Honour the priestesses that help guide our Clans, though you should see very little of them. You will be given temporary sleeping quarters, but starting tomorrow, you will begin the first of your classes and training field exercises. You will have free time to explore various areas after your studies, which will begin shortly tomorrow. Now, let us depart to your resting quarters for this week, I hope your last week has been eventful so far." OOC exclaim - [ ORP / PRP PROMPTS ] ORP/ PRP PROMPTS ARE NOW OPEN! Make sure to read these before starting, you can earn Four Clans points from participating in these! exclaim - [ TRAINING FIELDS ] Training Field exercises are also up! Please choose ONE activity per OOC 24 hours for your student to participate in, you will have to make a new thread to do these. You can simply reuse your old thread from last day, see rules again if you're having issue here which contains all the information needed. You can earn Four Clans points from participating in these exclaim - [ The DORM ROOMS ] The Dorm Rooms are now where the source of all ORPS will be happening for people staying here. Simply EXIT out of this thread and move on to the DORM ROOMS. YOU CAN send skellyphone texts and messages to people while in the dorm rooms, make sure to mark ENTER AND EXIT as you need while moving around, though it is possible to have your student in the dorm rooms while waiting for some of your prps/ other orps/ training to wrap up, that's not a huge issue

Stepping through the portal, Shun took a look around, noticing the stark differences between this place and war island. There were no trees or any sort of foliage whatsoever. Plus, they were inside. The area in general was much darker and gloomier, but this much he had expected. He could smell the incense wafting on around as well. The rules laid out for them were pretty straight forward.
The Reaper had no intention of causing a ruckus and respect was something he already had for the clan.
Once the greeter had finished speaking, he nodded, then went on his way.

Truth be told, Xiu lamented that she had to leave the Isle of Conquest. She had quickly grown to love it there, but when she arrived on the Isle of Death, she was quick to shove those thoughts out of her mind. Sure, Conquest had been nice...but who was to say that she wouldn't enjoy it here either? It wouldn't be fair to compare the two considering that they probably had entirely different cultures and customs.
She listened to the attendant quietly as she took in her new surroundings, eyes bright and curious as she scanned the ceiling. What beautiful colors! And...was that incense that she smelled?
It would be an interesting week to be certain. Eager to go exploring, the baku head off towards the dorms the moment they were dismissed.

Junko was prepared for this week as far as knowing her hair would no longer be moving for an entire week. Again. So it was braided and decorated as it always was. What she was not prepared for was what this island was like when she got there. It was...surprising. And it was very different from the Isle of Conquest.
Was it too late to ask to stay there a second week?
Nevertheless Junko was polite and quiet, not wanting to cause another delay like when she had tripped and needed help during Conquests' orientation. She still felt bad about that. So when it came time to go, she followed.

Why did she pick the places that drove her insane?
Unless... did all horsemen live underground!? That thought was horrifying.
Shrugging it off for now Mandy listened to the instructions, feeling vaguely intrigued by the whole priestess thing Death had going, before heading off to check out the dorms.

Week 1 was over, week 2 of the exchange program started.
Arynek was excited as Shenny and Nadia will be in the same Isle too!
Once out of the portal, she immediately noticed how different this place was from Famine.
It gave a solemn feeling in an elegant way.
After the introduction of the Clans member, she turned around and search for the two girls.
No.......
She was disappointed to find out both of they were not here.
"Maybe they will be in the dorms?" She wondered.
The shadow ghoul walked out of the scarlet enclave without anyone noticed.

Nadia entered the portal and had a quick look around, fast enough not to take her attention away from the speaker. She nodded to herself in confirmation - she could follow the rules set for her, no problem. Not seeing any reason to linger, Nadia decided to start training right away, and headed off to the training fields.

