Never had she had to deal with things like this. She wasn't sure if it made her want to run or made her want to go shoot arrows at them. She looked down and shifted into a leopard without another word before taking off and finding a good spot to hide in an ally. Her thick tail curled around her paws.

Okami smiled. "Wow, that was terrible!" She snickered, "I guess you can gather up your little tiger clan now though, right Axel?!" She called with a rather friendly smile. "Doesn't hurt to lose one girl out of many, hmm?" She kinda wondered if she should see about getting a zoo/daycare center started for the rascals. What if they ALL stayed here and spawned more of them?

Malum shook his head. "That Axel guy has been rather entertaining, but there is little going on. Several dragons in the area though." Those icy blue eyes looked at her. "You could really use a change of clothes, and some food. Perhaps instead of stealing money you could use that crow for to scavenge you someone's picnic." Though he sounded rather disinterested his words were sort of a jest.

Miko smiled at the ongoing commotion down in the square, Malum was right about it being entertaining. She shifted uncomfortably when he referred to her appearance. She had never really cared much about the way she looked and after she fled her homeland with her brother Lucien, she had stopped caring completely, but something about Malum and a few other people in this town would stir her up and make her feel horrible about it. She knew she needed a lot of new things, but her heart just wasn't into anymore. She took another swig of water Before whispering "I can't... I don't eat much anymore" massaging her throat as she finished as it was beginning to ache. And it was true, after the thieves of her home city of Rome pinned her down and threw that oil down her throat, she found that she could only the softest of foods, and even those had to be ate slowly. Plus, alongside her interest in appearance, she found her appetite, which used to be quite prodigious, had diminished greatly. Sometimes it was all Lucien could do to just get her to eat once a day even. She shivered slightly, a cold breeze coming in from the sea had wormed its way through all of her clothes. "Dragons? Any with a substantial hoard yet?" She whispered, taking a drink once again from her bottle, then remembering who she had said that to. "I'm not going to steal from it, just curious. I know better than to mess with a dragon's gold."

Axel called out to Aura, a feeble attempt on his part to make her stay, before he covered his beet-red face with his hands. It didn't have to turn out like this, but it did anyways. The shapeshifter didn't intend to ask her out, he didn't know he was flirting, yet it ended up like it. Aura turned into a leopard—she was a pretty leopard, too—and ran off. Then, to add insult to injury, Okami just had to rub salt into his wounds. Frustrated, the young man growled deep in his throat as he shifted into a tiger before whipping around to his younger siblings, and anyone near him, and roared. The sound paralyzed his siblings, as a tiger's roar often did to those nearby, before they all scrambled together—as humans—and stood in attention. It was time for them to finish clothes shopping and for Alexis to return everyone home. He would stay and find Aura to apologize.

Axel growled at his sisters, still angry, and they ran towards him as he shifted back.
"You don't run this town, Okami," said the tiger shapeshifter before he left with his sisters and brothers to the clothing stores.

Malak didn't know which was funnier: Aura running like a dog with its tail tucked or Axel roaring at his sisters. Either way, she had a good laugh, despite the temporary hearing loss from said tiger's roar, and returned to reading her book. Maybe now things would quiet down. She doubted it, not with the loud reptilian roaring and the large red and purple dots flying in the sky over the forest. Nope, this day wasn't going to be uneventful at all. "Ah well, I'm an awful person," she said to herself with a quiet chuckle.

After seeing the girls and babies turn into tigers, Leticia wasn't even surprised seeing the cute redhead or the pointy-eared girl turn into big cats. But she was surprised by the redhead's roar, it made her freeze, she couldn't move because he was so loud and sudden. Also, she was scared. He could eat her in a matter of minutes. "s**t, this place is cray-cray," mumbled the thief.

"Actually... I do." Okami said to herself as he walked off. It wasn't like she had intended to be mean, she was just teasing. She wasn't the one who embarrassed Aura. She shrugged an looked around the square, eyes landing on someone she had never met before. she could see it in the girl's eyes. So, being the owner of the town and not knowing she was a thief, Ookami went over. "Hello, I am Okami Wilde, I own the town." She said. "It's okay, we may not have actual laws and things, written anyway, but people won't hurt or kill or eat each other unless they have too. Or want me to kick their a**." She stuck out her tongue in a joking way as she stuck out her hand.

Her blue hair bobbed with her happy gesture.

Malum looked toward where he had heard the roar. "From my raising, I can understand one dragon has been asleep. They either have had their treasure stolen, or they have hidden it well I would wager. Most dragons do not sleep for ages unless they are sure their treasure is hidden or they do not care. The other one I do not know. Sounds like it might be younger so it may not have had a chance to make one or we will be seeing it shortly while it tries to steal from us." That was about as much as Shadow could manage a guess at.

Aura hid away for the time being, calming down. She hated people noticing her, at least in that way. She had forgotten the town had several rude people in it, even if they were joking. Her paws worked the ground for a few moments before she turned back into a human and smoothed her clothing out again.

Axel watched as his younger siblings piled into their minivan, putting bags of clothes in the trunk, and strapping the twins into their car seats. Alexis gunned the engine and drove away, leaving him with some piece of mind, and time to locate Aura.

Which wasn't as hard as one would think so long as he used his nose. The elf smelled like the forest and a leopard's scent was easy to follow, too. The tiger-shapeshifter found the elf, in her human-with-pointy-ears form, in an alleyway smoothing out her clothing. He cringed as he nervously wiped his palms on his jeans before approaching her.
"H-Hey! Aura, I'm sorry about earlier," said the redhead as he tried to get her attention. "Can I make it up to you?" He stood a few feet away from her so he wouldn't scare her.

Leticia looked over at the blue-haired girl and raised an eyebrow when she heard her name. "Your name seriously translates to Wild Wolf, you know that, right? And how do you own a town? Is that even possible?" She knew of corporate towns, which were owned by companies, and one-person towns when the only resident is the town, but never did she know of someone owning an entire town.

Malak decided since things settled down, it meant an even bigger disturbance would happen. The witch didn't want to be anywhere near said bigger disturbance, so she packed up her novel and left the town square for a quieter, more isolated place. Bon voyage, mes amis. Smiling, she hummed an old 90s song as she left.

[Exit Malak to Kuro Shiro Beach.]

[I will tomorrow evening. I have work from 12-6 tomorrow.]

"Really, it is fine. But perhaps consider working out a way to only take one or two of the kids shopping at a time." Aura said softly. "But thank you." She didn't really know what she'd ask for anyway.

"This town didn't exist, the entire land, and everything built on it, was owned and created by two people, this place does not exist outside of the area of Kuro Shiro, so it is like private property in a way. Since they are not around to take care of it, I am the heir to the city." She explained. "It is complicated, but kinda like buying out all the property in a town and renting it out." Okami hoped that was good enough for Leticia. "But yeah, I know what my name means. It is weird."
