Yeah, he totally meant to do that. Totally meant to miss and all that. It was a good thing no one was around to see that special move, so Liom passed it off with that special sort of whistle and a twirl of one of his blades.

More shinies. It was all that mattered to Reap. Shinies meant weapons and weapons, ultimately meant power. Maybe power would eventually lead to answers. Answers for him, and answers for Iron. When he saw the creature, he charged to attack it, only registering he was not alone after the fact.

The problem with using a gun as a weapon, Amati had learned, was that there was no certainty of success based on good visuals or really, even excellent aim; it was either hit or miss, and this time, unfortunately, was miss. It felt like cheating, especially with all these other people joining in. Oh well. Reap's normal wanton bloodlust remained tempered by the presence of others. He trusted them no more than he trusted the things he was hunting. Instead he glowered warily and kept his distance between strikes. It was a world of scavengers and no one could ever be trusted.

Seeing as the others had stepped up their game, Chaesel did as well. With a swing of her arm, she plunged her dagger deep into the skull of the creeper, no ******** given.

Oh, it was dead! Liom was thankful, really he was. "Thanks for the assist, guys!" Feeding them all a grin and a jovial thumbs up.
"Couldn't have done it without all of you." Really, he couldn't. He sucked at this. This was the only way for him to get loot apparently, having others kill things.

Well, she had proven to be utterly useless in that particular battle; good thing there were other, stronger people running around. Amati took a couple of dull trinkets and wandered off to practice her aim. ((x2 black claws))

Treasures. Bright, glittering treasures, the very essence of motion and upward climbing. One day he'd be able to know what the point in all this was, one day it would make sense. He just had to persevere and try never to think too ******** hard about the memories that surfaced now and then. The goddesses could have them all, he didn't want them. He just wanted a really big - really really big weapon.
