As said previously, our crew is HUGE while most guild crews are about 6 or 7 people. i think we should thin it out, but, i dont want to start on that before i know that you guys are ok with it. please vote in the poll, and, if you all agree, we can start making an official Crew.

*Nods* Some of the crew are not active in this guild anymore.
Call people out on that. And if any of the crew doesn't want to be a crew member anymore.
Also how much they wish to contribute as a crew member.
I've only organized/moved threads & accepted new members.

A smaller crew makes it easyer for member know who to go to if they need to and ur not around. ^_^

Get the people that want to be in crew and see who's the most qualified! Keep the ones you want!

Maybe have at least one that represents the subforums? Like a crew and subforum mod too?

hmmmm, well, i guess for starters ill make a list of people i KNOW are active and want on crew.... and we'll go from there.

ok, those are ones i know 100% on keeping... so, that leaves room for up to 3 more.... i think ill pm Oresama and Kira, since, despite inactivity -as far as iv seen, dont know for sure- they are probably up for the job.

k, got word back from both, adding Oresama to list, and re-promoting Kira to Vice cause America demoted her for some reason. So, that leaves up to 2 more crew.
