About: Allein is a born wanderer. She had always kept to herself until a winter storm hit and she met Bryce. Even though she only really needed to stay the night, she stuck around for a while and when she finally did take off, she discovered that she was pregnant. She decided to settle down outside of Bryce's territory and raised her two sons their. Rollo has since then taken off on his own, and Veriest still lives with her, although he wanders further away each trip he takes. In her heart she know that she still loves Bryce, even though she knows being with him would mean that she would have to give up her wandering ways for good.

About: Even though her breed says other-wise, Ciel has managed to overcome the challenge of her size to become one of the toughest Whetstones in the pack. For the longest time she has admired one of her fellow Whetstones, Fischaire, and was delighted when they became a thing, but during a rough time between them, she began spending more time with her eternal admirer, Harokin. Even though she knew that she would be happy with him, she gave her relationship with Fischaire one more go, and later ended up pregnant. After a long controversy, it was revealed that Fischaire was the father, but not really to anyone's delight. Fish was a little indifferent about it, Harokin was devistated, and that left Ciel emotionally confused about where her heart lies now. But now she's beginning to see that maybe happiness had been right behind her all along. Maybe stalking her in the shadows, but still right behind her.

About: Fischaire is like a chocolate-covered cream-filled donut. Tough on the outside, soft on the inside, but sweet all over. His size and strength make him a great fighter while his singing makes him charming, which led him to be admired by Ciel, another Whetstone. They had a relationship together, even if it was broken off for a while and then put back together. But when Ciel got pregnant, Fish panicked a bit. He didn't feel ready to be a father and didn't know how to react. This led her to believe that he didn't really care, and she drifted farther and farther from him. He cares deeply about her and their children, but realizes that maybe it wasn't meant to be after all.