First week passed so fast, Shenny still felt like she just arrived to Famine yesterday. It was an amazing experience, and the sorceress fell in love with Famine, and their ways, and Alchemy, and moths, and so, she was quite unsure: would the next week be that cool?.. Would she be able to learn that much on the Death island?..
However, the reality was pleasant. The landscape was harsh and unfriendly, right as she loved, but at the same time it was appealing, it was all about freedom and spirituality was in the air. The smell of incense was the first thing she noticed here.. this smell.... so nostalgic, she could almost feel a bit of pain in her heart. She couldn't yet explain it to herself.

Wylfenne wasn't actually sure, whether they liked to leave Conquest. It was so beautiful there! They would really miss they beauty of sacred temple, the flowers and petals everywhere, the magnificent building of Imperial palace, the emotionless and dedicated face of Invictus, the luring scents of Kumiko...
"Death awaits you, Wylfenne", thought the Fae. Hopefully, just metaphorically. Wylfenne tried to be ironic, but to be honest, they were quite curious.

Willow's ears perked up as she arrived on the Isle of death. She looked around the room almost curiously, it was nothing compared to that of conquest. However, it held a very... pleasant and peaceful quality to it that pretty well screamed death.
Her tail flickered as she watched, and listened to the clans member. The incense having been a nice touch she thought.

It was time to be a real student again. Shehk didn't mind too much, but it seemed that the place she was at now was another one of those 'just right' fits. She inhaled, taking in the scent of the incense as the Death Clansman spoke, tail wagging ever so slightly.
It seemed the routine was going to be the same in this case as well: Daily classes and training, then free time. So she'd have to find somewhere nice to settle in to fill out her journal as well as go on her 'shiny hunt' for Jericho......
Her face flushed a bit at the thought before she shook her wandering mind back into submission an headed off towards the dorms to get in a few 'I'm here' messages and to take in the scenery a bit as well.

It was the second week, and Taryn had not gone home. She'd wanted to stay in the Four Clans mindset without any kind of distraction in the middle. The final days at Famine had been spent exploring, learning all she could about the people she had spent the last week with. Mort was gone, so was Rafe... so she'd have to find someone new to spend her time with... or maybe now was the time to forget friends and truly focus on her studies. ...well, she'd better get to the dorms!

Calder tapped his hooves on solid ground, and while he wasn't enthused about being in a cave (as he had very bad experiences in cave back in the War clan), he was at least glad he was not watching his step on platforms in the treetops. Solid ground was solid ground in the end, though while the incenses were lightly sweet, the lack of vegetation rubbed him the wrong way. It seemed he was out of place wherever he went. Still, one had to make due, and he could only hope that, while there were no plants, there was water.
Standing quiet, he got the distinct impression he couldn't flail his arms and ask questions, as their greeter simply stated their rules and directed them on their way. In both cases, he felt that they were transported to a place and set free to wander, not that he minded. This was a new place after all, and he was the curious sort.
Looking about, he noticed a few familiar faces, and watching Shun leave, slowly followed after.

So this was Death ... Faustus stared at the low ceiling, all the muted colors dancing across the walls. It was strangely comforting, and distracting. He brought a finger to his chin thoughtfully, flashing a glittering grin.
I think I'll like it here.
The attendant gave their instructions, oddly more muted in both speech and clothing than the Conquest clan had been. Faustus listened with interest, deciding it was best he find his dorm and check in with Amarus. He was curious if she had arrived on War yet, and if she liked it.
Eagerly, he followed after the attendent to their dorms.

Tybalt looked around the room and gave a sigh. It wasn't that he found this place to be terrible, or uncomfortable ( he was a ghost and spent a lot of time underground back home, after all ), but it was so different from the war clan that this one almost lacked comparison and---and what was that smell?
The black dog sniffed the air and made a face. The smell wasn't terrible, but with his sensitive nose, it was a little too strong for his taste. Still, he reminded himself, he had to be polite. They were guests here and he had a feeling some rude comment about the places stench would insult them.
Grumbling, the black dog ducked his head and pinched his nose closed. Once again thankful that he didn't require air, as he followed the others to where they'd be staying.
