He does not care about the problems of others, will often take what he wants and uses force to rule over others. His blatant disregard of rules.
He has a brain with an Evil Quotient of 1.8 million, and uses it to conduct experiments and evil research. Whenever he finds a subject for experimentation, his glasses will fog over and he'll begin breathing heavily. This tendency and the bizarre nature of his research has caused many to see him as a complete and total pervert. If it's for the sake of reaching his goal, he'll ignore everything and charge straight ahead.
Despite his hatred for humans and heroes, he continually studies them, even keeping an observation journal to record his data. Caring but will never admit it. (Referenced off Disgaea 3's Mao.)

A demon who was raised in seclusion from human society. Everyone he knows or knew was were some type of magical entity. They enjoyed their gossip and rumors, many of which talked about human society. But every rumor he's have ever heard portrayed the negative aspects of the human culture. Eventually leading him to hate humans with a passion.
The area in which he inhabited, one could say had reverse ideals. To the people there good was bad and bad was good. Which left the entire society with a negative atmosphere. It was a kingdom that lived by the laws of survival of the fittest.
Baal abandoned his home to see why humans were considered which such bad reputations. Being surrounded by magical beings, it was natural for him to enroll in Fuyu academy as a teacher. Unfortunately there were less humans than he had anticipated. But instead he would treat this opportunity as a way to adapt in human society.

Crest loves the art of fighting, be in physical or mental. Life is one big struggle, those who break first are rarely blessed. He doesn't understand peaceful people, his main reason for leaving his household. High class people cease to struggle once they achieve their goals. This annoyed him, leading to him and his family to have opposing views. The only time they struggle is when they begin to lose everything they own. He doesn't question people aloud though. Ignorance is a weakness, and weaknesses lead to death. His thoughts usually consist of battle tactics, from the remnant memories of his former life. The happy him becomes a war maniac, conflict is the only way to excite him. Something that is able to depress him, leaves him in a state of disillusion. He questions things not only of himself but of the world around him. If he is angry his forms a pact without question, if not in one. Because anger is a weakness the soul from the pact usually takes over his personality.

❇Crest was a soul that inhabited the Endless Corridor; a reincarnated soul. In Endless Corridor wayward souls find and help living individuals by lending them insight. Similar to limbo or purgatory. The souls are not forced into contracts by the individual but persuaded, by charisma. Usually higher level souls are more defiant and selfish. Endless Corridor is actually a space on another dimension. It is not a physical realm.
❇Souls that have high amounts of Karma are considered higher levels. Once a soul has reached a certain amount of karma, it can reincarnate itself for a second chance in life. Karma is divided and determined by the amounts deeds a souls has accomplished in endless corridor. The goal is determined by where one would like to start in in their next life. Good Karma derives itself from acts that help people with few casualties. Bad Karma comes from acts that that harm, such as burning forests to build corporations, etc. Souls that do not aim for high level karma can reincarnate earlier. Often into animals or feral creatures.
❇The difference between Good and Bad Karma is a thin line. Personality of the souls usually determine the branch one follows. Good Karma souls live happier more carefree lives. Bad Karma paper tend to have more powerful upbringings, knowing/unknowing that power easily corrupts (These souls are repeated residents of Endless Corridors). The drawbacks to being a resident of Endless Corridor is that, one can die even as a soul. A fatal weakness is that the soul of the person who makes the pact is linked with the soul of E.Corridor. If the Body of the Pact Maker dies, so does the soul. Bad Karma opportunities tend to have a higher risk of this happening.
❇Crest was fortunate effort to save high amounts of Good Karma, in his past life he existed on a plane (of existence). That plane was a dog eat dog world. Powers and abilities meant everything in this world. There was no society, merely the weak and the weaker. ((Ironic since Disgaea 4 is political...)) Crest, fortunately, wasn't part of the weak crowd. He was the commander of a battalion of 5,000. Feared throughout the nation, and forever written in the name of history. His demise was due to his own shortcomings he forgot where he stood in the past. His men turned against him in a failed coup d'etat. They plan to overthrow all the powerful leaders, they killed many influential figures, but in the end one man demolished them all. (That man was not Crest.)
❇Crest had forgotten that the world he lived in was filled with constant turmoil, and fighting. Fighting of all naturals, and infighting was far from uncommon. Being in charge of for so long he forgot this, acting too carefree. When he died he was accepted into Endless Corridors. His death traumatized him, into accepting only Good Karma opportunities. He was disgraced by the way he died, and wanted to live as long as possibly.
❇Reincarnating is a complicated process as well. Crest intended to return to his former world, to exact his revenge. Instead he was reborn in the world where Fuyu existed. Most his memories were erased in the process, only his habits and personality was kept. He grew up in a high status upbringing thanks to his accumulated karma. During his 15th year in his new life, he regained his memory of Endless Corridor and received the gift to interact with it. At the age of 17 he left his household, which was that of any other noble. With a complex that the grass is always greener on the other side. To find this "grass" he embarked to Fuyu. Fuyu Academy used to be the home of Ignis. One of Wyvern's student, and currently a resident of Endless Corridor.

