Anyone else out there that love Broadway musicals? smile I adore them.
My faves are Wicked, Phantom of the Opera, Rent, and Man of La Mancha. I'm sure there are more, but those are my top 4 for sure! smile

Rose, Darling. I do believe you forgot a few. Might I add? Chicago The Last Five Years Hairspray Lion King Les Mis
And, because it was so unbelievably epic, Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog. Sure, not Broadway, but it was a musical, and it was amazing. <3

Okay, okay, I was wrong to discriminate- I meant ANY musical! Cuz I don't think Man of La Mancha is offically Broadway, is it, or am I just being stupid?
And Sea- You're right! Chicago, Lion King, and Hairspray belong there. I've never seen either of those live though. D: Never heard of The Last Five Years, though. D: And...I actually didn't like Les Mis. I only liked the music...D:

I've acted in a few musicals, and they were pretty darn fun as far as I was concerned.
I also take great interest in the musical scores written by Cole Porter.

I saw Rent last summer while I was in Boston and it was AMAZING. heart I wish there were more musicals in my area, but the theater programs out here are pretty small.
. . .I really liked Repo! The Genetic Opera, but I see that didn't make anyone else's list yet. And neither did West Side Story, which breaks my heart. "Gee, Officer Krupky" was a great song. 3nodding
