[The scenery of the stage is depicted by the floor/weather/trap settings bellow. Where it does not depict, assume the normal features of an arena that they would've replaced. The fight will start when both players have posted their initiative and will end once one is no longer capable or willing to continue. At any point and time a player can NPC an Announcer/Audience if they so do choose to add in the flavor text but at no point may they control the actions of the NPC.]
Water Floor A large lake is in the center of the ring stretching about 40 feet down. The water is dotted with many single foot sized wooden polls. De-Buff: Thus players must do one of the following each round or suffer a de-buff that can't be removed without completing one the following requirements. 1. Make an Agility(x2) vs 100 check to keep your balance on them. Failure makes you fall in the water. 2. Have a wall crawling or similar jutsu that allows you to keep your balance / stick to a surface active. 3. Have water walking or similar jutsu that lets you stand on liquid active. If you are in the water, you suffer -100 accuracy to attacks and -150 to dodge do to water weighing you down. If you have a Jutsu that lets you swiftly move through the water then this can be counter acted completely. Danger: If you fall in the water and are stunned or grappled you start to drown. Every round you are in the water make a Stamina(x2)+Resilience check vs 100 If you should fail you inhale water and suffer un-consciousness. If you fail by 3 degrees or more, you die. The vs increases by 100 every round until you manage to rise back to the surface (ie become un-stunned or un-grappled).
Stone Floor Stone Field: The floor is littered with massive jutting stone that shoots out in dangerous spikes. Large boulders splotch the surface making for uneven footing and getting knocked around a deadly occurrence. Danger: Whenever you are struck by a physical (non-mental) attack that deals at least more damage than your Toughness(x5) you are knocked backwards and are in danger of slamming into or being impaled by nearby rocks. Roll Toughness(x2) + Agility(x2) vs Damage Dealt (that got through your protection/toughness). If you have something that clings you to a surface sustained (such as wall walking jutsu) reduce the vs by 100. Success means your fine, failure sends you careening backwards into the rocks dealing however much damage you suffered to your stamina occur again to your stamina (without reduction of any sort).

She was less than satisfied with the outcome of the last match since she only won thanks to the fact the fighter had given up. This time she would be sure to end the match fast enough that they wouldn't get the chance to give in. Approaching the arena it became clear as to what a challenge it may be, she couldn't breath under water after all and had little practice walking on it, she would take the time getting acquainted to its' resistance. She stepped onto the water rather then hopping onto the polls or the large boulders that lined the small lake of an arena and instead adjusted the chakra focused in her feet to handle stepping across water. The announcer went on with the standard droll that he had the previous rounds and Hatsuma pretty much ignored it instead focusing on the arena and her soon to arrive opponent.

After the odd occurance with his last opponent, Takera had been lost in his thoughts about the exam and the various people within it. His mind kept returning to one individual in particular among the candidates who had his everlasting curiousity. One of the nurses passing Takera by turned to him as she noticed he seemed out of it. " Looks like you're thinking real hard." she said. Takera looked up and over at her stopping dead in his walk. " Yeah. I suppose so." He said, his mind still slowly pulling away to the thoughts that had shifted through his mind. " It's too early in the morning for that." The nurse remarked with a light chuckle before she began to turn and continue walking down the hall. Takera's mind began to clear as a smile/grin came across his face from the remark he'd just heard. " I guess it is." he said as he turned back to the hallway leading to a corridor. " Well, there's bound to be someone waiting out on the battlefield for me by now. It's now or never." he uttered under his breath as his pace picked up. He rounded the corner and hurried his way down the corridor. His steady walk turned into strides rather soon and before he knew it, he'd reached the door. Pushing with both hands, Takera forced the door open and stepped outside. The door slowly closed behind him as the glare of light hit his eyes. Reflexively he threw his arm up just above his eyes to block out the light. " Woah. The last stage really messed me up for this." Takera uttered under his breath. He lowered his arm slowly and his eyes began to widen as he saw the battlefield. The ground itself was littered with stones and rocks everywhere, making the land rough and raggid. Takera's eyes centered in on movement in the middle of the arena where a large lake was placed and his opponent was walking on. Throughout the lake were a decent amount of bamboo pertruding from the water. I can't go it from the ground and taking it to the opponent on the water who's had more time to get accustomed to the area would be stupid. If that's how it is, then I'll take it a step higher. Takera thought to himself as he stepped up and out a bit as if to step onto the first step of a staircase. A thin plate of ice roughly the size of his foot formed and through it he used his ability to focus his chakra and cling to it. He kept himself elevated a few feet above the ground as he walked towards the opponent standing in the water. Each