Nature: Lonely
Personality: As Cecily's grown, she's gotten more timid, and now finds it easier to simply hide and stay out of the way than to try and approach pokémon who might try to lure her near humans or into a scary situation. She's grown rather lonely and could really use a few friends, but thus far has been too scared to make them. She's a pretty unhappy little girl right now.
Biography: Cecily keeps pretty quiet about her past, though she has a brother whom she is now estranged from. She avoids human population centers and tends to travel between remote locations, never staying too long in one place for safety's sake.
Anything else of note: She's terrified of pokéballs.

Though not family in the sense of blood, Cecily's more or less adopted Phee as a big sister.

==Relationships==Mei-Ling - She seems rather nice, from what Cecily's seen, which isn't as much as she would actually like. Maybe if she can get to know her, they could even be friends? Phee - Something of a big sister to Cecily. She took her in and lets her stay in the attic of her house, and Cecily adores her. All around awesome and super-sweet. Do not insult her where Cecily can hear you, or you'll get a rare display of Cecily's temper. Sequel - Cecily's squishiest and newest friend! While the hyperactive Ditto is a little hard for Cecily to understand at times, her enthusiasm for just about everything is hard not to love. Though Cecily still isn't certain what exactly an 'aggronzilla' is...

==Home==Cecily now lives in Phee's house, in a small attic room!  This isn't quite an accurate representation, but it's close enough to the final result to count. .... the enormous pink unicorn toy may or may not be something she actually has. We'll never know.

1 pilfered baby blanket, blue with clouds
1 new satchel bag, to replace one she gave to Sequel
(Possibly) 1 giant rapidash plushie as big as she is. Whether or not it exists is a mystery that will never be solved.

Stages:
1 Pokemon ---> Child
2 Weeks Time
1 Journal Set Up (Simple enough)
1 Decision on Gender (So I know what to draw the kid as)
1 Solo RP
1 RP with another Pokemon ( the other person can be at any stage)
1 Receiving a Star from Jirachi (when all this is done the Pokemon will find a start somewhere, be it among their things, while out walking, sitting in their food bowl, etc. A short journal RP about them finding this which ends with them passing out)
2 Child ---> Teen
2 Months Time
1 Response to the growths/changes caused by the star they found.
4 PDs
2 Solo RPs or Journal Entries
1 Skill Learned
1 Evolution! (this is NOT must do requirement, if you want your Pokemon to NOT evolve and remain in the form they are in just tell me <3) - celebi is one-stage!
3 Teen ---> Adult
