Do you have any memories as a child related to Sailor Moon?
My favorite one is crying and asking my mom why she wasn't Queen Serenity.
She replied with "Shut up I'm watching Days Of Our Lives."

Pretty much coming home from school every day and watching it while I did homework.
Well, I watched Sailor Moon every day, anyway. Homework sort of fell by the wayside.

Writing Santa a letter, asking for the Ginzuishou for Christmas.
I put the letter in my Christmas sock, waiting for the elves to take it away. Instead I got lectured by my mum about how I shouldn't ask Santa for things for people other than myself(which I did as well. The lecture eventually led to me inquiring my mum about why she even knew what I wished for...). But GEE, thanks for telling me how bad selflessness and the joy of sharing is, mum. talk2hand (Seems she didn't understand that I wasn't actually expecting her to buy me any of those things. Imagine buying the Ginzuishou. rofl )
It's weird, though. I don't really have any memories of actually watching Sailor Moon. I recognize the scenes and characters when someone talks about them or I see them in a video. And I distinctly remember having watched all seasons of Sailor Moon completely - it's one of the very few animes I ever completed without skipping episodes or anything - but I don't remember watching all those episodes. Where on earth did I get the time to? emotion_0A0

When I was very young I got some Sailor Moon toys for Christmas, one of them was Sailor Moons Wand, the one with the crescent and the silver crystal. My Dad picked it up and said something that resembled Sailor Moons transformation phrase [though he was a bit off] and twirled it around and did a funny pose. I couldn't stop laughing, to this day it's still one of my favorite Christmas memories. heart rofl

Man, I have too many Sailor Moon memories...
I lived Sailor Moon as a child; it was my EVERYTHING! heart I remember crying when missing an episode I had seen a thousand times, or seeing a toy I couldn't afford, or just watching an episode I really loved.
But I guess one of my most prominent memories was watching Sailor Moon at my friend's house when I was 12 (the episode where Darien has forgotten Serena's birthday because she never told him when it was) and then my Mum called to tell me that I had forgotten it was my friend's birthday that day.
Lol the irony razz

In high school, my teachers didn't mind if I doodled on the sides of my pages as long as they weren't tests. So I drew pictures of Hotaru (myself) and Rini (my... conscience fairy? >.>; ) as studying tools. They got into arguments a lot, especially if Hotaru (I) got a wrong answer on the page somewhere but couldn't figure out the right one.
My biology teacher loved them to death. blaugh

I remember when I first discovered it. It was when it was airing in 95 on the USA station. I was in first grade and it would be coming on as I was getting ready for school cause I watched cartoons while I was getting ready for school during the mornings. I was getting ready to go and Street Sharks had just finished up and Sailor Moon was about to start.
I never got to watch full episodes though unless I had a two hour delay or I got sick and couldn't go to school. Later when it aired on Cartoon Network in 1997 I got to watch it finally. I loved it so much I would watch it every day when I got home well unless mom had to take me somewhere.
I bought a few of the dolls at a local Magic mart and also got the pink season 2 locket, and later at wal-mart when they had the cutie moon rod in stock. I annoyed my parents with both the locket and wand though >.<
Later down the road at TsubasaCon I bought a Sailor Mars doll which is now sitting proudly on my Computer desk ( I am looking at her as I type ha ha ). She is standing among a collection of Grab bag My little pony figures, a Milky Rose figure ( Precure) a Palkia Plushie, Zoroa and Servine Plushie.

I didn't know about Sailor Moon till I was in middle school when it came on Cartoon Network but I'd always rush home to watch it afterschool. In high school I was the only kid who proudly had Sailor Moon keychains on my backpack.

I remember crying when Sapphire died. I didn't cry over Nephrite/Nephlite for some reason. I was sad, but not upset to the point of tears.
With Sapphire, it was different. I cried, hard. And then I started my epic series of fanfics (which is nowhere online except for in RPs).
I'd watch Sailor Moon after school, and some people made fun of me for it, but I didn't care. I wore my Sailor Moon shirts with pride! I started watching in fifth grade. When they took the fifth graders to visit the middle school, I was very excited to see someone's drawing of Sailor Pluto displayed on the wall. I took it as a good sign, though my middle school years were really hard for me emotionally, as I was bullied constantly. Not for my love of anime, but for other things--anything they could think of, really.
I also remember my mom coming home with a Sailor Venus doll, my first ever Sailor Moon doll. I think Zenon was on Disney channel when that happened...I jumped up and down and squealed. xd Sailor Jupiter was (and still is) my favorite Senshi, but Venus was my first doll and first piece of Sailor Moon merchandise besides the manga.
Hot Topic (a store which for some reason induces a panic attack in me when I go in), sold a lot of Sailor Moon stuff, so I'd make my mom go in for me and report back what she'd found.

My favorite Sailor Moon memory is when my younger brother and I would watch last battle fights with all the lights off. (ie. Beryl and Doom Phantom) We did that because all the lights from the battle would light up the whole room in different colors. Our favorite was the battle with Doom Phantom. It was like a rave party in the room!
