I think it'd be really helpful, I say yes to this whole update-announcement move. d;
But I'm in between every update and only important updates...It depends what everyone considers 'important'. c;

The more zOMG updates, the better. I am sometimes too busy to be on the site as much as I'd like and these announcements keep me updated on the things that are important to me. Yay, Bikipip! heart

I like getting the announcement info as long as it's like super important, like if something happens in Zomg that we should REALLY know about or if the Dev's decided something important.

But the pets as they are now are really helpful! I died once and found out that it actually unlocks my first two rings and gives me half of my health and full stamina. I also like the cute emotes they give. xd Pwned!

Reglare Excile It was nearly noon on my time. x3 I don't remember [JK] saying anything about the pets not being updated for a long time though. :3 I can't find any full transcripts out there from the latest Dev Meat. I got disconnected many time so I missed out on lots of screen shots. He said something along the lines of: Quote: Just to clarify guys, I did not say that pets would be updated anytime soon ... I myself would like to see them evolve ... by evolve I mean 'have features added' ... but .... It was roughly something along those lines. I'm quoting from memory so it could be completely wrong. But I remember it put me off 'investing' in any pets - it gave me the impression that plans for pet updates were on the back burner.

That is roughly what he said, by the sounds of it they're just throwing things together to appease the masses and make some quick coin to show the company they still have monetary worth. I think it would be a good idea for the update announcements to keep everyone on top of things.