time he took a step forward, the previous plate would vanish and a new one would form. Before long Takera was standing but maybe 10 feet away from Hatsuma. He immediately recognized her from the first exam where he'd been shunned from the group because they valued names more than strength. He didn't bother making a facial expression. He simply kept his focus and eyes on her entirety. A few seconds passed. " If you made it this far, I don't think I can afford to take it easy in this fight as I have the ones before." Takera spoke with a steady tone. His tone gave away no hints or signs of his emotions or thoughts. He simply remained nuetral to the entire situation. Takera tilted his head back a bit as he cracked his neck lightly. He bit his thumbs and did a handful of hand seals before placing his palm on him chest. The black sealing text burst out expanding from his hand and in a burst of smoke appeared a monkey resting on his should with it's skeletal tail lightly wrapped around Takera's waist. " I'd like to introduce you to a friend of mine." Takera spoke. Soon after he began to stretch in a few different positions and his eyes got softer and calmer as he became more focused. The monkey followed in the same process as Takera moving in the same ways to stretch and clear it's mind. " Are you ready?" Takera asked in a calm tone. He placed his palm out towards the water. An unstable swirl of icy frost began to form and a moment later it shot down to the surface of the water. Upon contact it froze and began to spread across the surface of the water creating a thick layer atop the water. " That'll keep us from having to worry about the battle field for now." The Guardian shifted his postion and held himself up, leaning over Takera's shoulder. In his hands were a skull resembling his own species. Immediately a tail strung out and connected itself to the skull, pulling the skull back to wrap around Takera's waist with the other tail extensions. It lightly rested there as the Guardian made a few quick handseals and a moment later bone began to spread over the two of them individually. The bone crept up around the elbows, wrists and various other parts of the two bodies. When the bone finally came to a stop is looked as though each of the two had exo-skeletons. Takera took a deep breath in and released. The Defender, feeling right at home with his own jutsu, began to weave more handseals immediately. In a single moment the two of them had delved into what they viewed as a well of strong energy that encased them and soaked into their skin. When the instant was over the two of them felt much more capable and stronger than they had before. The Defender gazed over to the four armed opponent to get a look at who they would be facing off against. The Defender did a few hand-signs using sign language attempting to communicate with Takera. " Eh? ..Oh, right. You don't speak. I almost forgot. I'm gonna have to learn how to read sign language then." Takera responded to the Guardian. The Guardian face-palmed and simply assumed the position readying the defense in case the enemy attempted anything. Hatsuma stated bluntly before flipping backwards turning about mid-air before bolting towards the rocks keeping a wary eye on her opponent as she performed a number of hand seals which activated a very familiar heat haze that roamed across the arena. once she made it to the edge of the ice she would begin the tactic she had used in her previous fight after all it was pretty stupid to confront two opponents in the open. By now the large stones would be hazy at the distance and hard to decipher as Hatsuma slowly phased into the stone hue she had utilized earlier. Using chakra she vented away the excess water and assumed her position among the stone work.the act of running away would have been seen as a sign of cowardice for a female like so many others seemed to think.

Takera shifted his weight when suddenly Hatsuma spoke up about the increase of ally dependence. " I guess that means you didn't really learn anything from this exam, huh?" Takera stated as bluntly as she herself stated her last statement. He shrugged his shoulders and then his eyes widened as she leapt backwards and tried to bolt for the rocks. What does she hope to gain by placing herself back on the riggid landscape?! Takera thought as he became more urgent and attentive. He ran forward quickly following along the blindspot trying to keep himself out of her sight as she'd kept her eye back on him. when she took a step back onto the land she had already begun doing handseals. It was already too late. She slipped away into a mirage as dust and sand kicked up from the ground around the rocks. Takera ascended to a higher step in the air above the general area in which Hatsuma stealthed and hid. He kept himself loose and ready watching over the field below. As to never stay still and avoid giving the enemy a direct lock on, Takera walked semi-hastily in a size-able radiaced circle in the sky, ever ice pad stepped off of disappearing as a new one formed under where his foot would then reside. It was almost like that of a Vulture circling over-head of prey that's life was draining away. Takera watched intently and eagerly for a sign of the enemy. He steadied his breathing and kept a solid, but non-tiring pace. As if to mock or entise the reaction of the opponent below, he formed his ice steps in a way that created a crackling noise just well enough to blanket the area. Takera began to whistle as he walked in the large circular pattern atop the field. Movement was the least of what was going down below. Takera's eyes moved as he analyzed each portion of the ground below taking it all in. Where he would strike, how he would