 A newly-opened section of Phonyland, Petite Phony Place is a cul-de-sac of stores and booths, all aimed around the products and accessories of the Petite Phonies. What are Petite Phonies?
Designed for your convenience, the wonderful Petite Phony! They are dainty, lovable, and itty bitty adorable! The Petite Phony is perfect for any companion-speaking Gaian. As loyal as a dog*, and they can speak!
The Petite Phony is roughly half the size of a Phony. They are happy to live indoors or outdoors** and have a variety of personalities! Any personality you desire, in fact. Yes, that is right; Petite Phonies will be made to your specifications!
(*May also have intelligence level of a dog.)
(**Please keep Petite Phonies away from windy areas. Any Petite Phony damaged by wind will not be refunded.)

 AccessoriesAll accessories can fit all bodytypes. If you see any of the examples that look like they clip where they are not supposed to (notably the tutu) never fear, this was just to show the complete outfit. If it were placed on a form where it would clip the item would be fixed to look properly. For the bows (the ones in the bow section), they can either on the tail or the mane or wherever you specify. They count as separate accessories, but were inserted twice to show where they could possibly be placed. You are not required to use the entire set when picking a foot accessory. You can have them just on the back legs or front, whatever you prefer. Petite Phony Types
There will be three types of Petite Pony being made.
Art Petite Phony - APP
These are just for the art. They benefit from not having the restrictions of the other types, but are not allowed to be roleplayed. This is the option for people who simply want to have some pony art, or for people who want to be able to have an example for their Phony Quest.
Petite Phony - PP
These phonies exist. They can be role played with each other, the Phonies, and technically anywhere that is set in the Gaian world. Unfortunately they are pretty dumb. They tend to speak in a cutesy or derpy manner.
Mini-Clone Petite Phony - MCPP
These ponies are like the PPs, except they are based off of an existing Phony. As such they will inherit the main personality trait of their originator. They are still as stupid as regular PPs though.
Also, if you are making a mini-clone of your Phony and that Phony’s primary trait is being smart: don’t worry! Your little Petite Phony can just think that they are smart. Problem solved.

Petite Phony Guidelines
Petite Phonies are not meant to take the place of real Phonies, and I’ll be putting some rules in place to make sure of it.
Naming
The names of PP need to be either cuteified, derpified, or generally just too non-normative to be possibly used for a real Phony. They cannot be simply spelled differently but pronounced the same. In example, a real Phony might be named Onyx Fire. A PP-acceptable versions would be Onyxia McFireballin’, Ony Fyr, or Onxie Firey. This is just an example, names for PPs do not have to match up with their cutie mark/general calling/ ect. If you’re having trouble thinking of a name that doesn’t follow their cutie mark, just remember Pinkie Pie. Her name literally has nothing to do with parties, but that is what she does. PP names just have to not be human names while not being legit Phony names. Yes, I realize this is a challenge. Just find a work you like a baby-talk the crap out of it.
However, if the PP being made is a mini-clone, the name may be pronounced the same but spelled strangely. The differences must be fairly evident. In example, still using Onyx Fire. Onex Fire and Onyx Fyre are no good, but Onex Fyre would be acceptable. I encourage, however, making the name cutesy anyways (because it is cute), as in Onee Firey.
All role-playable PP will have ‘Itty Bitty’ put in front of their name for further distinction. You are not required to call them by their full name each and every time, but officially that is their name. So Ony Fyr would officially be Itty Bitty Ony Fyr.
Cutie Marks
In the same manner of names, cutie marks need to not have the possibly of overlapping with real Phonies. To accomplish this, all cutie marks need to be very simple. This is also so that the cutie mark has a chance of even being seen. Have you seen the PPs? Their rump is far too small to fit anything big or complicated.
Because of this, cutie marks might overlap a little. If you are simply dying to have rose-themed PP and there is already one in existence, simply pick different colors and a very different name.
Limitations
With the role-playable PPs I intend to follow the same rarity pattern as the main shop. That being, most common to rare: Earth, Pegasus, Unicorn, Alicorn. Alicorns will be scarce, as scarce as the real phony ones. However, the owner of an alicorn does have the option to have a mini-clone made of their pet (this does not mean they can order other alicorns though, just a mini-clone).
PPs can have minor accessories. Things like collars, glasses, bows and such. If there is ponywear it will simply be something like a vest/jacket (those itty bodies probably get cold pretty easily), and even that would be templated. I will do no alterations to the bodies: these are mass produced little things. If you want a special, wonderful, unique one-of-a-kind Phony, go back to the main shop! This is just an amusing little minishop.
Art Phonies
As stated earlier, people who only want a PP for the art, you are not restricted by the cutie mark clause or the type limitations. If the PP being made is for a quest, I will have an enlarged cutie mark to the side for reference. I can also attempt ponywear for these, but I can’t guarantee the look of it on these little bodies. But remember, these cannot be role-played!

