Sai and Sorain Orasakai are the only sons of the infamous heroes and former Jinchuuriki of the Kirigakure, Hikaru and Hatsuyuki. At age six, the twins joined the Ninja Academy of Kirigakure. A year later, the duo graduated at the top of their class and were already making a name for themselves as geniuses... A month later their parents died on a S Rank mission, the details of how they died and what their mission specs were, was never disclosed or discussed... The next day after the funeral, the Daiyamo of Water Country took the twins in as his own children and raised them himself. That funeral was the last day the two boys were ever seen out and about for eleven years.
For the span of those years, the Orasakai Twins were kept under special observation, secluded from the outside world. Trained day in and day out, mentally, physically and emotionally to become the perfect shinobi and more so... To control the beasts within them... For the Bijuus that once was contained in their parents now rested within their young bodies, a miracle that was never explained. However, it was due to these demons that the Daiyamo had taken any interest in the two and for this same reason they were forever held against their will.
It was only when the two hit their eighteenth birthday did they finally get a chance to re-enter regular society again... And this is where their story really begins... Story Seed
As the dust settled on the frosty battlefield, the Orasakai twins had found themselves victorious against the continuous attacks from Water Country... but it was apparent that they could no longer travel together and so the duo made their silent good byes on the ice coated plains. Traveling back to Water Country, Sai dons the identity Saikoro Daisuke and returns in the normal life of a shinobi in the country... (This bio will continue above this. The gear straps on initially to the back, a metal and leather strap spanning down the length of his spine from the top of his neck to his tail bone. At his head a small clamp of sorts is fashioned to his head, at his curve of his neck where it reachs his shoulder blades the straps extend out wrap around his shoulders and back to the original strap. Continuing down the spine, many more straps extend out to wrap completely around his chest cavity and body, until finally hitting the tailbone where the straps wrap around his inner thighs and connect once again at the original strap. The point of the straps are to hinder his mobility and weigh him down as the entire contraption is roughly fifty pounds of metal and leather. The gear is always covered by his clothes and the fact that his hair is so long, but should it ever be removed by the release botton on the clamp at his head, Sai's physical strength would be allowed to act freely.

This technique also draws it's origins from boxing's powerful upper cut, specifically the variations that focus on striking just the tip of the chin. The move is simple yet extremely effective, the practioner keeps both hands hidden within their pockets or any other relaxed position, only pulling a hand out when directly before their opponent. With a swift and graceful motion that should be difficult to be followed, the user would drop their center of gravity as far as possible upon approach before craning themselves up to strike upwards to the chin of their foe. In most norm of situations a foe will back up to avoid the attack impaling the soft under belly of their mouth and throat, causing the finger to graze the chin. The combination of explosive power and speed grazing the chin does little to no actual damage to the target, however it does leave them in a momentary stupor as the blow causes their brain to rattle rapidly within their skull. This is further enhance when used by a Mizu Clansmen as their ability to control ice can be extended to creating a cold air around the hand (achieved by weakling forming ice that is almost instantly heated to gas by the natureal heat) that throws off the senses by the sudden change and can even cause nosebleeds due to the rapid change of temperature(warm, cold, warm). While the stupor will relatively alieve itself quickly and the brain's stability will not fully recover as easily and as such may not be able to handle more physical stress in a proper manner.
The technique carries a rather scary sense to it as it can be launched without any warning, it does not actually require the user to make direct contact, and the lingering effects are rather hard to notice as they are easily set aside as minor disorientation. A such minor affliction that it can be ignored through a fight completely without actually effecting the user's ability to combat, although for weaker minds it may cause them to completely become incapable of focusing.

In sudden bursts the chakra will rapidly and seemingly instantly create a concentrated amount of ice around specified parts of the body in order to isolate and/or cut through wind paths and enhance the speed and precision of movements. The sharp and honed particles of ice created by this technique can even surmount the capability of most edged weapons, and as such can even be used to help remove obstacles or more painfully, cleave through foes.

---Description: A special technique derived originally from the special traits of the Mizu Clan. The user focuses their chakra throughout the air around them, seperating 70% of the water from the rest of the atoms and condensing it away into a more solid form causing the air to become dry quickly. Continuing to manipulate the water and wind, the user will have the water shift and float around the user in the same likeliness as wax within a lava lamp.
All the while the dried wind will begin to speed around the general area of the user at a constant axis causing the appearance to resemble the bands of an atom. As it does so, the bands will rotate around the user causing them to smash against each other at regular intervals. At those times the wind will blare out violently throughout the entire area but more importantly, before and after the bands colide and become one, their alternating directions will ride against each other at such high speeds that they will actually resist each other and create a powerful enough friction that electricity is built up amongst the bands and will eventually form powerful bolts that will ride along them.
The purpose of this technique is to create an intimidating appearance as the combination of elements from this technique creating a distorted yet dramatic appearance for the user that only enhances their look of power. But more importantly, the abundance of elements in powerful states allows the user to manipulate and develop their techniques in new and powerful ways that can even surprise the user themselves.
