Bio (Up to five sentences minimum):
From the cold winds of the north, the soviet warlock began his steps at an early age, being left alone by his Mother because being unable to wield magic, the witch abandoned Volken to his luck within a war field during the revolution, shielded within the explosions and riots out there it wasn't a surprise no one had witnessed a witch, even less the child.
However, to his very luck, he was found by the resistance, who took him in within their HQ where he was raised along with other orphans of war.
During his teen age, he was raised in combat since the revolution was still not over, yet during his 20's everything had suddenly changed. Revolution was over and it seemed as everything was left in the past.
However within the city he inhabited, things where slowly growing out of control, as the government of said city was being controlled underground by the remain of rebels who where planning to take over the federation, obviously unable to forget the dissasters created by war. Among them, there where many of Volken's friends from that age, fueled by the grief of loosing their families those young men and women joined the elder's plot against the already peaceful government. Not that Volken was one to judge whether the government was the hero in this story, however he also knew that if there was already peace there was no reason to start another battlefield.
Taken as a traitor, he was jailed while he watched how bit by bit the feil of peace was pulled down before the hammer of war striked the city, taking inocent lives along the way. Volken was slowly driven into madness by the greedy leaders and the grieving men and women within the battlefield.
He knew all of this was wrong, but, within him this felt so right, as if justice was just served. However he wished for more, just the guns and tanks where not enough, it was then when his Warlock powers awakened and how within a few nights, the whole city dissappeared from the map. Being instructed in the rebel's tactics and with the aid of a powerful familiar which happened to be a dragon. The taciturn man pulled out a typical Gary stu move upon both flanks, taking clothes of both sides he was able to sneak in from HQ to HQ until he had finally conquered the city, as he spotted his reign of fire the man was delighted upon the desctruction made so far he did not saw when a the Nuke fell upon the city, purgin the land from all conflict to an absolute silence.
Of course, his last location was at the outskirts of the city to gain a better view of his doings but was caught within the expansive wave which left him badly wounded.
During that cold winter he was forced to rely on his magical powers to survive, moslty by using them to keep his body warm while treating his injuries with what was left from First aid kits that he could find within the scraps that where scattered around the city's outskirts. The rest was thanks to his survival skills.
With time Volken had been practicing his magic, no longer being the man who treasured peace within his youth, but has been completely absorved by that corrosive nature that gave birth with the sway of magic. Giving himself to his own madness, rising as a Warlock.

Volken was born in Russia, he didn't discovered his Warlock powers/skills until his late 30's yet he sure knew how to make a life out of them. Having a bloodline which was stained with the heat of war during history, the man had been training within the military camps fearing another war would soon strike at any moment, you could say he was a bit paranoic about it. Perhaps this was the deciding fact that triggered his sway of magic, giving birth to a distorted personality after falling to his own madness. Eventually becoming a Warlock being blinded by this gift that was given upon him, fearing that humanity is unable to keep itself safe, he justified this new personality as the one who'll put an absolute peace through brute force and fear.
Spells/Powers: (Up to 8 Ex: Fire, Necromancy, etc.)
+ Draco Trail /
Volken summons the tail of a Dragon within an astral skeleton shape, altho he used is as an arm guard or projectile chain rather than wearing it as a tail, it helps Volken to extend his grip within the battlefield.
+ Flaming Drake Fang /
Volken performs a rising kick with blazes around his footwear or dives the target with a poweful kick.
The names comes because of the flames involved as they take the shape of fangs crunching the oponent during the kick for added damage.
+ Drake's Wingbeat /
Volken spreads the wings of a dragon within an astral shape, creating whirlwinds or wind blows which help him jump higher or deflect projectiles with enough strength applied, but mostly is used to evade or add extra speed during battle.
Advanced Techniques:
+ Draco Outrage /
While in this state Volken increases his physical strength and speed, practically entering a berserk mode, the downside of this is that he's easily provoked.
+ Drake Birth /
Volken summons a dragon which he puppets, tho it requires a lot of concentration and leaves him vulnerable while trying to control the beast. If he loses concentration or faints, the dragon disolves within the magic mist it came from.
+ Dragon's shout! (sorry I couldn't resist the reference)
A mighty shout which creates an expansive wave, able to blow practically everything within it's short reach several meters away. Just like a shotgun, the closest the target is the more damage it would deal, however after doing so, Volken's throath becomes drought and is unable to cast spells, it also locks him with the first base technique he uses until his body cools down. It's more likely his last resource card due the risks involved after performing it.
Personality: Cold hearted. Tho he's good with Facades to cover this up, so you could tag him as a cynic.