Tends to over analyze, therefore asks a lot question before he lets his imagination run wild. Loyal, but a Solitary-type, so he prefer to venture off and do things on his own while in groups (Such as going by himself to get supplies for the group). He's a bit talkative, but doesn't know how to socialize well. Usually by himself as a result he is often confused for being anti-social even though he is not. Sadistic, but a pacifist. To him happiness can only be achieve alone, in the comfort of animals and solace in books. While sadness bottled instead, causes him to lose interest instead. With his boiling point being high, anger is a state of unreasoning. Ideals for him are put into reverse.

Though his blood only contains 1/16th human DNA, he was born with a small physique (Human-sized). He was unable to live normally with his kind. His small size doesn't compare to that of the towering Frost Giants. The giants were known for their rough qualities, which isolated them from the rest of society, like their not so far off descendants; The Yeti, and Big Foot. The extreme rough play of these giants were too much for Frost body to handle. Often he ended up injured and occasionally in a coma. This caused Frostal to be ostracized from his other members of the tribe.
His parents forced in to join Fuyu Academy. Discontented, he enrolled at the academy. One could say he was a thrill seeker, for he still misses his haphazard life of avoiding dangerous object/debris, bring crushed, etc. To the giants, dodgeball was played with massive boulders, and a widely popular sport for them that Frost could never play. One thing for sure is that he resents leaving behind his only friends, his two canine-like pets, that were the size of automobiles.
Being the way he was, meant that nobody messed with him at his old residents. The giants were fiends and looked down on peace. Verbal and physical arguments were the epitome of their society, a vulgar race. He had more free time than the others, which is used to train his abilities, thus became adapt in manipulating ice. As a way to harness something he loved. Which he believes to amount to nothing. Schools were a place of peace to him.

Cheerful and Optimistic, but not overly optimistic.He loves talking, and making friends. If there a chance to succeed, he's willing to take the risk. He's not a fan of violence, or evil intent, especially from his friends. He doesn't like pushing his ideals onto people, any is quite loyal. When he's happy he becomes overly enthusiastic, when he's sad or angry he's becomes schizophrenic, often adopting reverse principles.

A minera fairy born with a subtle case of schizophrenia (His eyes change color to match the personality.) and raised by blacksmiths in rural mountain. His abilities were an asset for them, but due to changing times those talents became unneeded and obsolete. Because of the bonds he made with them, and times spent working with them he was treated as family. The town was not as large as other towns, so everyone treated each other family. To him the towns were assets that he wouldn't trade for the world. To the townspeople he was ostracized, but he was sheltered and did not see their gaze.. Only members of the blacksmith treated him like family. It was the varies blacksmith families that took him in and raised them. He was passed around by the loving families to helped out whenever he could. But gradually the families began to move to different cities in search for new occupations. The last of the families he stayed with recommended he attend Fuyu Academy. They heard about it from a rumors, and asked him to search for it. They moved away shortly after, and he helped them pack. Surely he would miss all the families, but with his mind set he believe he would meet them all later in the future. With that he set out to find Fuyu Academy.

α lot of people say I'm. . .
The type that is easily led into situation he doesn't like. He's a bit of a masochist, he doesn't put up much of a fight when being dragged around and enjoys the company of others. Despite hating the optimistic type people, he finds them the most fun. Sky is a bit of the protective types and dislikes seeing the things he hold dear suffer. He would soil his own blood to protect these things. But he's not much on the talkative side, which is why he enjoys the company of others. Usually if he's angry he becomes an extremist, overly eccentric in his duties. When he's sad he enjoys basking under the moonlight in high areas. Avoiding the company of others. The happy Sky shows no surface emotions, but will act with more enthusiasm. (Sky's the middle-ground between Frostal and Ramsey.)

Sky comes from relatively noble blood from his mother's side. But he was raised under the guidance of his human father, who told him to avoid using his abilities at all cost. When he was young his only friend, who was his pet tiger, was killed by a Sand Golem (Which can't normally be killed) because no one was able to help. This traumatized him and led him to be withdrawn and lack trust in people and forced him to protect everything he held dear since he was young. After the incident he moved to another city, in which he made quite a few friends. The family thought it would be good to move to another location to help him forget the incident and socialize more. Though he was mostly the ghost member of the group he was cherished amongst his friends. He enjoyed he melancholic and normal life. Upon graduation of middle school he decided he wanted to protect people. His mentors told him about becoming a teacher, since he wasn't cut out to be a police officer. He enrolled in a school that focused the teaching career as it's attracting point. At first he was a kindergarten teacher assistant. But that life was a bit boring, and so he decided to join Fuyu Academy. In this school he believed he could use his abilities all he wanted, and learn with these about these students. Who varied in gifts and talents, that were more chaotic then the human societies.Thus a valuable source of experience if he could get along with them.
