There are three different types of graphics you can make for this contesta) Buttons
b) 200x40 Banners
c) Banners
You can submit as many graphics are you want. You can participate in all the categories. There are no restrictions to how your graphic should look like, so feel free. The basic requirements, though, are as follows :a) Buttons
Requirements: Must be 88x31 in size. Must say "Burn".
b) 200x40 Banners
Requirements: Must say "Burn"
c) Banners
Requirements: Must be bigger than 400x200 & smaller than 500x300. Must say "Burn", as well as have additional text of at least three words. Your goal with the additional text is to make the banner advertise Burn as well & effectively as possible.
Suggestions&Tips by ElyziaA common problem I see with graphics is that, although the font is pretty, you can't read what it says. Make sure "Burn" & any other text you put on your graphic is easily legible; if the text is hard or impossible to read, then it doesn't matter how pretty your graphics are, they won't win.
Even though only the word "Burn" is required to be on buttons & 200x40 banners, adding more text [ex. "The Everything Guild"] is definitely encouraged. Therefore, it would make a lot of sense to make graphics that small animated - especially buttons - to accomodate the extra text. However, animation is definitely not required.
Here are some slogans you can use on your banners/buttons for Burn. You can also use slogans/text that you thought up yourself, or mix & match the slogans below in any way you'd like:

rule three.>> Don't steal or copy graphics other people made [duh!]. You can use images from anywhere & don't have to credit them [for example, a picture of fire from Google Images].
rule four.>> Any submissions that don't follow all the graphic requirements mentioned towards the beginning of this thread will either be deleted or just ignored without any further warning.
rule five.>> You may not submit banners made via those banner-making websites that stick their URL on the bottom of the graphic or whatever. Those are just a waste of time & space.
rule six.>> Don't stretch the page.
The finalists will be decided by myself, and the rest of burn's crew.
Burn's guild members will then be the ones to vote on the graphics they choose, from each category.