strike, whether or not he could muster a solid blow on the target sitting so close yet so far from him. Finally his pace stopped in the circular motion as his eyes caught the hints of sand kick up for a second close to where the stealthing first occured. " Why not?" Takera remarked as he shrugged his shoulders and placed out his left arm. He raised his palm to his mouth, shaping his fingers around his lips as to breath through a squared hole. His hand began to show the chilly blue around the edges of the inside. He inhaled and exhaled largely and then tilted backwards leaning off of his established ice plates. The plates began to fade as he fell back into a full dive towards the ground. Shifting his weight ever so in the midst of the fall he positioned himself looking down with the frosted hand shaped infront of his mouth. Kairo inhaled once largely and then exhaled releasing a burst of air from his lungs through his frosted fingers. The air went through the path and released on the other side as a spray of icy mist that rained down over the general area. As it blanketed the area it began to freeze the air and the bits of sand itself flowing through the air soon turned to lightly sparkling ice shards. The environment changed rapidly and in doing so the entire area shifted unstably causing Hatsuma's cover to be effectively blown away. Takera shifted his weight this time into a roll and landed both feet down just about 10 feet from the ground on new ice plates stabilizing himself. Placing a hand up into a seal infront of his chest and a hand out, he manipulated the ice shards and mist itself to condense and form into liquid, which then lightly coated the ground and rocky field in water as though it suddenly rained. With Hatsuma's stealth now drowned out, Takera could see her plainly only roughly 6-8 feet away. He leaned his head back and around to pop his bones lightly and loosen himself up a bit. Crossing his arms he stood completely up-right.. " I think it's time you stopped hiding and came out to play, little spider." Takera said as a grin spread across his face, the remark originating from her four arms and darker skin color. Takera reached back with a free arm around his back to near center of his sash and tapped the Defender's bone-like tails twice. The Defender understood what the signal meant and loosened up it's tails moving them out somewhat from Takera's back. Takera delved his hand subtely into the back of his sash and pulled for the Kuri Gami. He'd had it for a long time now but never had a chance to use it. Given the circumstances, he felt if the Defender were really a Weapon Master of sorts, then he'd make better use of the Kuri Gami than Takera could in this situation. After he removed the Kuri Gami the Defender's refastened all but one of the free tails to Takera's waist and lightly grabbed the Kuri Gami with the now dangling tail. The weapon and hand-off all occuring out of sight of Hatsuma. The Defender watched as Takera had unveiled the four armed girl and began to wonder just what could effectively work against a target with four arms when it's tail, which was wrapped around Takera's waist was tapped twice. The Defender let up his tails a bit so that Takera could get under them with the off-hand and then lowered itself down Takera's back to see what was happening. To it's surprise it was a Kuri Gami resting in Takera's hands that had been pulled from the Sash. It wasn't surprising that the Defender would take an interest in Takera's weapons as it was a Weapons Master of sorts and could make most any weapon deadly accurate. The Defender raised the Kuri Gami outwards a touch and had an available bone-like tail uncurl from Takera's waist to connect to the Kuri Gami. Flexing it's spine, the Defender's tail rose the Kuri Gami into the air and begun swinging it around in the form of a fan-blade parallel to Takera's back. A moment later the Defender peaked over Takera's shoulder at the four armed girl and launched the Kuri Gami in an arch into the air where it attempted to land the ball end and chain over the four armed girl's top shoulder at an angle. If successful the ball would go over, the chain would touch down against her arm, and the ball would then be swung up under the first two arms, across her chest, over the top of the other arms, and up under the second set of arms where it was come up across her chest and hang on the chain resting there. It would bind the four arms rather effectively and as long as the Defender could keep a hold over her, she'd be rendered unable to fight back. With little time to react she formed hand seals as a chained weight shot at her with frightening speed. Though the sand defense went up it was to little to late as the metal ball shot through it with great ease. The impact landed heavy on her chest and sent her sailing back into a rock with a rather sickening thud. he feet touched the ground once more as she instinctual grasped at the impact area on her chest. she was winded from the strike but gave a stifle cough into a free hand signifying the amount of damage she had just sustained as she noticed the spots of blood that rest in her open palm. Her eyes shot to her enemy giving him a deadly glare. she was tired of these ice users and their summons but she couldn't think of any way to counter their ridiculous tactics. The only way she made it this far was due to that fact the opponent she had faced earlier had no heart in the battle. She wouldn't honor this man with a response to his commentary instead she would focus on getting back on her feet once more. first order of business would be to get the chain off of herself, though she could reach her mouth with one hand it did little good for her combative situation.
