4: I spam WIPs. Even for stuff without edits.
5: Please send trades within 48 hours, or I'll reroll your slot.
6: If you want two different versions, they must be similar (so no saying, "I would like two versions of Mulan--one in her matchmaker outfit, the other in armor." However, you can say, "I would like a version of my OC without her sunglasses and a version with."). If you do want two versions, you must tell me first, or I will not do it!
7: You may enter one custom form--unless you're entering for twins, in which case, you may enter two. Please familiarize yourself on the rules about winning twins in the custom information thread!
8: Rules subject to change.
9: This is a minor one, but I usually color lines. I would like to know ahead of time if you don't want lines colored? I usually spam WIPs, so I'll ask you then, but nonetheless. If you don't note this on your form, it's okay, I won't get mad. <3

Description: His eyes are a chocolatey-brown, soulful and deep. Fur color is up to you, my mind flies to either a light blue or light creme, but if you find something extremely attractive then go for it. Inner ears could be a deep chocolate hue- or dark blue- depends on what color you like. His hair is a dark blue, similar to the reference pictures, but lighter than the coat and hat he wears. If we can get the graceful, gentle smile in there it would be superb. I'm thinking his nose could be the same chocolatey brown- but whatever looks good on him looks good on him.

Body: His body is a darker shade of black - done in scales - between the scales you can see the same pale transparent blue seeping through. More apparent near his feet. His chest and belly are a bit of a darker pale blue than his horns etc this area doesn't appear as scaly as his black skin. [ See ref for exact idea ]

Wings: I want him to have some pretty badass wings, I understand they may not be able to be done like his cosplays wings, but none the less some realy jagged, LARGE wings would be great! The spine of the wings should be black and scaly, with spike/horn things on the edges, that are transparently ghost blue. His inner wings should be nearly transparent - See ref

Horns: On his head, instead of demonic horns, i'd like him to have horns more similar to his In game counterpart. If you can't fit the exact number - that's not an issue, just do your best :] Transparent blue with more visible scaly dragon features :3

Tail: His tail should be slightly thick, and sleek, coming to a point near the bottom, where it ends in a Pinecone type tail [ Shush that's what I call their tails XD ] Tail is black with scales - pinecone is transparentish blue

Toes/Spikes: I want his claws to be editted onto his feet, and the spikes added onto the back of his legs - as close to the ref as you can get. Again - a perfect replica isn't what i'm doing for.

Optional: Feel free to add some ferocious teeth onto him. I want him to look as though he's going to rip you a new one. Though this isn't necessary - if you do choose to add them, may I request a version with and without the teeth? If not, no worries.
