I have 2 theories.

Theory 1:
they produce another epidemic and claim it is deadly and scare everyone into wanting vaccines. then they put a sterile agent that makes women infertile into the vaccines and give these vaccines only to children. they'd make the vaccines mandatory for all children. repeat this epidemic every few years until an entire generation of young people are infertile. but no one will catch on until it's too late because these kids aren't going to try to have kids until they become adults.

theory 2:
cut off all electricity (many things to blame it on. solar flares, EMP, terrorism etc). have the president declare martial law and in act the executive orders to give FEMA total control. hit the kill switch on the internet (law was passed in june this year to do so). ground all flights and disallow all transportation on interstate highways etc. only the military (probably foreign mercenaries) would be driving around. after a week of all stores being closed and people starting to starve, the FEMA camps would open up and officials would drive through towns offering rides to the safety of the camp. with all the looting and chaos going on in the cities people would gladly leave their homes for the promise of a warm meal and bed. those who didn't go would die or survive. those in the camps would be indoctrinated to believe what they're told and non-compilers would be disposed of. then they could take the small population of people remaining and put them back into "smart zone" cities with the rest of the world off limits. see Agenda 21.

Start another planned war and install a draft. And the idea of making wemon infertile is not a plan they would use. They'd rather get rid of men because a single man can impregnate many wemon quickly but a woman can only be pregnant once every however long. Thus why we don't draft wemon.

2. send out bad food ( fecies on it, posion, old food etc)

Feces probably isn't dangerous enough to kill you. It'll make you sick, don't get me wrong, but they aren't as bad as other things like cyanide or resin.

There are actually some funny condoms out there. Like there is one that plays "When the Saints Go Marching In" when it breaks.

I do not really believe in this "one world government..." but if it was to happen, i think that drinking water would be poisoned.

Soldiers are trained to obey orders and Americans do not really have problems with killing eachother. Our homicide rate per capita is among the highest in the developed world
