Notice!!!!

Q&A in hot pink are rules and answers that only apply to this guild event. A majority of the Q&A in this guild event are the same as previous item give away events, but the sections in hot pink are different for this guild event only.

Update: I made a tiny error. You know how I had wrote 4 items per person? I had intended to write 5, but for some reason wrote four. razz So guess what guys? You get an extra item! That makes posting once to get 5 items.

I. How do I participate?

Follow the steps! 4laugh

1. Post only once in this thread. (Do not chat here please! gonk )
2. Please number your post! It's not a requirement to number the posts, but it is helpful:

The items that you will receive is from the Guild Event item list (see post #3), by gift or trade from Team Sprocket Zen. If at a point it looks like the guild mule is running out of prizes before the end of the event, the guild event will be closed early. 1. Are mules allowed in this guild event?
No. Please also see the guild announcement regarding this subject: Guild Give-Away Event Threads do NOT allow mules!

2. Can I post anywhere in guild to be able to get an item?
No. Just this thread. There is only one thread for this part of the guild event.

3. How many times am I required to post during the guild event to get four five items?
If you would like to receive items from this guild event, please post once during the guild event period in this guild event thread.

4. Can we post more than once to get more than four five items?
No. Please only post once. This guild event only gives out four five items to each participant.

5. Can I help give out items during this guild event?
No. The only one that will be giving items out during this guild event is Team Sprocket Zen.

6. Can I request an item from the list?
No. (See answer to question #7.)

7. How do you select an item to give out?
After you (the participant) posts once, I go to the mule's inventory and the first thing that catches my eye in the inventory (that is a part of this guild event item list) is the item that’s given out to the participant.

8. I want to chat in the guild event thread! May I do that?
Please do not use this guild event thread as a chatting thread. gonk It's encouraged if you'd like to chat in guild to either make your own thread or continue a conversation in an existing thread. 3nodding

9. If no chatting is allowed, what do I put in my post?
It can be a short message. Anything you want as long as its within Gaia’s rules.

10. I want to make my own guild event thread too to give out stuff ! Is it allowed?
Please don't. heart Too much going on at once might get confusing. Let's keep it to just this guild event thread for now. smile

11. When will the mule be available to give out the items?
The mule will be on at least once a day during the guild event. If you participate in the guild event, you will receive a gift (or a trade) with the item in it from the guild mule, Team Sprocket Zen, as soon as possible ideally during the span of the guild event. (The latest items will be delivered is May 13, 2013) If for some reason you haven’t received the item by then, please contact Newzpop Reporta Tyro Bong.

12. What happens if there’s any items left over from this guild event?
The items will be stored on the mule for when another guild activity requires them. See section about the guild mule for more details.

13. Is this guild event open for anyone to attend?
It is only available for Team Sprocket guild members.

14. I have concerns regarding this guild event that haven’t been addressed here. What do I do?
Contact Newzpop Reporta Tyro Bong, the guild’s captain, by private message. heart

15. How many item(s) does the mule have of each item listed on the guild event list?

**Please keep in mind that given this is the full list, not all the items listed on it are available during the give-away for this particular guild event. Only the items listed on the Guild Event item list (see third post) are being given away for this particular guild event. The amount of each item it has is subject to change depending on how many of the items are given out during a guild event and/or if it is deemed necessary for the mule to obtain more of that item to give out during a guild event. No. smile Each guild event is different. Every guild event will only give out the amount of items that is specified for each participant. Bonus Giveaway Update!

A change has been made to this guild event!

It's been decided that the Surprise Guild Event 2013 is going to have a bonus giveaway! 4laugh

What this means for participants of the guild event?

1. If you participated in the Surprise Guild Event 2013 you should have already received one item from the guild event item list during the time the event was open (May 6 - May 12, 2013). 3nodding

2. Team Sprocket Zen will now give each person that participated *two* additional bonus items. Each participant will now also recieve 2 Crystal Box by either gift or trade. This should be (ideally) completed between today (May 12, 2013) and tomorrow (May 13, 2013) at the latest.
