This forum is for those wishing to do one of three things:

Create a Citizen character to roleplay within Halloween Town.
---> Citizens are part of the general population of Halloween, beyond Amityville Academy. Anyone with a Y2 character or higher can create Citizens for free! See THIS THREAD for more information.

Get approval for a Breeding.
---> Citizens and Amityville graduates can now apply to have children! For more information, check out THIS THREAD.

Get approval for a Contract.
---> If you have a Demon character and want to make a long-term contract with another, or wish to make a contract with someone else's Demon character, read THIS THREAD.


If you want to do one of those three things, great! You're in the right place. Make a thread for your Citizen/Breeding/Contract form, and when it's complete you can submit it for approval HERE!

If you are looking to create an Amityville student, Hunter, or Horseman, then you need to go HERE instead.
