At some point, someone in Deus Ex was thoughtful enough to nail a large corkboard to the cafeteria wall. They were also generous to supply a stack of sticky-notes. Except they only left one pen that can barely write. Someone was considerate enough to post a warning to not steal the pens, however the plural form of it suggests at one point there was more than one. But that didn't matter. Right now, the Hunters of Deus Ex had an offline method of communication that didn't require seeing said person face-to-face. The OOC Welcome to Deus Ex' corkboard! Feel free to use this thread to leave notes to one another. As this is a public board, please remember that anything that is posted here becomes common knowledge to those who check it out. Feel free to RP swinging by to catch up on the latest gossip or to leave a note. And yes, those who are art-inclined are more than welcomed to take the picture of the corkboard and edit it to reflect current messages/things stuck to the board please do. The image in the OP will be updated to reflect changes, though keep in mind if you want to edit the board you'll be better off looking for the latest board in the thread first before taking the OP's image.

As much as Al was eating lately, he very quickly noticed the new addition and after some thought, pinned a note to the board.
Sticky Note Looking for a good fight? Meet me at Room 130 (Just knock on the wall) - ♥ Al

Someone wantonly vandalised a small corner of the board. Thankfully someone could cover it up with paper if it offended them.

A very crudely written note was slapped down on the board. Quote: TO THE PERSON WHO STOLE MY DINOSAUR PLEASE RESPOND SO I CAN KICK YOR a** LOVE ROBERT The board was also minutely vandalized.

A figure entirely hidden by a black coat waited patiently until the board was unattended, just in case anyone asked any questions that they didn't know how to answer. Once the note was safely and securely placed on the corkboard, they hurried to leave the room again. For someone who seemed so focused on discretion and subtlety, the note that they pinned to the board (with a pin color that reminded them of her) was anything but:

Molly stared at the board, just a wee bit scandalized. She looked every part of the embarrassed mother, with cheeks a bit red and a hand covering her mouth. Oh my. O…okay then…she wrote what she wanted to, and then left.

Aria took a moment to scan the messages, nodding approvingly towards a particular green post-it note while rolling her eyes at the addition someone made to a sign on it. The colorful graffiti was appreciated before a note was tacked onto the board close to the top. Quote: Informal Mist MeetingTonight at --- Experienced hunters please round up trainees and show them where it is. The hallways are dark so summon your weapon and use its runes to light your way, or find an alternative light source. Don't get lost! - Aria

The note was written in very small, slightly shaky, but remarkably legible handwriting:
It's gone.
He had apparently also taken the time to make everything hang neatly vertical, with the exception of Molly's note which remained a cheery spot of wonkiness, untouched.

Once again, someone had come along and straightened every memo but Molly's to make sure everything was hanging vertically and neatly. There was a new addition, written in very tiny, very neat handwriting. Quote: A free exchange of information benefits everyone.DIANA is an open-access, Deus-wide information repository.
