_______________________________  【 Adrianna quickly made her way to the dorm she had been assigned. She carried with her an old suite case and a worn, leather messenger bag. She trotted into her room, putting down her suite case to push the door open. Adrianna closed the door behind her and smiled at her room. She smiled happily to herself and wiggled her bare toes in the soft carpet. With a content sigh, she crossed the room to the bed on the right side and threw her suite case on the bed. She draped her messenger bag on the chair of her desk and returned her attention to her suite case to unpack. As she took out clothes, a small white rabbit poked its head out of the messenger bag on the chair. "Is this where we are going to live now? Kinda shabby." it said to her. Adrianna glanced up at it with raised eyebrows. The rabbit couldn't really talk of course, it was just Adrianna who could hear it speak to her. "I wouldn't be complaining if I were you, Ace." she told the small white animal as she shoved some of her clothes in her dresser. "I guess it will have to do." the rabbit, Ace, conceded. Adrianna laughed and put her empty suite case in the closet. She went back to the bed and plopped down on it. "All done unpacking." she sighed. It looked like her roommate wasn't here yet.  Night stepped into the room wrapping his wings around him like an old cloak.
"This is my dorm huh... Oh well... I can make..."
He paused for a second seeing a beautiful girl in front of him.
"Um... excuse me miss... these dorms wouldn't happen to be um... co-ed would they..."
He smiles slightly showing he was a little nervous.

_______________________________ 【 Adrianna looked up, slightly startled when a person walked into the room. She looked at him with wide eyes for a moment, then laughed at his comment. "It looks like they are." She said, pushing herself up off of her bed and crossing the room over to her dorm mate. She stuck her hand out, "The name's Adrianna," she said. Ace, the little white rabbit climbed Adrianna's shoulder and said, "Tell him who I am, tell him who I am." It pestered. Since the person in front of her probably couldn't talk to animals, Adrianna would have to be a translator. He smiled.
"My names Night Shade... and it's a pleasure to meet you..."
He smiles at Ace and rubs his head.
"You have a cute little pet here..."
Instead of unwrapping his wings he just made a portal in his wings and stuck his arm out setting his suitcase on the desk. He first pulled out the usual clothes and notebooks but then the things he pulled out were just strange. He had began pulling out a couple of strange weapons and a bunch of test tubes beakers etc. He set them up and smiled when he was finished.

_______________________________ 【 Adrianna watched curiously as an arm came out of his wing. She should have been startled, but she wasn't. She was well prepared for what she might encounter in this academy. It was, after all, for people like her. Adrianna smiled as he pet Ace and then watched as he began to set up his desk. She turned to the rabbit on her shoulder, listening to it say something, and then she said, "Ace says its nice to meet you Night." Well, that wasn't really what the rabbit said. What Ace actually said was something along the lines of, "This boy's got guts! Already petting me how rude! And I'm not cute, I'm scary!" Adrianna had to try not to laugh as Ace went on and on about Night. She was distracted by the weapons though. "What's all this?" she said, motion to the desk with a sweeping arm. He smiles and turns to her.
"These are a couple of weapons I found in a different world I brought them back to study them. they seem to be made of some form of void energy but void energy cannot be shaped like this. it is only able to make portals and small orbs that can be thrown and detonated at will. so these weapons make no sense to me. I control void but cannot control these weapons."
He saw the look on Ace's face and pet him again.
"Why are you so upset."

_______________________________ 【 Adrianna listened closely as he talked about void energy and such. So he made a portal to stick his arm out instead of unwrapping his wings? Well it made sense. And by what he was saying, he could also make exploding orbs. Adrianna smiled. All she could do was heal things and talk to animals, though that was fine by her. In a fight she'd rather be the one doing the healing in the back rather than fighting in the front. "Void weapons? Hm, it sounds interesting to say the least." She watched as Night reached out to pet Ace again and she shook her head. "I wouldn't do that." she laughed. "Lets just say Ace doesn't take well to strangers." she said with another laugh. The only reason the small animal was with her in the first place was because she had healed him in the woods. He smiles and shows a playfully demonic look in his eyes like a mad scientist.
"Oh there's no worries Ace... dissection only hurts for a week..."
He smiled holding one of the stitches he had to do for himself a few weeks earlier. He knew he was only mostly joking but he wanted to find out how they would react.

As soon as Night had said that, the bunny began to hop around on Adrianna's shoulder and startled yelling in her ear things like, "That'll never happen! How Rude! I'll beat him up!" Adrianna laughed. "I'd be careful if I were you. This little guy says he can beat you up." she laughed. The thought hadn't really crossed her mind that he might actually do it, but she wasn't that worried about it. She didn't think he would. Then again, he might. She wasn't really sure, but she didn't want to cause any trouble so she just laughed and went along with it. By the stitch he was holding, she figured that he actually had dissected things before. She walked over to the bed, placing him on her pillow. No matter what he said, he was still a rabbit, a baby in fact. "Sleep Ace, we've been traveling all day." Adrianna told him. She didn't have to say it twice, the rabbit burrowed under the covers and was just a small lump under the sheets. He stops and smiles standing up.
"I remember when I had my pup... I mean sure he was a hell hound I'd found but he was loyal... I miss him though."
He pulls the pups picture out and set it down on his desk. The glass of the frame had been shattered and blood was spilled on the picture itself.

_______________________________ 【 "A hellhound?" Adrianna asked, curiously. Since he had a hellhound, was he a demon? Then why did he have wings like an angel? She tilted her head to the side a bit, letting her hair fall over her shoulder. "I wonder what its like to have a conversation with a hellhound." she mused. Animals had voices, just like humans, its just that normal humans couldn't hear them. She imagined a hellhounds voice to be rough. She had never really talked to mythical creatures though. She had only talked to a few domesticated pets and the animals she found in the woods. Adrianna looked at the picture Night placed on the desk and her eyes widened a bit. "Oh that..."
He sighs looking at the picture.
"That was my dad... he found out about me and since I was his blood he couldn't kill me... so he went after my hell hound... I was young though it was back before the gods and goddesses from my dimension found out about me... my mother tried to change their minds but... it didn't work... she was banished to oblivion and... they could have just killed me but instead they banished me here..."
He snapped out of it and smiled.
"I'm sorry if I'm boring you... I should probably finish unpacking..."
He started pulling out C.Ds spanning music that seemed quiet and relaxing to the kind of heavy metal that only a demon would listen to. He put in a C.D and pushed play Shinedown - Some Day was the first song to come up. He started putting his clothes in the closet, every shirt was button up and dark black dress shirts plus the outfit he was wearing now, he put his suitcase under the bed then sat down almost going through a portal. The hell hound he was talking about jumped through.
