In lieu of the lazy busy owners who are rarely seen within Phonyland, the austere if reticent Silent Quill is in charge of all Phony operations, and oversees the Phony Directory personally: there is not a Phony who escapes his attention. Unfortunately, he is an academic by nature and resents the time his unwanted job wrests from his research. Silent Quill is a Brush 'N' Grow Unicorn, but few ever see the ludicrous lengths his mane and tail extend to after grooming as he is wont to lop off the excess right after in inconvenienced rage. Almost certainly OCD.

Itty Bitty Quillie thinks you are stupid and should DIAF. In fact, he'll kill you with fire himself. Quill approves of his existence, not only because Luafien is an important and commendable business partner, but also because Itty Bitty Quillie says all the things the Major Domo of Phonyland cannot say to paying customers and their beloved merchandise.

. Diamond . Diamond certainly looks and sounds her mother's child, a dainty little slip with a swelling voice. And she loves her mother's world too - the beauty, the glamour, the music - hardly ever without a tune on her lips. It's just that...she's just not quite as...uh...rabid about it as she is about her father's games. She may not be able to toss, catch, or bat a ball for peanuts (and, oh boy, she's tried), but as soon as the jerseys filter out on the field, the uncontrollable emotion explodes, and - ...Well, some of the words that come out of her mouth after that shouldn't be documented, but she's getting pretty good at calling games, and it may just be yet that her ringing voice is going to be seduced over into the world of sports commentary instead of song.
