The Void
The Void is situated in the land between Barton Town, Gambino and Durem. Slowly the government is making inroads into making the land into useful things, but for the moment it remains as it was, a land devoid of life and absolutely chaotic with magic. Nothing is out of the ordinary in the Void. Magic goes nuts, technology gives false readings and many a man has wandered into the Void, never to return or if they did return, they had gone mad. Only those with purpose ever find their way out again.

People were leaving, heading off in search of the petals, but Alexiel was more interested in the man with the French accent. She urged her horse forward, the beast carefully picking his way over to the man. "Excuse me, sir?" As usual, she was well mannered when dealing with a stronger. After all, one always caught more flies with honey than with vinegar.

"Yes, chere?" Rafe turned and looked at the woman after everyone else had left. His accent wasn't quite french but heavily sounding. Perhaps Cajun. Or something else entirely. He smiled, and a golden eye was covered momentarily with black lashes as he winked.

He winked at her. Alexiel was unimpressed, she was here for a reason and had no time to flirt. "I'm looking for Sejai and I was wondering if you had any information on her whereabouts." It was quick and to the point.

Irzael walked out into the vast expanse of nothingness away from the temple, "Petals...I came all this ways to search for petals...." His ivory-colored cape billowed out behind him as he looked onward. All he could spot was a woman and a man talking. Odd to do in the middle of nowhere so he decided to ask them about the petals, "I have to start somewhere."

"Ah." He smiled even broader if that was possible. "So you are the lady that my Sejai is staying with." He bent over and took Alex's hand. "A pleasure indeed, to meet such a big hearted woman." He then kissed the air above her hand before dropping it.
"Alas, she is not here at the moment."

Out of the area of the temple stepped Allen, dark black hair, black trenchcoat, black sword and all. Yes, alot of black, but considering his roots not surprising. And they were all different shades.
Sparing only a moment to glance at the other three people in the void, he simply chose a direction and started walking. South, though he didn't know it at the time.

An eyebrow rose as he took her hand, kissed the air above it, and then dropped it. As charming as the man was and as much as she would have loved to have gone all girly at the flirting, now was not the time. "She seemed lost when I found her... I couldn't very well leave her on the streets, knowing what it's like to live on the streets myself... However, back to why I'm here... I am aware that she's not here... but do you know where she might have gone?"
Alex was aware that there was another in the area, the ever watchful Daemon had spotted him. He was probably another player in the game

Before Irzael got a chance to step toward the two he saw a dark figure step out from the temple. The man, clad all in black, seemed to have some idea of what was going on so Irzael waited to see which way he would go. "South," Irzael mumbled as he slowly began following the man.

"As I'm sure you know, she flits off." He shrugged as if he wasn't worried in the least. "Once the petals are gathered, she will appear again at the latest." He then pointed off towards Gambino. "But she does adore the beach."

Still heading south, at a swift walk, Allen noticed the person following him. It unnerved him some, having someone already attaching themselves to him, but Allen didn't look back. If the person was hostile, then looking back would only provoke them sooner.
Instead he kept walking until he reached the edge of the Void, and stepped out.

"The beach... I'll head in that direction then. I thank you for your assistance." Alexiel bowed courteously, well, she bowed as best she could while sitting on a horse's back. Then, having obtained the information she needed, she turned her horse in the direction he had pointed, "Farewell..." That said, she urged the horse forward, Daemon taking to the air because he couldn't remain on her shoulder while the horse was in a full gallop.
Alex had everything she would need in the pack on her back and the saddle bags on the horse. All your basic necessities for travel, medical supplies, rations, water, her laptop, etc. She also carried some cash, should she need to purchase anything. If she needed more cash later, there was always the bank. And of course, she went no where without her weapons, the blades and the whip.
If she ran into any trouble while leaving the Void, she would hopefully be prepared to deal with it.

Irzael kept pace with the man as he headed further south, "I wonder what's down that way...." He looked behind himself and took one last brief look at the temple, "I wish I never had to see you again, but I believe it's inevitable."
Irzael turned and strode quickly after the man to catch up. He might've just asked the man about the petals had he not looked so deadly.

The dust rose up in a cloud behind her eachtime the horse's hooves met the ground. Petals and Chaos. Players and games. What did it all have to do with Sejai? If Alex was lucky, she would find the girl in Gambino and then she could ask Sejai.
Rafe had told her that Sejai would appear when the Petals were found, so that was also on Alexiel's list of things to do. Find the Petals and she would definently find Sejai. But one could hope she would find the girl first, right?
