70% Diet. 30% Exercise.
It's always good to try exercise, but what you eat and how much of it you eat is more important. It's alright to have a cheat snack now and again. A slice of cake is good. 3 or 4? Not so good.
Try focus on cutting down your portion sizes. Even if you're eating the good foods, it's best to not eat too much of it.
Eat the right food. Try see what has a lot of calories and what doesn't. Try start your day with a bowl of cereal and do your best to cut out too much starch from then onward. Don't eat starch after 4 in the afternoon.
Green Tea! Try starting your day with a cup of green tea. It will full your tummy and get rid of whatever is in it.
Exercise? If you plan to exercise, find a partner. It's always easier and more motivating when you have someone to exercise with.
Best of luck!

Lots and lots and lots. Whenever you're thinking about it, drink it. Keeps you hydrated, gives you energy and keeps you full. So next time you feel a bit peckish for a snack, rather drink a glass or two of water.

I know it sounds like it will have the opposite effect, but it keeps your metabolism running and burning calories. Eat small amounts of food 5-6 times a day, like very two - three hours. And by small I mean an apple and some cheese or a sandwich. Something around that size. You can basically eat anything just in small quantities. Offset this by exercising and the weight should start to diminish.
Have you tried Zumba? It is a blast! And you can get it for most game consoles if you don't want to go to the classes.

Have you tried Zumba? It is a blast! And you can get it for most game consoles if you don't want to go to the classes. Agreed! It is much better to have four to six small, small meals throughout the day than three very large meals without snacks!
And drinking water always helps and hydrates the body. Remember, if you're feeling hungry, you should stop and consider; am I really hungry, or am I just thirsty? Sometimes the body will feel hungry, when in actuality, it's just dehydrated.
Lastly, drinking an 8-ounce or more glass of water before each meal will help you eat less; your body will feel full, making you feel more inclined to not overeat.
I hope you reach your goal! I'm rooting for you, girl~♥

I suggest making smaller goals.
I've lost almost 70 pounds.. but I still do 5lb intervals. I feel more accomplished & get less discouraged when I've plateaued.
I wish you luck with your weight loss journey.

If you feel like you've plateaued then you might need reconsider your exercise routine or diet
I'm greatly impressed by how much you are able to do! I'm a weakling over here |D (can't run more than 1/2 mile)
So I doubt it's your routine- however you maybe retaining muscles mass which would put on weight. Though at 5'7, I'm 148( my goal is 130), so you might be your diet. I'm allergic to wheat/gluten and cow's milk so i cut a lot of calories out of my diet.. because i can't eat 'em ! XD
Try cutting down on starches or grains and dense dairy products.
Also, my doctor says that nutritionally- we should eat "dinner" at breakfast ( so a big, hardy meal), a small/medium meal for lunch, and something very light for dinner. Then, your body burns the calories through out the day, and you wake up feeling lighter since the body could burn a larger percentage or your dinner calories in sleep.
