Welcome to the forge, dear sir or madam.
Elliot is looking for plots. In the present day he is a seventeen year old blacksmith apprentice (to his father) and a slacker. He has not yet experienced the Choosing. He has an intimidating appearance but a very gentle soul, and does not do well with violence.
Elliot is a bit dim so if you're pining after romance he might be hard to catch--he probably won't even realize he's being hit on unless you say it to his face, or you have the patience to keep up until he finally catches on.
He is most likely to be found at the smithy, the farmlands or cattle fields playing with the children who help tending them (he has a soft heart that leads to a love of kids in the most genuinely innocent sense), the forest, or the market, though I will of course not limit settings to those four ever at all. He has no shame regarding his laziness at this point in time, unless he thinks his father might be watching, in which case he will make quite a show out of pretending to be a hard worker.
I don't have any specific plots in mind for him at this time (though when I do this space will be updated!) so feel free to fling your ideas my way.

I have Adrian who could possibly use some friends. I don't much have ideas for plots yet other than Her stopping by the blacksmith's to buy metal rings and suck to make boots, belts, and horse tack. do you have any ideas? biggrin

Edward Butterfield would thoroughly enjoy trying to steal from your shop! Although he'll most likely try to make friends with Elliot first and foremost, as he thinks he is oh so sly like that.
So I'll throw a potential meet-and-greet friendship thing out there!? With the potential to ruin their friendship in the future, when/if poor Elliot finds out Edward has a master plan.

Lar could be a regular at the smithy for carpentering tools... Especially things like nails that get used up fast. And if Elliot likes dogs at all, he and Lar would get along swimmingly. Lar's pretty lonely lately now that his parents have passed on, so any social interaction he can get would be good for him.