Role PlayPetite Phonies are, in essence, dumb little souvenir pets. They can live inside of Phonyland (reminder: the setting is an amusement park), or can be taken home by the owner. PPs are the pony equivalent of a purse dog, they are roughly half the size of a Phony. They might shake a bit and are liable to fall over in strong winds or, you know, just normally since they are kinda top-heavy.
Now listen close, because this is very important. Petite Ponies are pretty damn stupid. They are still sentient and can speak, but their speaking patterns are either derpy or childish and tend to refer to themselves in the third person. While their stupidity levels vary, the stupidest PP could get lost in a cardboard box. The smartest PP, with sufficient time allowed and maybe a few hints, would be able to solve simple logic problems. If I made animal comparisons, the stupidest would be a hamster, the average would be like a trained dog, and the smartest would be equivalent to a human toddler.
The job of a PP is to look cute and be a cuddly adorable pet that wuvs you very much. However, at such intelligence levels (or lack of), they are not about to have real jobs. They can be trained, however, to do things like pulling weeds, washing dishes, and pulling (very very tiny) carts (or anything else you might be able to train a their intelligence level to do).
On Unicorns and Pegesai
While technically the creation of Phonies and Petite Phonies are similar, the Itties seem to suffer from Knockoff Brand Syndrome. As in, some unicorns will be able to do magic (very weak magic, albeit), but others might randomly fizzle out or explode or the spell they are thinking of does something much different.
Likewise, for pegasai, while none of them can actually flap hard enough to support their gargantuant head, some might have better luck than others in the art of hovering/gliding.
General Reminder
I personally like to think that every Ittie is born with a 'defective level'. Some itties are not as defective and can operate on a fairly normal capacity. Other itties need to stand in front of a staircase for a minute before they remember how to go up it. But all itties need to have some sort of silly speech pattern.

The base cost will be raised simply to compensate that certain things will be more complicated on something intended for full size. Accessories can also be made to your order, price varying on the complexity. Please specify if you want your accessory to remain unique (as long as the item you are specifying is not generic.), or if it is fine to add the vector to the catalogue. 3-8k per item. Exception: Call me a Pony Traditionalist, but I love bows on ponies. All premade bows are free, no accessory cost. They do, however, take an accessory slot. Special FeaturesSpecial features are not always available. Petite Phony Building
As far as role-playable PPs go, I’d suggest keeping to either monochromatic, or up to three different colors. With these little bodies, uncomplicated equals good! Think very simple concepts.
I would not recommend trying to make a role-playable PP based off of a Phony you are still questing for. Because if the Phony does not already exist, there is no DNA to make a mini-clone from, and therefore the Petite Phony will need to be a regular PP and need to have a very non-normative name. In example, if Starlight did not exist first, but I wanted a Petite Phony made off of my concept, I would not be able to call the PP Stalite. That, and also it is weird to have the dumb derpy version of the phony exist first!
Along the same lines, it would be very difficult to make a PP based off of a Babby Phony, considering the PPs only have one mode and that is Old Enough, and a babby would have no cutie mark to put on the mini-clone.
If you are having trouble with deciding a shape, the phrase “like x, but y” is a good formula. So you could say “like Fluttershy, but more lashes” or “like 1-1, but a little rounder”. If you have an example picture you like that is also acceptable. Also specify if you want any eye shadow.
[Please fill in all of the spots properly! Do not just put the color or just the style, especially for the eyes! I’m warning you now, if you leave style up to me they are going to end up with derpy eyes and bows all up the wazoo.]Type:
